@Bettythecat as hard as it is the only thing you can do is try and stay positive, it will happen for you. Also men unfortunately do not think and feel the same way as us. He probably genuinely thought that acting normal was maybe helping in a way.

I have however read that having sex every night doesn't give the sperm chance to mature enough and be strong enough. It said it was better to do it every other night if you wasn't sure when you was ovulating.

Thanks so much for responding to me so quickly! I will copy and paste onto the new group like you suggested.

In terms of frequency I’ve done some googling (like with literally everything else!!) and it seems every other day only really makes a difference if his sperm count is low- in any other situation it’s fine to do it every day and may actually increase it! Hard to know what to believe though to be honest since there is so many differing bits of advice out there!!
