@BabySquid aha! I know I said to mine OH the other day how it had been 4 days and I feel neglected then when he come onto me in bed I was like no it's to bloody late now sunshine your about 3 hours to late AF has arrived 😂 fx'd for you. X

@cupcakesandglitter so hard isn't it. I adore my nephew. When they announced another was on the way I could of cried. They don't have the space as of yet so lots of stuff for them to sort first, where as me and DP have everything ready and waiting other then a bun in the oven 😕. I worry they'll be no love left for mine by the time we have a grandchild 😂 I know it's very silly but I do love to beat myself up about stuff from time to time 😂

@DayDreamer1707 I know! I miss symptom spotting only for my period to arrive 😂😂 I'm gonna be a zen creature of patience this cycle anyway 🙄

@DayDreamer1707 so good he's getting Involved too! I'm keeping DP relatively out the loop for now but if nothing over the next few months I'll get him involved 😂. For now i just make a rash move every other day from just before to just after FW window. We usually dtd every other to every 3 days all month anyway so it's not too difficult!

@thumper59 We have done 3 cycles where we sort of tried but have agreed together that we will give it a proper go this month. Feels like a little team this month or so we shall see ha.

@KatBeCool trying not to get too excited as I feel like AF is imminent but it would be 4 days early and temp is still up this morning so really hoping it isn't. Going to try and hold out testing until Monday but I think AF will probably show up before then from all this cramping!

@cupcakesandglitter thanks, will persist with OPKs, should I be doing them first thing or is the afternoon better? Why is everything such a process? Also tasting CM think thats going a bit too far 🙈

@thumper59 I am the same as you, I'm not mentioning to DP just now I just jump on him every 2-3 days and he doesn't seem to mind 😂

@thumper59 I get it completely... it feels like a cruel joke when people that are unprepared/not trying get accidentally pg, but when you have everything in place and do it right... it never comes 😂

@Lozzlepop I do two/three a day - I'll do four if I've used FMU, but I don't tend to have much luck with the first one. Timing is different for everyone because you could have your surge at any point in the day. I'll do around 10/11am, 2pm, 6pm or something like that and maybe one later in the evening but who's counting

@Lozzlepop - I try and do them around 2pm and/or 6pm, i.e. in my lunch hour or when I get back from work.

@Lozzlepop the ones I picked up from boots at the weekend say to do one a day in the morning. I think it depends which you get.

@cupcakesandglitter @starkid really? Jeezo i've just been doing one in the morning but i read somewhere you shouldn't do it first thing- its pretty confusing. Might do one later just for comparison! @babysquid have you tried them out yet? I just got ones from Amazon!

@Lozzlepop - yeah that's what I do with the One-Step amazon cheapies :) after lunch/early evening

For the fourth time this week I'm on the 11th hour of a 14hour work day but today I'm tired and having Ov cramps! ... so I rang the OH and told him quite nicely that should he attempt to come home without junk he won't be welcome 🤔😂

I am currently on the sofa watching Will and Grace with the laptop on my lap cwtched up to my hot water bottle.

Anyone have any plans this weekend? snow allowing ofc...

I'm going to sorting my spare room into a bedroom and moving my office into the attic. Fun times!

@Jessikka the OH is meant to be going out this weekend (currently has the cold so we shall see) despite being OV time so will need to get DTD in the morning lol, then think I'm just chilling with a friend that I've not seen in a while so should be pretty chilled!

@Jessikka - I'm hoping to sort my spare room too, it's a complete bombsite/dumping ground!

Oh no not spare rooms! Mine is half decorated😬 just waiting for a baby to come along so we can rip it all out and start again 😂. I do have far to many clothes though I have had worrying thoughts about where they're all going to go. We share a main set of drawers and a wardrobe (granted most of its mine) then I have my own wardrobe in my dressing room and I have Over flow clothes in the drawers in the spare bedroom I have a feeling I'm gonna have to seriously cut down on clothes when that bedroom comes into play 😬😂

Hey girls, me again with more BFN’s. Having a bit of a wobbly tonight. Just don’t know what more I can do, I OPK, check cervix and add everything to my apps. I don’t temp but tbh I’m wondering if there’s any point cos I’ve been so unsuccessful so far.. this is cycle 6 btw.

@MrsMcNtobe you must be so frustrated, understandably so- we spend years trying avoid getting pregnant, yet when we want to it's not that easy 😞

Thank you to whoever recommended Glow recently, I downloaded it last night. Have started OPKs a bit earlier than planned, just in case! OH keeps asking about them too, bless him.

CD6 and AF has gone at last. Hormonal headache has pretty much shifted too, which I am very grateful for. Excited to get to my FW, but not looking forward to the TWW! A whole week will be half term, so less time at work to take my mind off it, and more temptation to test early 😬.

Has anyone tried the mooncup method? As in using it post-DTD to trap all the semen? Got a new one today which I'm gonna try, I'm on CD16 and my Clue app reckons today is ovulation day. Gonna chuck some pre-seed into the mix too, prepared to try anything at this point!

@BostonFern I've only just shook the hormonal headache too aren't they dreadful 😕 mines been replaced by what feels like a very groggy cold!

Since I'm so bored I've took to looking at new kitchens and extensions 😂
