Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

My daughter is Elizabeth...sassy as they come..must be the name!

@Robs20 I dont know about jot tubs but they dont aound like a great habitat for speedy spermies! Avoid them if poss...or doing anything in them and so save the sperm for dry land where the only wet thing they will enounter is youe warm inaide in search of an egg !

I'm not sure about hot tubs either, probably excessive heat or extreme cold isn't great for swimmers but I'm sure 30 mins wouldn't hurt! You have to enjoy life too  @Robs20

I think hot tubs are a no no when pregnant but I'm sure a quick dip when TTC is ok. As @HappyGirl86 said got to enjoy life!

I kinda said to my DH last night we need to get on the conception vitamins - he looked at me from the corner of his eye and went 'you're proper going for it aren't you'' hahahahah he sounded almost surprised - lol....

I mean the man has known me for over 10yrs since when has he known me to not commit 200% to whatever I set my mind on?!!!

Haha @Luxoire I think women can be the most determined sex when it's something we really want.
I feel really determined about it now I've set my mind on it. I just feel scared to get excited in case getting pregnant isn't as easy as last time

Aww babe @HappyGirl86 each pregancy is different..each baby is different. I hope this time really os differemt for you and you habe such a positive happy personality I am sure ypu have tons of love to give any new baby

I wish it would happen this time!

Hi ladies, iv had a busy few days so playing catch up. Hope you are all well?

@Robs20 I'm not 100% sure in hot tubs but I think just use caution with extremes in temp, I'd say go for it and enjoy yourselves but maybe just for short periods at a time. Otherwise tbh I'm not sure what to do for preparation. Last time I had all these old wives tales I followed but not sure any of them were beneficial...I ate lots of pineapple when ttc (but stop when you get your bfp), warm feet in the tww was another 😂😂.

@Luxoire same here, I'm getting really excited and I think dh is realising I'm serious lol he sent me a funny gif on WhatsApp saying "you're keen" lol. Yes I am!! Xx

Well girls, Monday brings calendar Day 8 so will start DTD every other day until I get a positive ovulation test.
Feels like this week has gone so slowly haha

We tried for a summer '19 baby and it wasn't meant to be. We are back on board ready to try for a summer '20 baby 👶🏼

AF started today so we're CD1 and itching to get on it 😂🙈

@lornz 'itching to get on it' made me chuckle ... but that's exactly how i feel! Im on CD2 today and counting down the days.

Hi @Blossomingflower94 I'm just using the cheap ones you can buy off amazon.
When I had my daughter I didn't do any of these things but I figured I'd give them a go this time.

I'm also going to start taking Holland and Barrett own brand folic acid and Vit D tomorrow. I asked a Dr friend about what to take and they said the Pregnacare just gives you 'expensive wee'

TTC #2 can start trying in 2 weeks.
Had a DD in 2013, got married in 2017 came off the jab to get my body back to normal, took me a good 1.5 years. Af has now been normal the last 6 months, been waiting for our honeymoon to get her so we can ttc. It's been a long wait and I'm super excited. We conceived on our first night together so would be good if it happens so quick again. Wish you all luck 😀

I've just come of Zelleta on Monday (5th August) ready to ttc baby number 4 (we do definitely plan on this being our last one, although we did say that after number 2!!). I haven't had a withdrawal bleed. Here is my story:

DS number 1 - conceived 1st month of trying, forceps delivery at 40+1
DD number 2 - conceived 2nd month of trying, natural birth at 39+6,
DD number 3 - conceived 1st month of trying, natural home birth at 39+5

@Blossomingflower94 we seem to be pretty matched on CDs - how long is your cycle - have you been tracking ovulation already.

We're trying from SMEP this cycle (and any others we don't convince on) to up our chances as well as tracking ovulation.

I'm on calendar Day 8 today!! Just realised!
Here's where it starts then

@lornz Im currently on day 3 - should be my last day of AF. My cycles are usually 28 days on the dot. I use Flo and Clue apps to track my cycle and have done since coming off cerazette 8 months ago but both the apps show different ovulation dates .

I have just bitten the bullet and have brought some OPK's and we will do SMEP too.

I hope this is the cycle for you!!
