1dpo starting the TWW who's hoping for a new year BFP?!

So I'm not due to ovulate for 2 more days but according to my Cm I probably ovulated yesterday (2nd month in a row I ovulated early) last month I missed ov because I started dtd after I think I ovulated whereas this month I started a week previous which ended up only being a couple days before!! So I think I'm about 1dpo and starting the tww!! Anyone fancy joining?

Thank you for the welcome @jollytrolleydolly 😊 I will only be 9 dpo on Saturday, so not sure if that will be to early to test? Although I do really want to but may get a BFN if I test to early.

@daisy726 sounds like you have implantation bleeding hun, have you done any tests?

@Tilly94 do you have quite short cycles? If so just wait to see to see if af shows on Saturday! If not take a test on Sunday. If you take a frer it should show a clear result on the day your period is due. Good luck!! I hope you get a BFP! 😁

@thejollytrolleydolly I have 33 day cycles so they are quite long, I’m not due on until 15th January so still have 13 days! ☹️ I have felt super bloated past 2 days not sure if that means anything.

It does but this afternoon the blood was really red. I’m driving myself mad with this! Took a FR test this evening - nadah. Actual AF due on Friday.

After all this my advice would be to wait until AF is due to test to avoid the stress and disappointment, but I can guarantee that I wouldn’t be able to next time. Ha. I haven’t really had any bloating @tilly94 xx

I think I’m going to wait until I’m late as on my first month I tested and was getting very faint lines, was 7 days late on my period and then got BFN, so I think I had a chemical pregnancy.

I'm going to wait until I'm late too (if that happens). AF is due on Tuesday, going to hold off testing until Wednesday and then it's my birthday Thursday. Would LOVE to give my husband a present on my birthday

The TWW feels like it lasts forever. How long have you been trying if you don’t mind me asking?
We’ve been trying for 3 cycles now so let’s hope dtd over xmas payed off (sorry tmi) xx

This is only first month so trying to be realistic, it's so difficult not to symptom spot though. It'll only take a sneeze and I'll be googling to see if it's a symptom - so ott!

I hear Xmas is a good time of the year to conceive as people are generally off work and a bit more relaxed during this period.

Hmm - I’ll be 10DPO by Saturday, not sure whether that may be a little early for me - but I know now you lot are, I’m going to!!

@Frillyfarmer I will be around 10dpo on Saturday too and I know a lot of people have got their BFP that early so I'm going to give it a go and see what happens! If it's another bfn it's cool, it's all I've been getting for 9 months so it won't be a massive surprise I think I will be more shocked to see a BFP!! Seems to be taking forever this ttc business! Oh well bring on Saturday!!

@Tilly94 oh right got you! I thought you said af was due the 5th lol my bad ok yeah it's still a while away. The tww is such a pain isn't it?! Have you got much to do to distract yourself until you can test? Xx

7 dpo, trying to wait until Sunday at 10 dpo. Can. Not. Wait. Am also housebound as potty training DS so have about 100 pregnancy tests within arms reach. Gah

@ButtonTum I hear you!! I'm about 7dpo today too and already caved twice this week! For some reason I had the silly idea it would show on a frer by now... nope! Good job I have a couple more! I really really hope this is my month 💕

Hi everyone. Hope you don’t mind me joining the chat. I think I’m about 7dpo. TTC baby #2. I stupidly did an internet cheapie test this morning and it was obviously a BFN. I don’t know why I did it to myself. I’m having mild cramping in my lower tummy and my boobs are sore. This is how I felt with my son and my first pregnancy which I miscarried, but I don’t want to get my hopes up!!

@thejollytrolleydolly I am hoping a frer will show up on Sunday at 10dpo. Surely? I have ICs too to make sure and in case I can't wait. Lower back pain and sore boobs have been my symptoms. Don't usually get either of these with AF. Fingers crossed for us both!

@ButtonTum oh I hope that's a good sign for you! I've not really had any symptoms apart from a couple twinges in my uterus area and itchy boobs?! Been struggling to sleep the last few nights and having super vivid dreams and night sweats but I don't feel like that's pregnancy related. I know it was silly testing at 7dpo but I was just really hoping i would see something 🙈 yes going to try again Saturday or Sunday and if it's still completely white I'll just wait for af. Literally dtd every 2 days since last af so if I don't get a BFP this month I don't know what else to try!

Formerly onemoremincepie here! Decs down and mince pies eaten and back to work today - had a strange feeling of fullness and queasiness all afternoon. Not sure it it was the first afternoon at work biting back or symptoms but it was hard to get up today and I was ready for bed by 3pm. Looking forward to the weekends testing party - think I will be Sunday shift as af due on sat if I last till then! Fingers crossed for those joining in.

I’ve decided I’m not going to test until Tuesday if I can wait, as that’ll be 6 days before af is due (I have 33 day cycles so pretty long)

@Lammoshay do you know exactly what day you ovulated on? Because if you ovulated 29/30/31 you would have had sex too late but if you ovulated 2/3/4 you might have just caught it x
