@Mfbroome thanks very much, that’s very nice of you to say. Wow it just shows you that it really is hard to tell and as they say no two pregnancies are the same. I know one of us has to be lucky this month, you’d think with the odds it would happen to one of us at least!! How are you today? Have you had any Xmas sweets to ease af? Yes I feel like theres a strong chance of one of you (or both) getting a bfp Coco and pasta. Do you like the tests? coco Crazy how many you get for that price. Too tempting not to use 3 day though 😂

People ask me all the time whens the next, and last year I always said oh I dont know, maybe next year. Need to think of a new line to say now that were into next year. lol. Dh family were asking recently are u pregnant as one of my SIL announced her pregnancy and I just said, oh no, not yet, maybe when ds is a bit older lol. Its tough to know what to say.

I have been healthy eating this week... even with AF and the bug. Hoping my healthy eating and relaxed vibes will bring me closer to bfp this cycle lol. Plus I have put on a little weight and feel like I need to be good... must of been the choc bailies 😂🤣😂

Crazy systems aren’t they @scarlet hope you’re feel so much better soon. Sorry to hear you’ve still got your bug. Are you back to work too? I know what you mean about the Christmas weight gain, I’m the same; my jeans are definitely feeling snugger and I hate feeling like that! I’ve put some of the better dated sweets away for later in the year sorted and others for dh to take into work and also some to palm off on some relatives 🤣 and get them fat instead! I’m also going to upt the exercise. I’ve been out for a long walk today with ds and feel so much better for it.

Oh and @scarletrose18 I know what you mean about people asking. I always used to say when ds is closer to 2 and now he is so that’s not going to work lol I think I’ll switch to once ds is out of nappies or something! I said something wrong to a relative the other day then said oops sorry I think I still have baby brain but the relative took it wrong and thought I meant I was having another baby I thought Jesus I know I’ve gained a pound or two over Christmas but I don’t think I look pregnant again haha 🤣 God it’s like the clock is ticking and people are waiting for the next one!!

@scarletrose18 forgot to say the tests you recommended are great quality, nice strong strips that aren’t flimsy and I like the clearness of them; as you said you don’t get evap lines or smudges! Also great value that you get 40 for the price! They’ve given me a very accurate BFN this morning at days 9/10po. I reckon I’m out this month ladies! Oh well there’s always next cycle

Which OPKs do you use @Scarletrose18 coz I'm using CB ones at the night but they're expensive and as I have random ovulation times I end up using loads? Xx

They're the ones I use to @MummyBearBoo, they work well for me, I'd recommend them too.

Oh no, sorry about the BFN @Cocobana. Still not out til AF shows though, it just means more waiting which sucks! 🙄 I haven't tested yet, my test strips haven't arrived in the post yet. But I am only 9DPO, and I'm feeling as unpregnant as one can, sigh.

Aww thanks @PastaSauceHoarder I know I feel unpregnant too. I really think im out this month I just don’t get a gut feeling at all and just don’t feel like anything has implanted even if they say it’s unpossivle to really tell. I’m trying to remember the what I felt like last time when I was pregnant with ds. When I think about it I had no symptoms until the day i thought was first the day first of my missed period. I felt nauseous and remember standing in the supermarket with dh and couldn’t decided on what I wanted for dinner that night, every cuisine turned my stomach. I had taken a pregnancy test the morning before and it was negative but with no period I decided to take one more to rule it out with me feeling so queezy and it came up a very faint positive in the late afternoon with diluted urine so it just shows you acouple of days really can make a difference. When I tested the next morning with clear blue it said 2-3 weeks pregnant.

I'm same @Cocobana in both my pregnancies I didn't have any idea I was pregnant until 5 weeks at earliest - my first I didn't know my cycle length coz my periods had only just restarted after 6 months without any and second time I had 6 week regular cycles (or so I thought) so didn't know I'd missed a period either - it's only when I started to notice some symptoms and second time around i kind of had a feeling too but not til after 5 weeks xxx

Well my tests just arrived in the post so obviously I took one ASAP - obviously a BFN as expected. 🙄

AF is due in 5 days so I guess I'll just keep testing!

With my daughter I definitely felt pregnant and took a test closer when I was six weeks gone. But I got implantation bleeding and sensitive boobs when I was pregnant with her, I haven't got anything right now so I reckon I'm out!

@PastaSauceHoarder but I got sensitive boobs early first time but not til I was about 9 weeks second time so you might still be in!! Xx

Thanks @MummyBearBoo god our bodies fool us don’t they!? I just never know what to think. Patience is easier said than done when ttc I think. Bet that was lovely surprise when you found out you were pregnant with your dd x

@pastasaucehoarder oh no I’m sorry but as you said it’s still early. It’s hard to think positively thought isn’t it, I just feel like this won’t be my month either. All it means though is when we do get out bfps we’ll appreciate it all the more! x

My AF should finish soon then after a week I'll be back on OPKs coz I ovulated late last month so no idea when I'm due to ovulate! X

Sigh, DH came home and told me he was pretty sad at work because the pregnancy test was negative - then he said he wished we would've tried sooner.
I seriously had to hold back tears when he said that... I spent four months trying to convince him to try sooner.
