Sad after chemical

I have just had a chemical at 5+1 after some sting BFPs and a 2-3 on a digi. Feeling quite sad but I know it’s just one of those things. I feel sad about having to start all over again. Does anyone know how wonky this will make my cycle in terms of ovulation? I am hoping as it is early on I might return to normal quite quickly x

No I’m going to get straight back on with it. I’m scared for it to happen again but the desire to be a mum takes over that. I’ve seen some people say ovulation was early and some say it was delayed so I’m checking with OPKs every day so I don’t miss it!

So I wrote in the thread a few days ago about how I had a CP 4 weeks ago well I thought I should let you know found out I’m pregnant again today!! So I really hope you all get the same! Fingers crossed for this one xx

Wow that’s amazing congrats! Do you know when you ovulated or did you just go for it? Any tips would be great. Congrats again x

I get a lot of abdo pain when I ovulate so I kinda guessed but other than that just did my normal stuff. I’m just hoping this goes ok! So scared. Every scared to tell me husband as I don’t wanna tell me then a week later say I’m not! X

I had a chemical mc at 5+4 last month and am so hoping we can fall pregnant again this month. I still feel far more upset than I was prepared for. Did you all wait two weeks before having sex or is that just doctors being over cautious? I don't want to miss my chance this month. So sorry to hear so many in the same boat but fingers crossed for happy endings x

I know what you mean. I still feel a bit low but mainly about what could have been. I also had a baby shower and a dinner where my friend announced and showed us her scan pics so this weekend was hard anyway. Doctor didn’t say anything about waiting to me and I don’t think many other women have waited if you feel emotionally ready crack on. I’m just willing ovulation to hurry up!!!!

I'm probably not going to wait 2 weeks @TooInquisitive and just try again this cycle. My chemical was last Monday at 4wks+4 and am pretty much coming to the end of the bleeding which will basically be a week later. If I'm feeling happy and physically fine I plan to start trying again on Wednesday. I've started using OPKs to help me track ovulation. Fingers crossed. Just had to have dinner with a pregnant friend and just kept thinking 'this time last week I was pregnant too 😞'.

I had two chemicals before DD it's really shit but on the plus side it shows that you can get pregnant so it's light at the end of a tunnel. I got pg the second cycle after the chemical and now have a very active 2 year old. So keep trying and all will be well. Best of luck

I think you and I had our CPs at almost the same time so interesting following your updates.

I had a positive OPK yesterday. I had loads of really faint ones and then suddenly a really dark one yesterday. But my temp is all over the place - no dip and rise - all kind of lingering around the control line. So I'm crossing fingers the OPK was accurate!

@Holly5633 and @lunalg yay to the near positive and positive. I'm still waiting for mine feels like I've been waiting for so long.

Mines got a smidge darker this evening actually still very light though x

Yes we can hold each other’s hands through this. I got my positive opk today but I also had a temp shift today which I really don’t understand. Either way - husband working away for two days now so I have to rest all my hopes on last night... two days before o. I’m not feeling overly confident about it. Have you found this whole thing really stressful? I feel like it means so much more to get it right - last month I was so much more relaxed. I still fell gutted that pregnancy didn’t stick

@holly5633 sorry I did see that in the other post. Yup and very obsessive. It's more stressful than I thought it would be and so worried that even if I do get a positive again I'll be panicking that it's not ok and every twinge or cramp I'll be panicking x

So everyone mine ended in another CP. gutted and upset can’t even describe! So into the next month. I am going to use an app until I ovulate then delete it and I’ve put a alarm on my phone to do a test when I would be 6 week pregnant as I can’t keep doing this.

I say this knowing my I will be testing like crazy in 2 1/2 weeks time!

I really hope you all are doing ok and we finally not only get out BPF but they stay there for 40 weeks! Xx

@rachyrach300 I am so sorry to hear this I can’t imagine how upset you must be. I think you should log it with your doctor so if it was to happen again they will refer you.

I’m keeping positive for you for next time. I think your plan is a good one . No tests until you get further than you have been before.
