@mrsof20118

Not really! I feel like I have premenstrual cramps, so it is really confusing.

@FlapJackered

I am overjoyed, but I'm also still anxious! It's so early; feel like I could still lose it any second. Am sitting here silently encouraging my little cluster of cells to make itself comfortable and implant.

FlapJackered · 14/11/2018 07:33

@Hadaley I am sure it will, just remember there is more chance of it sticking than not sticking 🤞🏻

@mrsof20118 that is a super high temp! Do you feel sickly? if not hopefully it's a good sign! 🤞🏻

SullyWifey · 14/11/2018 07:34

@mrsof20118 that's different. Defiantly not a deviating temp?? What was the actual temp?

mrsof20118 · 14/11/2018 07:43

@flapjackered I felt a bit fluey Sunday but fine since
@sullywifey 37.09

SullyWifey · 14/11/2018 07:55

@mrsof20118 well that is a good sign. Everything's crossed for another high temp tomorrow darling xx

FivexFive · 14/11/2018 08:09

@Hadaley, wooo!! Congratulations :)

Thanks all for the input on adoption. It's definitely something we're going to think about. After Christmas we'll probably start doing a bit of research.

Well ladies we're half way through the week. Anyone testing at the weekend?? Hope everyone is ok xx

SophiePie · 14/11/2018 08:20

@Hadaley Congratulations!!!!

@mrsof20118 I've seem temp rises start anywhere from 4dpo but it's could be a good sign so far. Fingers crossed!

MrsAW2018 · 14/11/2018 08:24

@Hadaley congratulations! X

It's taken all of my might not to test this morning. I know what the answer will be. It's just very strange that I'm not feeling pre menstrual when I usually have raging PMS 5 days before AF is due. Perhaps AF is going to be late anyway as I have PCOS, my cycles can be irregular. 😞

BabySquid · 14/11/2018 08:32

@mrsof20118 my temp is also very high for me... not as high as yours tho, but I did have a spike a couple of times week before last when I was coming down with cold. (But I'm hoping yours is good news!) here are my temps, clear Ov day then whoosh back up!!

ValidUser · 14/11/2018 09:06

@Hadaley congratulations!

Getting bloods drawn today with an AMH.

purplefig · 14/11/2018 09:18

@Hadaley OMG congratulations!!! So glad I mentioned the pregnancy thing to you, I nearly didn't because it was just something I'd read on here and not actually researched. How're you feeling!? Over the moon? In shock!? What a turn around of events! Grin

@FivexFive I love deep and meaningfuls :) try and have them at least once a week. I think it's super sensible to find out how you both feel about alternatives, but as you say it's still incredibly early days for you guys. They do say a year don't they? Though think I'd be pulling my hair out after 12 months!

@crossfitgirl I've had reflexology by a proper reflexologist three times and it was GLORIOUS. I wasn't going for any particular issue, but she could tell I was very stressed (had just moved house and family health issues) and I felt much more grounded afterwards. Speaking of which - I hope your house move goes slowly. Sounds like an epic abode! I've just been researching loft conversions, think I'll wait til I'm pregnant to get any quotes ;)

purplefig · 14/11/2018 09:20

@ValidUser all the best for today x

purplefig · 14/11/2018 09:33

@crossfitgirl slowly?! Blush I meant well! Fuck knows where that came from Grin

rj995 · 14/11/2018 10:49

@Hadaley huge congrats!! what cycle were you on TTC? amazing news😊

Feeling as though I need an update on everyone's situation, so many names it's hard to keep up with everyone's journey. I'm around 6/7 DPO and the temptation to test is ridiculous. I feel as though I'm waking up every morning and the first thing that pops into my head is 'ARE YOU PREGNANT YET?!'

Hoping you ladies get your BFP's soon🤞🏼

Boo2you · 14/11/2018 10:55

Hi ladies, just wandering does anyone know if you can get a positive OPK but not actually ovulate? I have a regular 35 day cycle and have PCOS. I got pregnant last year but due to a genetic condition had to have a TFMR at 12 weeks 😢. I'm only asking because due to complications from the TFMR I had to have an operation which in really rare cases can cause infertility. I'm going to the GPS today for blood tests as got no positive OPKs last month. However this month I got a positive one on CD22 does this mean I am definitely ovulating it just releasing hormones to ovulate?

purplefig · 14/11/2018 10:57

@rj995 agree about updates! Hope you can resist the urge to POAS, I know that temptation well.

I'm on day 7 of cycle 3. Have just read 'The Impatient Women's Guide' and have bought OPKs for this cycle. Don't think we've actually done it on the right day yet lol, so feeling positive about this cycle.

FlapJackered · 14/11/2018 11:14

@Boo2you yes you can unfortunately. They don't recommend using opks if you have pcos for that reason, but if you temp chart as well you can confirm whether you have ov'd or not with a temperature rise. I think just to find out if you are ov'ing or not it would be worth temping for a month x

Boo2you · 14/11/2018 11:39

The Dr recommended using OPKs first as my periods are to the day regular. Last month I used cheap amazon ones this month I used CB ones and only got 1 positive one on CD22 - I guess I’ll have to see what the blood results show - having 1 today and one when my AF is due a week tomorrow then should get the results two weeks after! I really hope I’m ovulating!

stormtrooperjulian · 14/11/2018 12:43

@Hadaley congratulations!

@rj995 I lose track of where everyone is too

I’m around 5dpo on cycle 4. Not feeling very optimistic for this cycle, no real reason for that but just worried that it’s never going to happen for me if it hasn’t already. Totally irrational I know, I’m only on cycle 4 ffs and I know it’s totally normal for it to take up to a year, but was reading that something like 60% of women get pregnant in the first 3 months and wondering why not me?!

KatBeCool · 14/11/2018 12:57

@FivexFive AF is due this weekend for me, but I'm not testing until it's late. I don't want a bfn only to have the bitch show up the next day.

@Hadaley congratulations! Isn't it interesting how everyone else immediately thought you're pregnant except you when you described your symptoms?

@rj995 resist the urge!

BabySquid · 14/11/2018 12:57

@stormtrooperjulian totally agree with you.
If I hadn't already got by BFP (granted it didn't last long) I'd be feeling the same! Took me C4 for that bfp tho, so I'm thinking it'll take another 4 to get it again!
And yes I agree @rj995 lost everyone...
I'm on C6 (month 7tho with MC and long cycles)
Currently 2DPO and feeling quite good about this month.
My husband and I decided that we're going to have a break from TTC for a couple of months if it doesn't happen this month as I'm MOH in August and would hate to ruin/miss my besties wedding day if I couldn't make it.

SullyWifey · 14/11/2018 13:35

@stormtrooperjulian huns I know what you mean but I'm starting to think that statistic is a lie!!! Don't loose hope. It hasn't happened for me yet but I know it will one day and that's all I'm aiming for (ps please note that comment is coming from me who is having one of my "good" days. I won't be the same if AF turns up in 2 weeks but feel free to remind me of what I'm saying then!) xx

Cycle 11 (I'm sure you all remember that I moan about it often enough haha)

CD16 sure I'm going to O any day now. But hoping it's soon as DH is finding the every other day difficult, scared he's not going to be up for tomorrow and I think that will be my peak.

mrsof20118 · 14/11/2018 14:37

@FivexFive I'm going to test this weekend if I can hold out until then.

Got cramps this afternoon but seem higher up maybe than I would expect for anything baby related.

KatBeCool · 14/11/2018 14:40

@SullyWifey I can't see any couples being able to keep up dtding every other day and still be excited about it. This cycle when hubby and I did three days in a row, two of them being during his lunch coming home, he lost his mojo for a week after the last time.

SullyWifey · 14/11/2018 15:07

@KatBeCool glad it's not just us then! I don't think I can push to every day yet! He works 12 hour days doing a physical job bless him if I ask for every day he might loose his mojo for a year haha.

Also can I just say how jealous I am of your lunch time baby dancing!! I love day sex but unless it's the weekend that's never on the cards!! What CD are you? Sorry if you have said already!
