@MummyBearBoo it’s hard for you knowing earlier like you say but no two pregnancies are the same. This one could be a very sticky little bean, I’m sure it will be. I can imagine it would be so hard but try not to put any pressure on yourself because I bet this will be completely different and like your dd you’ll make it past your scan and everything will be healthy and fine. Hopefully soon you’ll be able to enjoy this pregnancy and you’ll know everything is going well. x 👍🏼😃✨💖

Thanks @MummyBearBoo I don’t know that my chances will be great because dh is away with work over night in the middle of my fertile window 🤣 not good lol. Have you told your dh? I’m so excited for you and I feel very positive for you, hopefully the scan will come around fast and you’ll be able to tell your dd she’s getting a sibling, how lovely x

My DH knows - Well this cycle we only did it the day before and the day of the positive OPK in my fertile window is your DH around then?! We did do it 5 days before but I don't think that counts! I just really hope this egg is a good one and I don't have to go thru what I went thru last time -it was more painful than childbirth coz I had a bad reaction to the tablets!!
Also I had no symptoms apart from slightly tender boobs for two days which stopped again and I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't looking - so don't lose hope if you don't have symptoms everyone -I'm 15dpo today!!

@PastaSauceHoarder and @Mfbroome when are your scans? I'm gonna wait till a week on Monday before calling to Drs I think then I should get a midwife appt then they should book me in for a dating scan when they can fit me in so hopefully all being well I should be a few more weeks by then -but this needs to stick around to get to that point! Xx

Hello @coco Im cd12 I have stuck to SMEP so far and been taking my opks. Light lines just so far. What about you? How are you getting on? What days of cycle is dh away on?

Yeah @Scarletrose18 I got an email saying there's been a breach and they'd notified the 46 people affected but I didn't get an email saying I'd been affected? Xx

Ahh ok thats good. I only got 1 email but just scanned it and assumed everyone had been affected. @mummyb Has your bfp sunk in yet? How amazing that you only dtd a few times. Its giving me hope for this cycle for @coco and @hjwt and myself 💖

@Scarletrose18 honestly I feel like giving up and just letting nature takes its course 😂 I don't understand how people get pregnant that don't actively track there cycle & ovulation!!

Not sunk in yet coz it's so early and I don't feel any different I don't think it will til I either see the scan or start getting proper symptoms! I had a really vivid dream last night too all my pg tests were inconclusive so I was quite glad that wasn't the case! Xx

HJWT Maybe ovulating later? But woo hoo that looks positive!! Is your dh around? Go get that egg!

@scarletrose18 I didn’t get notifications either, it must have been connected with what happened. I’m cd10 today and took my first opk this cycle and got a faint line but I think hopefully building nicely. Dh is away on cd15 and most of cd16. He’ll be tired when he gets back. Last cycle I ovulated cd16. We’ll just have to DTD when we can and work around it. I can’t beluebe how quickly this new thread has filled up, maybe the new name could be to do with ttc and also pregnancy. Hope you’re having a good weekend.

And exactly as @scarlet said @mummybearboo you only DTD afew times and you got your bfp which is amazing. Maybe I’ve been DTD too much the last cycles. I know this cycle I’m just going to stick loosely to the SMEP method and not overdo it with the DTD.

@coco I think that will still work for you, if you dtd on cd14 and then if dh isnt too tired, cd16 but even if not cd17 will still be great as sperm live up to 5 days in fertile period. I have lots of positivity for us this month 🙂💖

Looking good @HJWT ,@coco they do say it's better to DTD before your actual ov day as then the sperm have time to travel to your tubes and just wait for the egg! They travel in to the uterus together then! It seems that our DTD the day before ov got the egg not the one on Ov day coz the other ones were already closer if you get what I mean! As it was the first time we DTD since 5 days (sorry if TMI) earlier it wasn't like a chore that day I think when you do it too much it kind of gets chore like so you don't enjoy it as much!
