Hi All,

In the tww of my first cycle trying for my first baby.... learning so much reading through some of these threads! Would be lovely to have people to talk to that are going through the same thing!

I don’t think so, I’ve been feeling quite tired but think that’s just me anyway! Only other things that may or may or may not be just coincidence is I’ve been quite hungry the last week, especially in the day and my lower backs been aching but that might just be from standing at work all day?!

@joylondon It really did help taking my mind off, I felt like I wasn't an obsessed woman for a good few days! However I think it meant we missed my Ovulation this month, so will have to try again next month!

@Goodyear2019 Oh definitely! I never thought I would stop thinking about sperm count, eggs, ovulation etc but being so hectic really helped!!

Welcome @Hoping87! I can't comment specifically on your situation but hopefully someone here can help you a bit!

@Hoping87 are you checking for ovulation? My friend said it took her quite a while to get back to normal after the pill.

@Tchelsea glad you're not stressing about it, that's a huge thing!

It's now 72 hours since the diarrhea started haha- sorry TMI!! Ive been crampy since ovulation, but last few days have been awful. It has to be IBS or AF, at 7DPO ....
maybe I'll do a FRER in the AM.

@Tchelsea yea I did on sat (8DPO 🙈🤪) and of course if was negative. I'm on CD31 now so AF is due. I'll do another tomorrow if AF hasn't shown up.
It's been such a weird week... diarrhea for 4 days and awful cramps, think things are finally starting to settle.

@Goodyear2019 it drags!!!

@Goodyear2019 Yep me! AF is supposed to arrive on Thursday so we shall see. I've had absolutely NO symptoms though, not even a sniff of a symptom so think that's me out for this month! Oh how I hate the waiting!!

@joylondon Honestly why do our bodies torture us so much? Why are PMS symptoms EXACTLY THE SAME as Pregnancy ones!!! Glad things are settling down for you though.

@joylondon aww that sound awful, hope it all settles down soon. The TWW does feel like the longest time ever!

@Tchelsea I'm sending you lots of luck, fingers crossed AF wont show up on Thursday.

I don't mean to sound pessimistic but I really don't feel that this is 'my month', just a gut feeling I have so fully expecting to be trying again next month, but I actually feel ok about it, not as anxious as I usually am.

@Goodyear2019 I’m with you in that one! Always that small glimmer of hope but mostly thinking it’s not happening this month.

Took a FRER BFN of course..... 11 DPO. Don’t know why I did it! I promised myself not to test until AF is late!

How is everyone doing?

Im on CD33 and no AF, but another BFN this morning on a frer. I'm 11DPO, so I guess theres a slim chance but I'm not hopeful. Temperature is still up, but it would be up until AF anyhow. My last two cycles were 27 and 28 days so this is just frustrating!

Anyone else 😑😤😫?

Sorry to jump in late to the board.

We are TTC baby #1 through IUI. O is due in the next few days so am currently obsessing over OPK's and waiting to get that second line on the test. So paranoid that i'll miss it for some reason but trying to resist the urge to test every time i pee. My last cycle was short so really not sure how soon i could ovulate. I started testing on day 5, just because i was so paranoid that i'd miss it. Currently on cd12, so still early days really i know, but goodness, am i being too obsessive??

It's taken us so much time and money to get to this point that i'm just so worried something else will happen that will delay this potential cycle. I know in the grand scheme of things another month won't make much difference but we're both really keen for at least an attempt this month.

Thanks for letting me go on. It actually a massive help just to type this all out.

Hi @joylondon that must be so annoying having a longer cycle. I'm lucky, on the whole mine are 28 days and only very occasionally they're two or three days longer. Like you say, there's still a slim chance, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
I'm still in my TWW, cd 20, 5 dpo (I think, I didn't do any OPKs this months so it's been a bit of a guess based on previous months!)

Welcome @NKB88 I've found having this board to post on has really helped me, just having others who understand what you're going through is so nice. It's so hard not to obsess over these things. Excuse my ignorance, but what is IUI?

@Goodyear2019 IUI is Intrauterine insemination. myself and my other half are both female so have had to go the donor route. My clinic (for obvious reasons) want a positive OPK before they'll inseminate.

On other notes, have just done a clear blue 4 day opk and still nothing. im hoping i just am a late bloomer so to speak.

@joylondon I feel you! My apps can't even decide when AF is due, one says one thing, the other says another!! Cycles are a nightmare sometimes!

@NKB88 Never too late! Welcome! It's so helpful to talk to people in the same situation as you! Family and friends are always nice, but I feel like I'm just nagging at them if I talk about ttc too much! The ladies on here are just great and so supportive!

@Hoping87 Do you have any symptoms or anything?

@NKB88 thanks for explaining, I couldn't work out what the initials were! I stopped using OPKs this month as it was stressing me out, but I guess that's not an option for you if your clinic needs you to do it. Sending you lots of good vibes, hopefully it's just a little bit late this month and you'll get it soon :-)
