9dpo and negative test

I wondered if anyone else would like to share their experience with me! I am 9dpo and took a test this morning and it was BFN. Is this way too early to test? I see lots of people getting BFP at 9dpo and wondered if there should definitely be even the faintest line? I’m so impatient and the wait is killing me. I tested using the FR 6 days earlier test so really if going by that, I should have shown positive as AF is due on Friday. I’d love to hear other people’s experiences as I feel I can’t really speak to any of my friends as they all conceived first month of trying and wouldn’t understand. We are on our third cycle of TTC and I know this isn’t long at all.

Tested again this morning 🙈 just can’t help myself 😩😩 don’t know why I keep doing this to myself! So 10DPO and still BFN so I definitely think this isn’t my month. Need to just keep trying!

Has anybody else had really white creamy mucus it’s quite thin, not stretchy (sorry TMI!) I have no idea what this means but I’ve had it the last few days

MrsMcNtobe it could be just that, "creamy CM", its a common stage CM goes through or if its building up it could be start of thrush? It is how my thrush seems to start out

Hi! I am in the same situation as you. Today I should be 8-9 DPO and I've tested today - BFN. But I'm not disappointed or taking anything from it, I know this is too early and only some mums are really able to see a faint line at this stage. I rather do it so I don't miss the faint one and see the progress. I'm planning to take another test on Friday. Period expected Monday but my cycle lenght varies sometimes. I'm having a few symptoms but trying not to take them too seriously as I know it may be just in my head. This is our first month trying so J know it is very unlikely it will happen right away. With my first son I fell pregnant with our first unprotected sex without knowing when I ovulate so this is all new to me and I'm watching myself a lot these 2 weeks. However what is definitely different for me are no sore breasts prior to my period - I always get this at least 1 week before. Nothing so far. And since yesterday I am having quite intense lower back pain which I don't remember ever having. So this is different than with other cycles but I know sometimes PMS change but it's just a little coincidence I'm having this on the month when we tried. How are you feeling? I'd be also happy to be sharing this with someone as I don't want to bother my friend and DH with every detail but at the same time the wait is solo long, I feel the need to speak to someone

@TwittleBee I never thought of thrush! Couldn’t tell you the last time I had it to be honest but I’ll keep an eye on that. Very light crampin at the bottom of my tummy now wondering if it’s just thrush

I thought I'd just come on my period a week early I've just had to run to the toilet at work. So much white shiny CM I've never had this before AF, going to hold out testing til after Monday because I don't trust my body, I feel like it's trying to trick me

@Fusslestix I feel the same! The amount of CM I’ve had I keep expecting some spotting or AF!

I have zero symptoms! Last month I had lots and really thought that was it!
My cycle is very regular, so should know Friday either way. I have had a lot of white, wet, sticky CM after ovulation but now it’s completely dried up just yesterday and today actually. I feel like I’m going mad symptom spotting! It’s good to talk to people on here and hear everyone’s stories as I feel I am on my own and have no one to speak to about this so thanks to everyone!

Testing tonight again, i was born impatient! Home in 2 hours!!!

I have resisted testing after bfn Really feel like af is on her way so bloated and gassy. Least I will know on Friday. I just want it to start and then I can start trying again! Fx for everyone awaiting BFP!

@Marshmallow1992 it isn’t long you’re right of course. Everyone has their own journey to contend with dont they!
I feel like I’m waiting with bated breath to see if/when af will arrived. My temp went up this morning again I’m just praying that it doesn’t drop dramitallg in the morning or it’s game over.

@Chanel05 I don’t temp but I think I might start. I have only been using OPK tests. I don’t really understand the whole temping thing I might read into it! I’m just praying that I’ve implanted late and AF doesn’t come on Friday! So wish I could see inside what’s happening 😢.

I meant dramatically! Sorry, typo. I have only stared temping this month but I have found it fascinating. I did that, smep, opks and pre seed! Just feel like we’ve covered every base!! How are you feeling symptom wise today? I saw that you tested earlier on :/ sorry for the bfn. When do you think you’ll do another? fx it happens for you.

@Chanel05 I used up all my tests! Thank goodness! I’m never buying them again in advance it’s torture 😂. I’m going to wait now and see if AF comes on Friday! If it doesn’t (fingers xd) I’ll test Saturday morning. I used pre seed too. I’m a bit worried because every story I read about pre seed is positive, like conceived the first month. I’m just a massive pessimist and think that something is wrong with me! We got married in July and started ttc straight away - been together 8 and a half years. I had never even thought about ttc and thought it was just something that happened when you wanted it too 🙈 I have never felt so drained as I have during this tww. When are you going to test again? Wishing you every bit of luck xx

Omg girls I have the worst cramp in my right side and a bit of backache - period due 11th maybe I always get this and I’m just noticing it more this month!

@MrsMcNtobe hopefully implantation pain! I’ve had nothing this month at all. Keep hoping for something to be sore but nope! Fingers crossed for you xx

@Marshmallow1992 it is torture! It’s just so satisfying to poas isn’t it! I might do my last frer tomorrow if my temp hasn’t dropped when I take it in the morning. I feel as though we may be on an even more similar journey as I got married in August, together 7 and a half years and started ttc in July! Must be something in the air 😂. I chose preseed too because of the reviews! I bet I’m in the minority statistic that it’s not bfp first month using . Hope you show no signs of af tomorrow before Friday!

@Chanel05 I’m gonna try preseed next month if no BFP this month! My cramp is kinda all over now and not just the right side, you think it could still be implantation? I’m sure we’ll find out soon!

@Chanel05 please post as soon as you test! Got my fingers and toes crossed for you. That’s so strange we are so similar isn’t it!? I think I’m in the minority too. Really not got a good feeling about this month but seriously hoping I’m proved wrong! Xx
