Argh I just went and looked at my ic again and there's the squintiest of squinters on there. It's way past the time limit though so it could easily be an evap or indent line, especially as its much top faint to see any colour.

Kin ICs are the worse aren't they! With my ICs I don't see a positive pop up until after the time frame and certainly don't see one until well after my AF is due. Any chances of getting a better brand tomorrow?

I'll catch up with everyone properly once I'm in the office, awful navigating MN on my phone.

I've got a CB digi that I'll do tomorrow if I don't have any spotting today. I normally start to spot late afternoon CD10 so a few hours to go...

Morning all!
I have been absent for the last 2 days or so. My parents were visiting so I have been busy with them. BUT - this is the strangest Dubai thing ever. There we all were at work yesterday and as the students are leaving, a few of them come up to me saying it was on the news that we were having a holiday. I tell them not to be stupid and that it's fake news.

THEN - it turns out that the government have closed down all schools tomorrow and our brand of schools (a bit like an academy trust) has closed all schools today AND tomorrow. Because the Pope is visiting Abu Dhabi! Now, I'm not about to write anything online further about this as you never know who is monitoring anything. But suffice to say, it was a bit of a shock so I have today and tomorrow off work. So, @kinsters I suppose I am on holiday now! I wasn't, but because my parents were visiting over the weekend and it was the end of our inspection it felt like a holiday. I am actually sat at work right now as I really needed to finish something I could only use the network here for, but I've finished that now. So I am posting here, then taking myself to the mall and then home for the rest of the day. I literally could not be more excited after the last mental month of work.

@frazzle I had totally forgot about Sleeper but I used to be quite the fan. That sounds like an amazing weekend you had! And brilliant news about the OPK - did you get to DTD again with preseed?

@kinsters - temp is still up and a squinter sounds exciting! Can you get any other type of pregnancy test today where you are or will you wait until tomorrow and test again?

@tigsyboo - what a rotten time you are having at the moment. So stressful. I can only sympathise with the DH thing as I love mine, he's great, I can't imagine being with anyone else. However at times he is very controlling, very argumentative and doesn't attempt to see things from my point of view at all. I hope the court case goes well tomorrow. How long do these things last? Is it an all day thing or will it be over by lunch? I hope that if it goes well, you can get home and get all the frustration and hopefully happiness out with some great BDing. It does only take one time........

@pegase - your ride sounds great. I am also drinking coffee this weekend fully caffeniated as I decided that if I hadn't have tested early I wouldn't know I was pregnant. And, awfully enough I even had a drink last night as my parents were here and they would have known staight away if I didn't drink. But I'm done now on the caffeine and alcohol front.

I am going to get a digital test I think on the way home and test. Then I will tell DH tonight. I just couldn't cope on the weekend with people here. I still have sore boobs, I had spotting all weekend and some cramps but both have eased off this morning. So we shall see!

@Rose68 any more symptoms? Still waiting to tomorrow to test?

@Twittle - how are you with the cramping now?

I have less symptoms this month than any other month, even the constipation has gone. I think if I test tomorrow I may as well just flush a fiver down the loo.

Hey @edidxb well that's good news! Well deserved break!

Well I think my very strong +OPK plus all the other signs were another false alarm. I think the spot on my face is a red herring. Temp dropped again this morning.
Oh well. I will try to suck it up. CD22 now and I didn't ovulate until CD34 last cycle - but I had hoped it was my body re-adjusting. I guess not!
I think my body is just desperately trying to ovulate but can't pop an egg out I think that is why I am getting all these ov symptoms and that ultra dark OPK yesterday.

Nice one on the extra holidays edidxb! Malaysia is pretty good for random last minute public holidays. Doesn't make it easy to plan to take advantage of them though. Good luck with the digital!

Cross post Frazzle. I really hope it's positive, I have loads of symptoms but who knows and whether it'll even stick. That's so annoying about your ovulation. For me I normally ovulate the second day after m yfirst positive opk so there could still be time for you? I hope so!

Rose68 don't count yourself out just yet. I didnt get any proper pregnancy symptoms till after Af was due (which is the norm really as symptoms pre Af are meant to be just PMS). FX still!

Well I made it into work, feel fucking awful. Was so tempted to call in sick as I ache so much and really crampy again. Just keep crying too. But today is Billing day so it is a busy day - I cannot get away with not being here after having Wednesday-Friday off last week

@Frazzle - there has to be a chance, I don't think I ovulated until 3 days after my positive OPK.
I got a digital Clearblue on the way home and it says 2-3 weeks. So I guess I am currently pregnant. Will tell DH tonight.
Now I am watching My Crazy Ex Girlfriend (love that show) on Netflix and have just eaten a giant bowl of pasta, bacon and cheese!

@Twittlebee sorry you feel so rough, it’s all for a good cause though.

I keep wanting to cry too, in fact I am crying. 10 years ago I was pregnant with DS1, it was plain sailing. Have sex once, get pregnant, and have a baby. I just wish they would stay little forever.

I had to have sex with my ex far too many times in 2.5 years to get DC1 -- NOT envy. Actually, 10 years ago today I was also pregnant with DC2! But he was an 11 month slog, with medical interventions, to conceive. I do wonder why some people have it so easy. People who don't even seem bothered about their children

I also get teary especially when I see pics of the DC when they were little and I just wish I was right back there (but without the ex). It breaks my heart and I wish so much I could go back and squidge their little chubby thighs once more.

@Pegase glad you managed a little ride! Obviously there are risks but hacking/flat work etc, can't see anything wrong with it so long as your comfortable. In terms of DH, "riding" is perhaps a bit of an over exaggeration... he just kind of sits on & walks, can't trot or steer really. I schooled the horse over a good 1.30m course on Saturday then Sunday he tolerates DH poodling around the lanes. Worth his weight in gold!

So DH pounced on me this morning before the alarm went off.... I think it was more stress relief than anything else!! I'll take it however he will give it this week tho lol!

They have just gone into court and I'm now waiting in the consult room - my home for the next 2 days!! I'm so stressed!!

My temp was out today as it was after DTD do discarded it. Secret OPK was negative and CBFM was HIGH. Will do another secret OPK later. Xx

I keep reading back on my posts here and realise I keep playing 'Infertility "woe is me" top trumps' which is a bit shit for our group.

I'm trying to be cheerier but I'm losing faith big time.

I'm currently sat in hospital waiting room waiting for my hernia consultation. I might place a bet on my surgery being on or just after ovulation which will scupper any chances I might have this cycle 😂😂
