Hello there,

Currently on cycle #5, trying to conveive baby number two (many years after first), and realising ttc is one of the most frustrating tasks I have embarked on.

I had a chemical pregnancy in january which has completely taken all joy out of trying because even if that BFP appears, I do not think I could bring myself to be excited about it.

That being said, there is only one way this is going to happen so on I go with the 'ahem' BD and peeing on ovulation sticks and then pregnacy tests at any given moment.

AF due 15 April, let the obsessing begin..

Oh, and is anybody else actually sick of doing the deed yet (sorry husband)?

@MrsRLM did you temp go back up after you dip at 8DPO? Mine dropped below my cover line this morning which I though meant AF was on the way, but that would make it quite early at only 7/8 DPO.

@Charlotte9876 Yes the last 2 days its been back up. Not quite as high as it was before it dropped but still way above the cover line.

I'm still 3/4 days away from AF so too early (for my cycle) for it to be dropping. I don't tend to drop until the day AF arrives, or sometimes the day after.

Thanks @MrsRLM I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to see and hope it goes back up, I don't feel like AF is due, I'm not at my usual peak bloated feeling yet. I'll just have to wait and see Smile

@Charlotte9876 fingers crossed! I'm the same, I'm usually a PMT misery guts for about a week before AF but I feel fine at the moment!

7/8 DPO is quite early for AF so fingers crossed for you too x

@Wishing56 I was googling 'are dry lips a sign of pregnancy' yesterday! You just can't help it can you?!

My boobs have been super sensitive today which I'm taking as another sign that AF is on the way. I don't seem to have a straight set of PMS symptoms which is really annoying as one part of you is like "Yep, tender boobs, AF is on the way" and the half is like "well my boobs weren't tender last month so maybe this is it!"
I've really got my fingers crossed for you all! It would be so good to see some Christmas positives!!

Thank you @Sleepyhead11 I have a wonderful partner and lovely family so I'm lucky. My friends are hit and miss I think. My best friend just gave birth and my other two Close ones have just announced pregnancies 🙄 but I have lots of support otherwise and I'm grateful for that.
Ive had to suspend studies just months from graduation, which has lost me my income as I was NHS bursary funded, so it's hit me hard really in terms of the effects on my life. Certainly don't do things by halves me 🙈

But I'm coming out the other end now. Things are a lot more positive. I feel like this group makes it so normal to know you're not the only doing doing crazy things with symptom spotting and testing pee every day twice a day 🙈🙈. Thank you for your kind messages everyone. 😊 AF looming I can feel it.... Come on Christmas babies, we need a BFP on here 💗

99% sure i am out. Had brown spotting this morning and cramps so AF will probably be here by the end of the day😥 ... this month 4 days early, last month 4 days late.

Oh @Wishing56 I'm so sorry to hear that. You never know, if it's just spotting it could be late implantation?

I'm 11dpo today and decided not to waste one of the 2 frers I have left but used an IC to fuel my poas addiction. I can sort of see something, it came up in the time but it's v faint, could be an evap? It's a bit clearer in person than on the photos but see what you think?

Ah thanks @thosethreewords I honestly think I'm going mental! I just showed DH and he was like 'Er what am I looking at?' 🤦‍♀️ Really hope this is it, I'd just about given up this month x

@peasando it looks promising.... Fingers crossed for you tomorrow. I did a cheapie again this morning, didn't like the BFN it gave me so did a Frer as well. Obviously same result. Feel like such an idiot trying to change the result with a different stick. Really not looking forward to another cycle...aarrgghhh.

You're the same dpo as me aren't you? It's still early, you're not out yet. Last night I was googling '11dpo bfn then bfp' because I was certain I'd get another bfn this morning, and there were hundreds of people saying they didn't see anything at all until 14 or 15 dpo or even later xx

@RLI1105 dry lips was a sign of pregnancy for me with my DD.

BFN for me again today. Well a tiny squint of a shadow which is getting fainted each day. Wonder what's happening. This is two months on the run now I've had pink shadows for them to fade (actually got a faint line on frer last month too) does this mean another chemical? Or dodgy tests (used two batches though) am I just throwing out dodgy eggs? I'm losing hope tbh Sad

My test from this morning. I can still see a shadow on it but it should be much darker by now surely. This is the third day. Going to do my frer I think Blush

The "line" seems to shows up clearer on a photo than real life which I weird. But there is definitely something there. I'm waiting on frer to dry now Confused I'll be gutted if it's bfn but I'm prepared for it too reallySad

I'm feeling really down today. AF due at the weekend and I usually have quite bad PMT the week before. Yesterday I felt really good which I thought was a good sign - but today I'm just exhausted and grumpy. So I think this could just be my PMT showing up late.

I got myself a bit excited as I had a clear dip at 8DPO but not so sure that means anything now. BFN on an IC today (11 DPO) so I'm going to wait until saturday to do a FRER.
