@MrsEG I know I don't know how Long it took for this line to appear. I just saw BFN and carried on getting ready for work. Went to throw it this morning and saw that. It can really play with your mind. It looks exactly like a positive I got before my MC which was really faint but that was because it was later in the afternoon. Just totally messes with your head. So confusing along with ovulating within a week of AF. I think I can truly say my body is messed up and these tests are just making it harder. It even looks like it's pink which I didn't think was possible unless your had the HCG hormone. God give me strength!! Is it too early for a drink yet??? Is it possible to fall out with your own vagina???

Sorry it does look pinker and darker in person, just getting frustrated with myself. Maybe I should just do an FRER to be sure rather than crap cheap things. Got lots of CM as well at the moment but thought that was because I got a positive OPK.

I think as this test is old now I’d do another for sure tomorrow morning, and if that doesn’t rest any fears then definitely see your GP. It’s what we pay our taxes for!! For my BFP before my MC, the line came up very quickly (within a minute). I really will keep everything crossed for you and definitely think seeing your GP to answer all your questions could be a good idea, as you’ve had so much going on recently ♥️

@DayDreamer1707 ah bless you, like the others said, go get a decent test and do that. I didn't think the line could go pink without it detecting something, but then if it's been 12 hours who knows...

8DPO today and temperature not dipped yet, I'm still expecting AF on the weekend based on my usual LP, although after last month and the bitch turning up earlier, who knows!

Breakfast time, I've woken up bloody starving today!

@EltzBee I had a mince pie for breakfast this morning - Dec feasting in full force! I am 6DPO today; time never goes as slow as during the bloody 2WW does it?!

@MrsEG I think I'm just reading into things too much. I still don't really know if what I had was a proper AF. It was either bang on time with my cycles before my MC or slightly early for the cycle I had after my MC. Il just nip and buy a decent test on my dinner and see what that says tomorrow morning. If it's negative hopefully we've caught Ovulation this time or I'm still to ovulate who knows.

@EltzBee thats what I htought but my own eyes will probably be playing tricks on me. Positive OPKs on CD6 but a negative test. Lesson for all DO NOT USE CHEAP TESTS. Fx the witch doesn't show up for you x

@MrsEG about to make porridge for me! Oh it really does somehow go loads slower in the 2WW, infuriating isn't it!! I do wish it was possible to just 'know' and be able to go, ah well, move on!

@DayDreamer1707 I think a lot of the tests now say it doesn't matter what time of the day you take them, although they're so expensive don't like to waste them! I have cheapo's in the cupboard for when I give in to the urge to POAS LOL.

Does anyone know how long the battery lasts on a clearblue digital stick? I've got a load of tests for it left but not sure whether to just use them up the rest of this month anyway despite having already ovulated apparently, or whether the battery would last long enough for me to use it next cycle too? It was free so I won't be buying another one, so want to make the most out of it either way!

@EltzBee I’ve been really hungry this morning too! I don’t usually bother with breakfast but in my 9am meeting today my stomach was rumbling so loudly it was embarrassing 😂

@MrsEG nice choice on the mince pie breakfast! I’m jealous, I just had an apple, very boring and not at all festive.

Still no AF here but I’ve worked out that if I ovulated the second time I felt O pains rather than the first time (when I expected to O) then I’m only 11dpo today so not late. So I’m going to go with that and expect AF on Thursday. Maybe my body tried to ovulate but didn’t quite manage it so tried again a few days later?

@stormtrooperjulian my body has done that in a previous month, tried to ovulate, failed, and tried again a few days later. I could see it in my OPKs and temp. I think it's reasonably common. Hah I still feel hungry today even after a big bowl of porridge with banana and raspberries. Will have to make another cuppa!

I'd do a FRER tomorrow, I have heard of women going back and seeing a positive after the time but it could also be an evap line so I'd try a FRER (even though they are bad for evaps too) but if it is a positive a FRER will pick it up x

@EltzBee That's what I've read too and I'm not sure when this actually came up.

I had a result from FRER (top) when I was pregnant before my MC next to my one from yesterday (bottom). The FRER was in the afternoon after really dark lines and positive results. I just kept peeing on things so this is a positive. I didn't know anything about evap lines or time limits then, ohhh the naivety of it all was bliss. Not getting my hopes up as nothing has be at all easy since my MC.

@DayDreamer1707 - oh my god, how frustrating to notice that later on in the day, so can;t be sure if was a positive in the time limit or not! You need to crack of peeing on more tests haha, fingers crossed for you!!

@MrsLBear not ov'd yet, still low today. I just want it to rise now as neither DH or I are that keen to Dtd so much this month, too much food bloat, miserable weather and pre-Christmas work stress are not particularly sexy!

@FlapJackered - I'm feeling you, wasn't particularly enthusiastic/sexy last night for us 😂 was hoping for a chill month of dtd as and when and naturally catching it, rather than a sudden frantic 2 days! Haha

I've been given some mince pies at work this morning, think will have to crack them open for brunch

@DayDreamer1707 You poor thing! Like everyone else says, get a decent FRER today and pee on it first thing tomorrow so you know for sure. With a FRER you either get a line or you don’t in 3 minutes so you can find out and get away from being in limbo and screaming at your uterus!! Keep us all posted. FRERs can be bad for evaps so keep your eye on it those 3 mins!!

@stormtrooperjulian Sorry to hear you’re still waiting for AF! Will you test Thurs if she doesn’t show up?

@starkid I’ve been using my CB since October and battery is still fine. I’d bloody hope so for the price too!

@starkid Yep, I really like them. I just like the fact there is no grey area with them - it’s either a yes, almost, or no! I wish all tests could be like that! FX for your cycle x

@starkid I was hoping for the same, keeping it nice and relaxed but (tmi) I have had the most amount of ewcm I have ever had and now can't help feeling like it's going to waste 😂😂

@DayDreamer1707 absolutely you can fall out with your own vagina! That make me laugh so much! You have made me think though - what if I get a questionable line on Christmas Day? Nowhere will be open for me to run and get either a FRER or a digital! I might have to pre-plan...

@starkid I've used the same CB stick since May so the battery lasts for quite some time. I ditched it this month because I got tired of paying for it and IC work just fine for me.

@FlapJackered don't waste that ewcm! Mine showed up extra early this cycle, figured I better put it to good use, ehm. Only temping this cycle, fighting hard not to poas. I dunno if I'm "relaxed" as ewcm is a dead giveaway of the fertile week but it's certainly easier when not obsessing over things to pee on.

Thank you all so much for the supportive. I know the result will be negative but I suppose there is always that little bit of hope. Just been and got some FRER so lets see what tomorrow brings.

@MrsR16 get stocked up, don't use the cheap ones like I did.

@FlapJackered I have lots of CM, I think it's a sign to get busy even if you arent sure whats going on.

@starkid Is it really crazy that i've never actually tried a mince pie... 😬
