Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

@Zm2019 Hahah yeah it can become an addiction...i am getting some pain in my pelvic area...nothing bad just an uncomfortable sensation...i am due on Thursday.. I cant wait to be trying...i am so tired lately i dont even wanna dtd but then i know i will be on DHs case everyday in the fertile week and he will feel thoroughly used and abused..cos he will know I only want it so much cos I want a BFP lol Hahahha

@Bims2019 🙌 congratulations! I hope withdrawl is easier flr you than it was for me..lol...we are here to support u though where possible...just holla and i am sure someone in here will have an idea or have had a smiliar symptom

Soooo what's the earliest you can test, realistically?! I was determined to be patient and wait, but now I'm thinking I want to know as early as I can, surprise DH. I have tests ready and taunting me 😁

I'm finally have a positive opk!! CD 21! I'm so relieved, feels a long time coming! We haven't dtd in over a week as we've both been poorly and I was losing hope for this month. Dh still isnt feeling great but iv painstakingly convinced him we NEED to dtd tonight 🤣 We actually fell out a wee bit as I has been trying to appear relaxed about the ttc thing (while secretly going through 60 opks in 2 months) and he was like nah, I dont feel like it, I got upset cos I really thought we'd be completely out. But anyway...we might just have a chance! xx

I am due AF tomorrow and so far I have NONE of the usual signs i normally get - no headaches NOTHING!!! usually i am bedridden with migraines by now. I am hoping it is the lack of bc hormones in my system - i did do a test and it was BFN - i expected it because i have literaaly NO SYMPTOMS of NOHTING

i hope she arrives as I cant wait to get on to this new cycle and trying

Thank you @Luxoire we leave for holiday on Fri so we will dtd tonight and tomorrow night....whether dh likes it or not 🤣🤣 then just leave it at that I expect. I doubt much will be happening on holiday as we're sharing a room with our dd. At least that will be one week down on my tww though and can look forward to testing when we get home.

Oh hun, its do hard its it...they speak about the official tww but the whole process is pretty much waiting isnt it....waiting for your period, waiting to ovulate, waiting to test....a whole lot of waiting around while the rest of the world passes you by! I personally find the wait to ovulate worse than the tww as I panic I'll miss my chance, at least the tww theres not alot you can do really. I hope AF shows up soon and you can get going, so excited for you! xx

@claireb707 just had a quick flick back, have you had anymore symptoms? Are you 10dpo today? When are you planning to test? xx

Nope still no symptoms 🙁 other than creamy cm
Am 10dpo, testing Friday though am not holding out much hope. Also going away Friday so can chill out for a bit

@MrsSkr aww thanks babe! yeah it is hard - esp if ur not very patient thw waiting is just that WAITING lol. My app says 12 days to my next fertile period - on the assumtpion y period arrives tomorrow on time - make sure you enjor your hols as much as possible - as you may be having morning sickness when you get back! keeping everything crossed for you

@claireb707 ohh keep us posted and I hope you are gearing up to enjoy your time away - that should help the time go by a bit quicker too

@bims2019 I think I'm only 9days PO, due 1st Oct, providing I have a 28 day cycle 🤞
@MrsSkr aw I think men take more of a 'what's one more month' attitude. And they're right really I suppose, but ttc consumes your every thought when it's your body going through this. Have fun and enjoy your holiday!

I'm cd17 and I have felt really off today. Cramps, back ache, nausea. And my cm is different now than this morning.
Af is due on 5th. Did a test on the off chance but thats a negative, dunno whether to try and dtd in case I am late in ovalating but I am sure that happened last week.

@Zm2019...so how many DPO are u? Could it be implantation signs ur experiencing?

In other news my period just arrived...1 day early .. She was due tomorrow. So acxording to my app...i am cd1 today and 9 days till my next fertile window...eekkkk now for the period to last 5-7 days

@Luxoire I'm not testing ovalation So not 100%as still quite new to this but I personally think I ovulated last Wednesday/Thursday had cramps on my right side cm lots of.

I'm sorry AF came, but at least you dont have long to try again.

How do you all test ovalation, if this month isn't successful thinking I should try next month.

@Zm2019 yeah so we use opk - like ovulation testing sticks, you can buy them off ebay or amazon and most people just use the cheap ones as we tend to use lots of them...or you can use the clear blue digital sticks too

That is true - my period seems lighter than usual (well at least than it was when i was on the pill) anyone have this?

Please tell me this is normal. I'm now in the tww and we dtd last night so theres every chance...but now that it's a real possibility iv suddenly got the fear, are we doing the right thing? Can I manage? Are we ready? I'm hoping its because iv been feeling poorly and am stressed over our holiday and I'll feel better when I get back. Right now the thought of being pregnant terrifies me, but I was so excited before, I dont understand xx

Yep I am now off work till Monday 7th. Been and got nails done after work tonight, getting hair cut tomorrow and cattery rang to say I can take the cats from 9 (thought I was going to have to wait till 4 to take them as couldn't take them till there was an empty pen for them but someone left a day early so they have space).
And also I've been headhunted for a new role at work which is a bit exciting so will have that prospect to think about whilst away.

I'm swaying towards taking it but need to speak to my manager when I get back (we aren't allowed to apply internally without speaking to managers first). But then in the back of mind I'm thinking I don't want to get this new job and then bugger off on maternity leave if things go to plan 😂
