1dpo starting the TWW who's hoping for a new year BFP?!

So I'm not due to ovulate for 2 more days but according to my Cm I probably ovulated yesterday (2nd month in a row I ovulated early) last month I missed ov because I started dtd after I think I ovulated whereas this month I started a week previous which ended up only being a couple days before!! So I think I'm about 1dpo and starting the tww!! Anyone fancy joining?

Hi Everyone, can I join the chat please. TTC baby #1, December was the first month trying and a weird one it was.
I have been tracking my cycle with flo (which conveniently stopped working a couple of weeks ago) and it gave me an ovulation date of 23/12. Between the years I got a little exited symptom spotting as I was feeling nauseous and I had a strong sense of smell. Normally my cycle is quite regular at 27/28 days, AF expected on the 06. 5 days before AF was due I had heavy spotting, bright red and lasted right up to the arrival of AF on the 06 (accompanied the the usual light cramps). AF was very light and lasted only a couple of days. Never had anything like this before. Took 2 tests just before AF was due and both a BFN.

@Tinag18 hello and welcome to the post! Have you taken any tests today as af was due yesterday? It sounds as though you have just had a dodgy af. They can be effected by the festive period and sometimes just by your body playing tricks on you whilst TTC!! I would take a test just to make sure but I've not so far heard of implant bleeding for that long but you never know!! X

Update guys so had bloating and gas all week, sore boobs and waking up all through the nights. Today I have had very light spotting I don't know if it's a thing to have implant bleeding at 12dpo or if af is just deciding to come a few days early!! I took a cheapie this morning a snowy white negative which would be if I haven't even implanted yet or am just gearing up for af!! I seem to still be having lots of Cm though which usually goes away just before af so god knows!!

The spotting sounds promising @thejollytrolleydolly ❤️ keep us updated! I’m 12 dpo today and got a BFN, may still be too early as I’m not due on for 7 days so who knows! My boobs seem a little sore and I’ve been super bloated so I still have hope. Fingers crossed for you lovely xx

I'm taking a break from charting this month to concentrate on work and DTD when we feel like it. CD4 and just spotting now so the DTD can recommence!
My cycles are short so next AF due 29th Jan. FX relaxed approach = BFP!

@Tinag18 my cycle 1 was similar - AF came more than a week before it was due so shifted all of my dates for next cycle. Tested a couple of times because I was hoping it was implantation bleed but got BFNs. Maybe as @thejollytrolleydolly said just the body being funny during TTC. Many unexplained things I chalked it up to my body saying - oh it’s TTC time let me reset a couple of things

Af got me last night 😭 3 days early! I can't believe how short this cycle was 👎🏼 this period isn't as painful as usual though I have little to no cramps and it's very dark. I'll see how it progresses but I doubt it would be like this if I were preg oh well! Roll on next cycle ❤️

Oh sorry @thejollytrolleydolly 😕 I think my af is about to come but after backache for 4 days I'm just a bit sick of waiting now and want it over!

AF here now so I'm deffo out 🙁

Next FW starts on the 20th jan which feels an age away but I suppose it's not.

@LillianFullStop it's just so annoying, thought at least my cycle is predictable to should be easy to spot anything different. Hope we all have better luck next month

Sorry to hear AF got you @Wildflower2019. Funny thing with TTC makes you want to fast forward the days but any other time it’s all like “I can’t believe it’s Christmas break is over already!”

My AF is due on 18-Jan so I’ve got a long wait as well...

Cycle day 31, no AF, pure white BFN. UGH. Wish my period would hurry up now as I know I'm out.

I was 14dpo 😱yesterday. And it was only with a clearblue Frer that I got a strong pos, the IC line was barely there
