Sad after chemical

I have just had a chemical at 5+1 after some sting BFPs and a 2-3 on a digi. Feeling quite sad but I know it’s just one of those things. I feel sad about having to start all over again. Does anyone know how wonky this will make my cycle in terms of ovulation? I am hoping as it is early on I might return to normal quite quickly x

@Holly5633 Hello, definitely a chemical. It was my second cycle ttc so a bit of a shock and more painful than I thought it would be.

But onwards and upwards. I have my fingers crossed for you btw. Some good news is just what I need.

@Holly5633 cd5 today. First month off pill it was cd13 and last month after chemical it was cd19. Will start testing around cd8 just so I don't miss it and because I love poas obviously! X

@Mrs RRC I’m sorry I know it’s horrible I still feel sad about mine and keep thinking ‘what if’ but onwards and upwards is the best way!

@Mrsof20118 hope you ovulatedated did fo chemical and you can get back in to the TWW quickly.

It’s horrible isn’t it it’s like losing something and needing to replace it ASAP I hate the TWW I become so obsessive I wish I was one of those women that don’t think about it at all until they realise they have missed their period but that’s just not me I’m impatient ha ha

I can’t see myself waiting for as long as I planned too as i just can’t stop thinking about it all! Hate TWW and hate it even more then ur trying to make it a 3 week wait! Which is def not Gunna happen

@Lunaenzo so far so good thanks for asking. Hope you are too. The GP seemed a bit shocked that it had happened so early after CP and asked if I was sure and how many tests I had done which really freaked me out. I'm going to test again tomorrow as now I've got an irrational fear I dreamed the whole thing. A positive on CB digital is a positive right?! I mean it said the words "pregnant 1-2 weeks". And I tracked ovulation.

I think she was just making sure. My anxiety is through the roof 😂 x

Yes all good so far here, i have a Dr's appointment to confirm on Friday but done another CBD this morning and the weeks have gone up to 2-3 so i'm hopeful, just anxious and panicky whenever i get a pain.

Yeah they are probably just making sure but they can be (excuse my french) a**holes. My Dr was awful when i had my CP and made out that i was making it up.

Enjoy it and try not to stress about it, I know its easier said than done (and i'm one to talk ha) but hopefully this is your time xx

Glad to see some positive news here - congratulations ladies!
I’m out this month, after the CP last month, which is a bit disappointing. Trying to be philosophical though and on a positive note, it only threw my cycle out by 2 days - at least now I can work out ovulation dates again. Fingers crossed this is now our cycle xx

I think I just got my BFP. 10DPO. I said I wouldn’t test but have no willpower!

Yes took another this morning and still a line - phew! Will test again on Friday and Sunday to see if they are progressing but I’m not using digitals this time because I can’t cope with the heartbreak of seeing them go up in weeks and then start going down in weeks again. Think I have a phobia of them now x

Don't blame you @Holly5633 - scary things those tests. I feel like time has ground to a halt. Im just seeing every day I get through as a little milestone. Tomorrow I'll be 4 weeks + 3 which is the day I lost it last time so anxiety central over here!

Otherwise been getting quite a lot of white Cm and my hormones are all over the place. Eek! Xx

Got a big family drama at the min aswell and its really stressing me out so every pain i get i'm so scared!

I'm glad I'm not alone. Sorry to hear about family drama @Lunaenzo - not what you need. I feel like I am catastrophising really trivial things. It's exhausting. The hormones must be amplifying the anxiety which I suppose is a good sign?! It's an unbelievable roller coaster!!

How's everyone getting on?

I'm 5+1 today and still suffering from anxiety and paranoia. Not even just about the risk of MC just about life in general. Must be hormones. My heart rate is constantly high and just trying to rationalise my thoughts and stay calm. Hope everyone is doing ok xx

I'm 7 weeks this week and waiting for my first Midwife appointment. I'm the same still very anxious but everything seems to going well. I've not had much sickness or anything yet so i'm waiting for that to rear its head soon xx

Amazing @Lunaenzo! You're ticking off those weeks.

I'm breaking these 8 weeks into day milestones. Apart from anxiety I just get the occasional headaches and have sore boobs. Yet to be struck by sickness although have a few dizzy spells. Good luck at your midwife appointment. Hope it goes well. I'm thinking about booking an early scan for 8 weeks.

I know, we are getting very excited now.

Yeah i'm sore and also finding that i'm out of breath very easily.

We are looking at maybe doing an early scan, depending when we get our 12week one. As it will be near Xmas we don't want to end up having to wait until the new year as people are already questioning why i'm not drinking etc so would like to be able to tell people xx
