Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

I dreamt I had a bfp last night! Loads of little weird dreams actually.
Cd24 today so af could come any time from Monday to cd35!

Me periods are so light since coming off bc..i am almost worried comapred to how much I used to bleed on bc

Have bought a couple go tests with me, just in case but also period stuff just in case the inevitable happens. Determined to enjoy myself though

In other news, my DH had a major wobble last night, said he thinks we are steuggling with 2 how are we gonna cope physically with 3....almost threw me and made me throw in the towel and give up...i said ALMOST...cos I'm scares too but my desire is more than my fear...and then this morning he says by december you will be a couple of months will u be showing cos we'll have to tell family early..and I'm as there thinking huh?!!!! Like did I miss something? Cos i was gesring up to have a talk with him about this..i am not having a child who may be made to feel like the third wheel or the reason why we're always tired...seems he is back to normal...do i let it go and consider it a vocalised wobbly..i have those in my heads sometimes or do I talk to him about it?

I would let it go. My dh keeps moaning because I'm talking about it all the time lol, but I know he is excited as he said when it's time to test do it when I am here.

So I dropped a water sample in at docs yesterday, I got a call to say I dont have a water infection but they want me to make an appointment to see someone on Tueaday to talk about my cramps. Also brought some ovalation tests to check I wasnt delayed ovalating and I am not. So I am hoping this is a good sign. AF due next Saturday.

I found out 7 years ago on the 1st that I was pregnant with my first so I may test earlier just to hope it shows something on that day also. Xx

Sorry iv not been here since the new job I haven't stopped and was a bit upset when I didn't get my BDP 😓 but I know it's the joys and frustration of ttc

I think we are just going to be chilled about TTC now, we haven't been opks, tracking CM which in a way is good didn't realise how much TTC took over your life till i properly looked at it, so just going to let nature do its thing hopefully it will happen soon tho 🥰

@Luxoire hey hun, sounds like we both been having baby wobbles 😂 I thought it was only me sat there thinking omg am I actually doing this haha.. my oh had a wobble which is why we kinda stopped stressing over it? Think the aim to conceive by a certain time made it hard for us

@dancingqueen03 missed you cuppa chupps lol glad ur new job is going well. I can see how ttc can take over your life. I have just been obsessing over it privately. I dont think DH knows how much lol but when judging from his outburst looks like it has been on his kind too Hahahahah

He went out and bough a freezer yesterday so we can stock up on ready madr meals to allow us more time with the kids after work rather than always trying to do dinner and everything else between bed time. He is a do-er he cant understand life gets stressful FACT I cant undo it aometimes u just have to ride out the storm of those first 2. Baby years lol...

I have been taking vitamins plus omega 4 but went out today and bought conception tabs..lol startimg then tomorrow. My fertile window starts Friday though my period seems to have lasted 4 days not 5 that will affect my ovulation date I think.

@Zm2019 thabks babe...i didn't bring it up again and he hasnt either so it must have been a one off...he needes to vent lol.

Should i tell him when thw fertilw period starts or just carry on planning and leave him carry on without knowing incase the knowledge makea him more pressured /have another wobble

@Luxoire I am not going to mention it to my husband and just see how things go when the time comes. He felt a bit under pressure, so going to try a different tactic lol. If it doesn't happen next time will have to skip a month as I will be a bridesmaid in August for my sister so I cant risk it lol x

@Zm2019 hahahah ohh i see, i want an Auguast baby. I think I need to find the best time to tell my DH as he may not be too happy if he finds out he 'missed' the window even though i will try to make sure he does not miss it lol hahaha

4 days until my fertile window starts and I start opks ...according to the app my peak is meant to be Monday - i need strength to dtd 3 days in a row - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday lol

Hi all. Had a conversation with DH prior to DTD last night. We're not gonna actively try to conceive but we aren't going to do anything to prevent it. Ovulated yesterday/today so possible TWW. Not sure how I'm feeling, a little excited but predominantly bricking it!!x

Did a test on the of chance but negative, leaving it now untill AF shows up.

@Kiki275 aww good luck hun...is this your first? Yup u arr om the 2ww....sometimes by the end of this wait u know how ready you are by howbu feel when u get a positive or negative lol...the disappointment or relief is a sign as to where you are with it all emotionally and sometimes even the idea takes getting used to. I'm ob to number 3 and still bricking it lol

@Luxoire I'm trying not to symptom spot but I tell you what I've been irritated as hell the last week, got a stitch like feeling today and random pains in my boobs but probably making it up in my head haha!
I think if AF hasn't shown by sat/sun I'll test again.

@Luxoire All good here. Fertile window about to begin in next couple of days and DP will be here Friday. Want to get pregnant this month as flying at end of November and I'd rather be 10 weeks pregnant than 6 weeks nervous anyway about flying so early on if I do get pregnant.

@Destiny25 hahahah i am usually irritated at various times in my cycle so thats standard here lol... nah sometimes though the boobs might not be sore but they feel 'full' i know i feel like i am making it up in my head sometimes but when they come back down my bras feel better - so you might not be making it up lol

@wannabemum38 thats cool my fertile window starts friday - so we could be in the 2WW together...ohh exciting!! I really hope we catch on this month - just have to GET BUSY lol hahaha

@Kiki275 hahahahah ahh i see, speaking from experience. Its acutally Ok with a toddler and a newborn bcos the baby doesnt talk or do much - its when that baby is a wilful toddler nananana that was my hardest - now i am a constant referee

in other news my mum called me this morning and said she had a dream last night athat i was VERY pregnant about to pop and it was a son- is there something i'm not telling her? I said no..she said you're not pregnant are you? I said not yet - she said hmmm- i wonder who it might be...(she doesn't know we are trying, she can get TOOOOOO involved) lol - shall i take that as a sign?

Cd28 so she should be showing her face anytime now!
Defo had more boob sensations today tho, probably a new af sign I've developed.

@Kiki2750 we are in same boat. Hoping putting no pressure on it might make things easier.

I came off the mini pill on Friday and now wondering how long before I can expect a withdrawal bleed?

Also what are the best apps for keeping track of periods and ovulation that people think are most useful?

Hi @Peaceandloves, I use Premom and Flo, Premom you can take pics of your opk and it will tell you if it's low/high or at its peak.

Hey ladies,
I'm also waiting for AF. My first bleed after the pill started at almost midnight, but I counted that day as day 1 still, making today day 29... I have always been 28 day regular when off the pill... I'm wondering if I shouldn't have counted that as day 1, which in turn might have affected when I thought I ovulate - so today would be day 28? Still not sure what's correct to do?
I took a few tests earlier in the week, but they were BFN. I think AF is around the corner, I've been feeling quite crampy. Gutted, but trying to remember it's only the first month of trying.

As for apps - I've been using Femometer, which is nice and user friendly, good layout. But I downloaded a couple of different apps tonight, input all my cycle details etc.. And they're giving me three different ovulation dates for last month? So, I've officially lost faith in them! Agh!

I've tried the ovulation test strips for first time today. More to get a better understanding of how they work than anything else. I am just wondering what a faint line means? Does this mean I could soon be ovulating or should it essentially be treated as a negative? Thanks, hope all good x
