TTC #1 Journey starts now

Ok , that's it. I'm done leaving it to chance. Me and my partner definitely want to actively try for a baby. We've been letting nature take its course but not actively trying.
So I've downloaded Flo and added my last few period dates. I stopped the pill back in July after being on for 13 years.
I've got some of that seven seas Trying for a baby pre conception vitamins, I started my period very last last night/early hours this morning after being 3 days late . Normally I'm like clockwork with AF, but this month I'm late, starving, nauseous, and so tired. But obviously not pregnant if I'm on period!!
So today marks the start of us activily TTC. I'm making sure we DTD around my ovulation dates and I'm hoping for a BFP next time around...
I'm extremely clueless to pregnancy, I never realised how hard it actually is! School teaches you that it's a definite the moment you have unprotected sex!
I'm 25 yet feel like I no nothing!?
Can I test at any point or is it best to wait till the next time AF is due? As in wait till I'm late then do a test?
I don't smoke or drink heavily. May have a glass of wine here and there.
Any tips for this month? Hoping I'll get a BFP by December!!!

Talking of signs.... sweet jesus..today i am exhausted.... to the point where my eyes are so heavy, if i close them i know ill sleep... and i have no excuse for it..i havent done anything really! I felt sick yesterday and this morning, bloated and had a sharp pain in one side and headache...Oh and a weird dream i was being chased by zombies...

All good signs i hope! Although with the lack of DTD this month id be surprised...

After last month I'm trying not to symptom spot, but am struggling with what feels like period cramps today - had to go get my microwavable bean-bag as it's so bad. Only 5 DPO so guessing it's just my body deciding to be difficult this month!

I’m still waiting for PKO to show a surge but still DTD everyday just now while flo saying I’m in fertile window. I feel like I’m going insane POAS every time I’m going to the toilet and on constant knicker watch haha!

@MyloC I'm also going insane on knicker watch lmao 😂 keep thinking I'm seeing pink but then it's not actually there!! I'll have an answer soon enough either way.

@MyloC I was like that last month!! But around AF time as i was late and i was hoping for her not to appear! Its horrible, i didnt wanna go pee at all...
@EltzBee im trying not to as i know its probably all in my head... did you get sore boobs? See ive never had that, not even if im due AF, im guessing when my boobvs get sore, then ill know for sure...

@ladytmp I don't usually get sore boobs at the time of the month, sometimes a little sensitive but nothing major!
Last month I didn't get any period cramps at all so goodness know why our bodies have to mix it up... what happened to consistency at least lol!

@ladytmp I don't think so. I don't feel pregnant this month. Only thing I was going off was weird ass dreams!
Stupid body! Why don't we have the same symptoms each month, so we know exactly when we're pregnant!! Stupid mother effing nature!!

6 DPO today for me. App thinks due on this weekend so we'll see!

I'm now on day 4 of flashing smiley and want to throw it out the window! Been DTD more or less every day to give us the best chance but I'm not getting my hopes up, I guess there's always next month! Good luck for the next cycle everyone xx

I've still not had anything yet tho, no pink spotting or anything.
Although I have just (gross TMI sorry...) bobbed a bit of rolled up loo roll up there... makeshift tamp if you like... just to see if there was anything, and... the faintest bit of brown discharge.. like literally the faintest brown. So maybe the MC last month has messed up my cycle this month and I didn't ovulate when I thought I did and this is an IB?? Shame I felt too lazy to temp otherwise I'd have had better indication🤦🏼‍♀️
Or am I just clutching at straws here 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I@ExpectantPatronum it's so hard isn't it, I have no idea when I'm ovulating or if I'm even going to because of my pill this is my first month off so the bleed that I had a few weeks ago wasn't a real period just a withdrawal bleed from the pill so my body doesn't really know what's happening haha! I mean I'm on day 19 from my last bleed and the clear blue has only been a flashing smiley for the last 4 days so I think my cycle is going to be longer than normal, I haven't had any CM at all either, plus I don't know when my TWW would be because if I was to go by my period AF would be due 3rd Nov but that doesn't tie in with my clear blue ovulation tests, so yeah I'm
Really confused! 🙈

I am new to this Site, and newly TTC!!! SO excited! I am 28 and DH is 37 so clocks a ticking!

I am 1 week off of my BC and ever since stopping the Pill i have felt horrendous- cramps, headaches and light spotting/ period.

I have bought OPK tests and done 1 a day for the past 3 days- i find it addictive just constantly wanting to see a line so i know its time to BD!

Wish me luck!

I hope to make some good friends along the way using this Site- everyone seems so supportive!

I've been off my BC about 3 and half weeks and. Haven't had anything like that, couple of twinges but nothing too painful what pill was you on?

I feel so sick today... literally almost just threw up in my mouth... and i had tingling in my boobs... if flo says im due 3/11/18 when can i test with the first response tests you reckon?

I'd personally say Halloween... I don't trust them being all too accurate before then. And you'd hate to get a false neg.

Nothing much happening for me just I’m CD 12 and waiting for positive on OPK flow app saying I ovulate today?
Just being DTD every night since CD 9 so far. Anyone any tips on positions that are meant to be more successful?

@MyloC heya im at least 5 DPO...phones changed and i didnt back up and one said 18th one said 19th ovulation so going with the latter....

We are currently ttc I have a teen and he has a older child. We are trying for a baby of our own. It's a scary thought as it's been 14 years and been on the pill since. Was on the combined pill then just a year ago was put on the mini pill.

I stopped taken the pill altogether the 2nd week in August and took first AF beginning of Sep. Trying to get used to when AF is due now is totaly messed up

I thought this week I was pregnant due to light bleeding and no AF cramps thought it's was implantation bleeding but have done a test and negative

I started taken folic acid last week too

Any tips and helpful info for ttc

@ladytmp yeah I think they're good Althea are expensive but definitely worth it for the clear result you don't have to doubt yourself and get line eyes, just hope to get my static smiley tomorrow as that will be day 5 of smiley face just been DTD every day hoping for the best!

Well ladies I just got back from my Coloscopy appt. I told the dr I was TTC and having unprotected sex. She went ahead and took 2 biopsys of my cervix . Told me I may bleed and it may be brown....which I thought great..so will be like implantation bleeding, way to confuse me!!
I hope this won't cause any complications if I have conceived but then it's so early I'm hoping any risk is minute as it's so early on...
