9dpo and negative test

I wondered if anyone else would like to share their experience with me! I am 9dpo and took a test this morning and it was BFN. Is this way too early to test? I see lots of people getting BFP at 9dpo and wondered if there should definitely be even the faintest line? I’m so impatient and the wait is killing me. I tested using the FR 6 days earlier test so really if going by that, I should have shown positive as AF is due on Friday. I’d love to hear other people’s experiences as I feel I can’t really speak to any of my friends as they all conceived first month of trying and wouldn’t understand. We are on our third cycle of TTC and I know this isn’t long at all.

@emma88P amazing you’ll need to let me know if it’s any good I’m buzzing to see it! 😁 AF came early for me, cramp is never usually this bad but it’s hit me like a train today!

In regards to your spotting question, I think you shouldnt consider anything pink yet. Think I've read somewhere that anything before the noon, you can consider as a first day, especially if it gradually becomes a proper AF colour.
I'm feeling a bit crampy now as well, but not exactly "inside" more on the lower back again and tummy but from the general bloating I have today. I will test tomorrow and update xx

What type of tests have you been using? And are you usually regular?
Im so confused. My cycle is usually 28-32 days, today is a day 34 and no sign of AF still with a negative FRER this morning. Starting to be a bit frustrated. Dont know whats going on. 😑

Hey how is everyone? AF is being a total bitch to me this month, so heavy and sore 😭 was babysitting my 7 week old niece for a while tonight and omg I’m exhausted 😂

Hey @emma88P sorry to hear that. I hope next month will be luckier for all of us. I am not officially out yet, but not counting on a BFP so late now. Are you going to use ovulation tests or meassure your temps this cycle? @MrsMcNtobe I checked the Sperm meet egg plan. I've done something similar this month. Not as properly but kind of. Did BD every other day and 2x the day before positive ovulation test.

Right i guess i get a week off thinking about preg! Gona start ovulation tests again in 10days. Will try BD everyday once im ovulating! Will chat soon ladies, hope you all get positives soon! I will keep following this chat! Xx

Hi girls! Hope you are all well! :) Went to see the Star is born last night @emma88P was really good and emotional! Loved the songs and Lady Gaga surprised me with her acting, she was brilliant!
By the way Im on a CD 37 with no sign of AF still. Dont know whats going on. Starting to think that I've done this to myself by thinking of it a lot this month 😔 Does anyone have an idea when would GP check me up if it still doesnt arrive? I tired to google and someone said they would wait even 3 months/stopped cycles until they refer you!!??

Hey everyone! Nice to hear from you @MrsMcNtobe :) How is everyone?

I've started measssuring my bbt and taking ovulation tests but I'm not sure when I will be ovulating at all as my period never arrived! On Monday it will be 2 weeks delay. So I am assuming that for some reason I skipped this cycle for some reason 😕 I'm also on my way to a walk in centre to get tested for UTI because I 've been having sharp pain in my right abdominal area when passing a urine..On and off for the last week. So maybe that's related to the delay too, I don't know. Will see what we find out. Hope everyone is good and ready for this month trying! 🤩

Hey girls! 10 days later im starting my OPK again! 😒 think ill bea bit more relaxed about it this month though. Starting early this month by BD this morning. Hope we can keep it up every other day! 😉

@Martina2311 I’m gonna start my OPK tomorrow! I’ve been so so cranky the last few days and I have no idea why! How did you get on at the walk in centre? I wonder if that’s the reason why AF didn’t show? Maybe you’ve had something working on you that’s messed it up?

@emma88P I think I’m gonna be a bit more relaxed too. Last month was so stressful :(!

Hey! @MrsMcNtobe The test for UTI was negative so they asked me to go to GP and request an ultrasound to find out what's causing the pain. It's really strange because today it's not as intense as yesterday so I almost feel like not going to the GP but at the same time the pain has been there on an off for the last week and in the same spot, so I am guessing it would not be there for no reason.
Good thing is my breasts are starting to be slightly sensitive so I am hoping that my flow is finally on its way. Also woke up today with a bit of sore throat and got slightly raised temperature so going to get cosy tonight in front of a tv and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. X

@Martina2311 that is really strange. Hopefully AF is on the way that could be some symptoms you’re getting!

I just done an OPK both lines were mega dark then clearblue and smiley was static. Haven’t DTD since Thursday so hoping we haven’t missed the window this month!

Hi @Srwalton1 I don't seam to see anything, sorry! Maybe it's better in the real light. Have you taken the test apart? As that usually causes it to make evaporation line and therefore it's invalid.

I took it apart because I saw a line 😂 high hopes and all that but oh well guess I'll try again next month xx this is one from this morning x

Hey girls! I am doing my OPK as well now and the second line had been getting darker for the last few days and feel like yesterday was maybe a positive, although I have no clue where in a cycle I am. It's the cheapies One step from Amazon, so not sure how reliable they are. Anyway, we BD just in case too. My BBT was a bit higher this morning as well, but that is probably just me being ill. Well FX to us this month :)
