Here's our new thread, let's hope it's a lucky one!

I am fortunate to already have 2 boys, and when it would have been possible I didn’t want a third. Now it’s unlikely it’s all I want. They grow up way too fast, I want time to stand still so I can enjoy them as they are now for a bit longer. I’m sure you will get there Petra. How old are you? I’m 43 (and a half almost).
If we do give this another go, (which is still to be determined by DH) this will be our last try and then I will settle for what I already have.

@rose68..... my story is same as yours.I have spent most of my adulthood trying to prevent getting pregnant as I seemed to conceive every single time I did unprotected sex and now here I am starting at stark white bfns since past 2 years when I am dying to be pregnant

I am still hopeful that it's meant to be

Rose. I'm the same age as you. Exactly, actually!!! My toddler is growing up so fast and I wanted to do it all again from the moment I had him. I hope we both get there in the end.

Just back from scan at 9+1 - it was amazing, two actual baby shaped little beans in there waving their arms and legs at us! Measuring at 9+2 and 9+3 so everything looks spot on so far 😊 they’ve moved around a bit and grown so much that they were now able to get both in the same scan picture which is cool too. I’ve been officially discharged from the clinic now which is a little scary - I have less faith in the nhs but hopefully they’ll prove me wrong.

Rose I feel exactly the same about my two DC growing up. It passes sooooo fast I can hardly bear it. Don’t get me wrong I love watching them grow and learn but I hate how fast it goes. When you say ttc is determined by your DH is he a bit reluctant?

Mimosa - my lp is usually 11 days (af 12dpo) so 2 days early this cycle. Yep TCM guy supposed to be making it longer so not sure what's gone wrong there!

Quick update
I received my panorama test results today. LOW RISk for all trisomies. I am so delighted as this fear was hanging over me like a dark heavy cloud. I had a TFMR 2 1/2 years ago for trisomy 21 when I was 39. I’m now 42 and am 11 weeks pregnant with a normal karyotype baby🙏🙏

I really want this to be a message of hope for all you “older” ladies.
I fell pregnant 2nd cycle post Mirena removal and I was taking 5mg (High dose ) folic acid, 600mg coenzyme Q and 25mcg vit D. I also ate a tonne of raspberries as I heard they were good to make girls ( I have 2 boys) but we shall see about that.

I’m sending buckets of baby dust to you all.
