Ok , that's it. I'm done leaving it to chance. Me and my partner definitely want to actively try for a baby. We've been letting nature take its course but not actively trying.
So I've downloaded Flo and added my last few period dates. I stopped the pill back in July after being on for 13 years.
I've got some of that seven seas Trying for a baby pre conception vitamins, I started my period very last last night/early hours this morning after being 3 days late . Normally I'm like clockwork with AF, but this month I'm late, starving, nauseous, and so tired. But obviously not pregnant if I'm on period!!
So today marks the start of us activily TTC. I'm making sure we DTD around my ovulation dates and I'm hoping for a BFP next time around...
I'm extremely clueless to pregnancy, I never realised how hard it actually is! School teaches you that it's a definite the moment you have unprotected sex!
I'm 25 yet feel like I no nothing!?
Can I test at any point or is it best to wait till the next time AF is due? As in wait till I'm late then do a test?
I don't smoke or drink heavily. May have a glass of wine here and there.
Any tips for this month? Hoping I'll get a BFP by December!!!
Fingers crossed!!
Anyone in the same boat?

@Carley321 wow that's shocking. Did you just try to book a normal appointment then?
On the postive side, I read a thread on here of success stories for people who got pregnant with irregular periods. Made me feel a little better. I'm really hoping my positive opk a few days ago means I ovulated and fingers crossed for AF to arrive in 2 weeks otherwise I'll be v sad!

@pastaallday yes just a regular appointment! If nothing is reassuring me by January I may pay privately.

Well wven if af doesn’t arrive don’t forget a preg test, you never know! Have you downloaded any apps just to keep an eye on your symptoms?

@Carley321 yes I think if it gets to 5 months and I've still had no period I'm going to visit doctor and also would look into going private if there's a long wait.
I've go5 the feritily friend app although not been logging much apart from my temperature. Although not convinced I'm doing that right so don't know if that's reliable really.
