I also hope your body is sorting itself out as you say. I assume if you don’t need the methotrexate, you can start trying again straight away? Fx for you.

Thanks @WildFlower2019. It did not go the way I expected! But has it ever?! My hCG took another leap upwards, so I needed the methotrexate after all. So that's it sorted really. Can't TTC until after 20th May now. I'll be on the June bus! Hopefully won't see any of you there 😘

How strange, so does that mean the egg is implanted somewhere, but not in the right place so they can't find it on a scan.

@WildFlower2019 they can't find it, but I think it's because it's too small to find more than anything: the hCG level today was 385 and from what I understand you can't really see a pregnancy on ultrasound until you hit the 1000s. But given that the hCG hasn't been doubling normally, they weren't happy to wait for it to grow enough so they could see it on scan. Which I agreed with, apparently they had someone in recently with a ruptured ectopic that had an hCG level of about 170 🙈 so didn't want to take my chances. But yeah, so it could be implanted literally anywhere, who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've been having twinges on my right side, so I reckon it's over there somewhere 😅
