1dpo starting the TWW who's hoping for a new year BFP?!

So I'm not due to ovulate for 2 more days but according to my Cm I probably ovulated yesterday (2nd month in a row I ovulated early) last month I missed ov because I started dtd after I think I ovulated whereas this month I started a week previous which ended up only being a couple days before!! So I think I'm about 1dpo and starting the tww!! Anyone fancy joining?

@Daisy726 I would wait a few more days until AF as it may be related to AF or could be early pregnancy signs.
Also until you have actually missed a period, most GPs would say wait until missed period to exclude it on a test (from experience!) so that would be frustrating!

@Daisy726 it's funny you should say that because the first month me and oh started TTC I was adamant I was pregnant! Nausea, really put off alcohol and had light headedness in the shower. It was clearly my body playing tricks on me as af came right on time. I think in my first month I was so convinced it would happen I got ghost symptoms!

@workinprogressmum I think I will have deffo cracked by 9dpo I generally can't wait by the time I get to 7dpo 😂😂

@thejollytrolleydolly I'm 6 DPO today. My temperature is still climbing though! I'll attach my chart, I don't know if anyone else can make anything if it. I also have had a loss of appetite and horrible taste in my mouth despite eating well, staying hydrated and avoiding alcohol for 4 days now. Weird!

Here it is - any ideas?

@thosethreewords that looks good to me! I wish I had a normal enough life that I could temp but I literally wake up anywhere between 3am and 9am for work 🙈 I'd say that's a good sign! Plus you can start getting symptoms coming up to a week dpo fx crossed for you! X

I'm still only 3-5dpo so I've got a few days to wait yet! No symptoms really apart from a bit bloated and a dodgy tummy could just be repercussions from Christmas though lol!! I know I'm going to break at 7dpo haha my willpower is slim to nil x

Still with you on the sidelines! Have gone away for new year leaving of tests at home to avoid temptation! Not sure if it was the long journey or symptoms setting in! Draw on the weekend for testing - keep putting plan making off until we know, but keeping fingers crossed for us and everyone still waiting. For those not on board this time, hopefully the new year will bring luck and lines where we want them.

Had really odd pinching/pmt style pains since last night. Almost feels like AF could come soon...! I'm only 4-5 days po.

Of course, I'm convincing myself it's implantation!

Knowing me, it's probably just my body just screaming for me to stop snacking on biscuits, crackers and cake!! (It is Christmas!)

@Onemoremincepie that's a good idea, I know there's like 20 cheapies under my sink so I get to like 7dpo and am just like what the hell! Yeah I think I will test next Saturday as I should be around 10dpo by then. @WildFlower2019 you're in the same boat as me when do you think you'll test? Want to join the weekend testing party? X

I'm pretty constant with wake up time because I've got a dog who loves waking me up by jumping on me at 6.30 every morning to tell me it's time for walkies!!

11dpo IC was negative :(

Can I join the party? I OV on the 18th December. Took a frer on the 28th and thought I could see another line. Took another test yesterday and got a definite BFP although still faint.

Morning, just an update. Another BFN and I was up from 3am with nausea and lower back pain so I’m heading to my GP this morning because this is really not right. Hoping it’s nothing serious.

@Daisy726 could it be AF coming?

@workinprogressmum well I never get PMS symptoms before AF is due and this has been going on since 18 December now so it’s really odd if it is. I’ll let you know what they say (probably wait for AF!) x

HELP PLEASE! I have done 2 pregnancy tests one yesterday and one today, both have come back faint positive, because of the faint lines I thought I would phone my doctors surgery for a telephone app to see if they could put my mind at rest. I have just come of the phone to a doctor and she asked did I have any symptoms I said my breasts are sensitive and that I feel quite tired during the day but not sure if I'm just being more lazy in the Christmas holidays with all the food! I also told her my period was due yesterday and I've had slight cramping in my back but it was just for a short period yesterday! She said the test you've done are quite good so id say go with what they say, she said but you should like your having a miscarriage and that id need to test again in 10 days.. she then said there's nothing more I can help you with and that she was it!? She never gave me advice and I now as a result feel absolutely awful. I have looked on google and it's saying constant back pain is a sign of miscarriage but I didn't describe it as that I described it like a period cramp without the blood for a short period of time! I now wish I didn't phone the doctor as I'm feel totally stressed now and worrying!?

@sa11zza could you ring your local epu? They will probably tell you to retest in a few days or go for a scan in a couple of weeks but might put your mind at ease.

That’s awful the doctor said that to you. It doesn’t sound like a miscarriage. A lot of women can get a cramp here and there or backache early pregnancy. As long as blood doesn’t accompany it then I wouldn’t worry.

I am going to go and buy a digital test from the chemist this afternoon and do it tomorrow morning! The thought of a 10 day wait is killing me, I haven't had any spotting of blood or anything I was quite taken aback!

@Daisy726 that sounds reassuring that the GP didn't think it was anything else, but understandable that it doesn't help you right now, as you don't have answers!!
@sa11zza if you haven't had bleeding I would try really hard not to worry, because if you are
