9dpo and negative test

I wondered if anyone else would like to share their experience with me! I am 9dpo and took a test this morning and it was BFN. Is this way too early to test? I see lots of people getting BFP at 9dpo and wondered if there should definitely be even the faintest line? I’m so impatient and the wait is killing me. I tested using the FR 6 days earlier test so really if going by that, I should have shown positive as AF is due on Friday. I’d love to hear other people’s experiences as I feel I can’t really speak to any of my friends as they all conceived first month of trying and wouldn’t understand. We are on our third cycle of TTC and I know this isn’t long at all.

@MrsMcNtobe hahaha I've got some in my Amazon basket too! 😄 Waiting if AF shows up and if yes, ordering them together with cheap ovulation tests. I also got myself a pack of cheapies from Poundland this morning 🙈 Not bothered to be spending so much money for First response every month. But the 2 week wait is just way too long 😑
Glad I'm not the only one who keeps changing attitude every day - from "Whatever...next month it is!" to "I really think I'm pregnant you know, its still possible" 😅

Sorry @Chanel05 I’m going to test at lunch time but I’m so scared as I 100% have NO SYMPTOMS! Like not even imagining symptoms! Been checking all morning for signs of AF but nothing. Sorry far tmi but I stuck a finger up this morning and no blood whatsoever! I don’t know if that’s good or bad? Arghh I’m an absolute nervous wreck here! I really do not think I’m pregnant but because AF has not come it’s giving me hope and I just feel I’m going to be so so devastated. This is hell!

@Martina2311 yes usually really spot on! It’s so weird that it’s late! If it comes I’m going to be devastated as I’ve really got my hopes up because it’s late! But I really think they will still come. Just got this feeling they will xx

@Marshmallow1992 That feeling is there only because you are worried. X good sign is that she hasn't arrived so dont give up your hopes yet! 😊 Its so good that you can rely on your regular cycle. Mine always varies by a couple of days so no guidance 😐 Either way keep us posted! X

Can stress cause you to cramp more and produce more discharge? Had a bit if a hectic day and my now I feel like AF is coming any second, I'm not due until Monday

Ok girls after me saying I had no symptoms this morning I’ve been dizzy/sick feeling all day and it feels like I have some pressure down there.. what is happening to me

@Fuddlestix I'm not sure but could be. :/ This is the first time I've been trying to keep a track of my CM but it keeps changing. Currently before expected AF it's quite a lot, milky and even stretchy like EW. Sorry for TMI. Not sure if it indicates anything as they say CM is different with every woman at different stages. :/

@MrsMcNtobe oh dear, are you ok? So you feel nauseous? Do you at all feel like that before your AF? It's strange that you are saying that as I felt also completely fine in the morning and since about after lunch I started to feel my belly rumbling and it still is...almost like if I had diarrhoea but I don't. We are mentally causing this to ourselves 😅

@Martina2311 yeah totally nauseous almost like I’m coming down with a bug. I never feel like this before AF I get most of my cramp/symptoms the say she arrives! I’m really trying not to get my hopes up! How are you feeling now?

This is the first month I've had ALOT of white or clear stretchy CM similar to ovulation. I keep thinking I've come on I get pangs of AF pain and then CM....I've put a pad on because I'm getting fed up of running to the loo!

@Fuddlestix that sounds very similar to mine! Sometimes it gets quite wet that I run to check myself if its AF. And like you are saying, it's like EW but more white. I first thought it was the second estrogen surge at the beginning of the week but it's still like that. Let's hope it is a good sign for us! x

Well I tested at lunchtime and it was BFN! Still no sign of AF which is worrying me though as it should be here as my cycles are very regular! I’m absolutely exhausted with this!

Bummer. Unfortunately I was so stressed ttc that it definitely made me a bit late a couple of times.

However we got there in the end (two dcs) and you will too.

Don't want to get your hopes up marshmallow but even on an early test I was 3 days late before I got a BFP. My DS is 3 now and am waiting for tomorrow so I can test. Been trying for a sibling for about 10 months now.

@KoalasAteMyHomework I really hope this is the case with me! Thank you telling me this. Just need to wait and see what happens!

@Marshmallow1992 are you due on today? You might not have enough HCG to show up on a test yet. Try a test in the morning in a couple of days, it's sounding like this might be a good sign for you😀😀😀

@Fuddlestix I’m due today! Just need to hope and pray that is the case! I’ll do another test in the morning to see. Fed up getting BFN just wish we could all know either way!

Just popping in to say I didn't get a bfp until 16dpo and DS is now 5, so...

@Marshmallow1992 just test every few days until either AF arrives or you get your BFP. Try and test with first pee of the day if you can. Good luck!

I've just been reading loads of stories about women missing AF and not getting a positive until 16DPO like @HumpHumpWhale so all is not lost yet!
