October bus

Haven't seen an October bus yet so I figured I'd start one as AF showed up today for me.

Cycle 3
Age 31
AF due around 5 October

7 October is my birthday so would not be opposed to a bit of a present in the form of a BFP 😄

Not sure yet if I'll do anything special this cycle other than taking follic acid and DTD, contemplating buying Clear Blue OPKs though I'm hoping to stay as relaxed as possible (completely failed at that last cycle and obsessed about everything so hopefully I got that out of my system...)

@HayleyD84 it's so hard cos you don't know if there's going to be a problem until there is one :(

Af due today and not shown up yet, so did an ic, this is after about 20 mins, whiter than a polar bear in a snow storm right? Want to have a drink tonight as it's been a stressful week but as af not shown her ugly face want to make sure I'm not being stupid

I just test peak on OPK. I'm sooo nervous. I really hope this is the month. Anyone else testing in two weeks?

Sooo gutted Af arrived today.. 5 days late! Never had a late period before and after 6 months of trying was the most exciting/anxious 5 days ever... this is such a rough ride! Also my best pal just got a BFP after first time DTD. Soo happy for them but can't help feeling totally wounded

@Hannah1925 I'm good, the 3 days on the trot haven't been too bad this month, having said that I think we are going to have to do 4 in a row instead of skipping one, dh is out on a boozy pub crawl on Saturday and has to leave at 6:00. Not sure the swimmers would be up to much after that!!

@Yogahorseygirl that sucks, I'm sorry! I once had a period that was 10 days late and it was so frustrating. I think when I relaxed and stopped hoping for a bfp she showed her face. I hope you're having a big wine this evening

@SMiles14 thank you.. it's so crappy! Yup a glass of wine and a big ugly cry is in need.. and then I'll pull my shit together and carry on! Does anyone here take any supplements etc for balancing hormones and stuff when ttc?

@Yogahorseygirl I take shavatari which is similar to Angus cactus but has really sorted my cycles out if that's what you're after. Used to be 35 ish days and now 30. Have a google, there are a few similar things out there for it XX

Got my BFP today on a FRER after a squinter on an IC yesterday! Really pleased around 11dpo, still don't believe it to be real.
