Too early for an October bus?

My AF arrived yesterday so I'm off the September bus already

Age 33

This month I am going to track my cycle using ovulation strips. DTD lots last month so I'm gutted but onwards and upwards!

I’m new to this group, I stopped my pill on Saturday (waiting for my withdrawal bleed which should show tonight) and we’ll then start our first month ‘not trying to not get pregnant!’ I’ve ordered some OPK’s (I hope I’ve got that right) off amazon to help, as I think my cycles will be off for a while after 16 years on the pill.

But of course I don’t know how long it might take for things to go back to normal, so I may not be an October bus member but can I join Just in case I’m lucky to get a cycle this month? It would be nice to chat to ladies going through the same thing, and I’m naturally an anxious person and not quite ready to discuss with any of my female friends or family yet, just hubby (which let’s be honest isn’t the same!) 🙈 xxx

When I was trying for my first I came off the pill after taking it for about 10 years. I conceived first time! Good luck! 🍀

I stopped taking the pill mid July and I started my first real AF on Saturday so I guess I missed the September bus too? (I'm new to this!)

I am 26, and I am TTC my first baby!
Since this is the first AF it will be my first official month of trying!
Fingers crossed for October!

Can I join but may lie low for a bit. Just had second miscarriage and at 8 weeks so may be too early for me to try again especially if I don’t ovulate this month but will also use opk to track what’s going on. Wishing you best of luck! I’m exhausted with it all...!

I had an erpc 2nd August after a Mmc at 9 weeks still yet to have my first AF following this so feel as though I'm probably out for September now. Fingers crossed October's our month 😊🤞🍀 xx

Hi ladies 👋, jumping on from the Sept bus. AF arrived yesterday and seems to be getting more normal which is hopefully a good thing ....I've had several months of v light bleeding only. Sorry to those who have had losses, hope this is a good month for us all

Does anybody have a new strategy this month...I did SMEP last month....didn't work (obviously)....interesting to hear if anybody has a different plan of action? Or advice? I don't know about any of you but I keep seeing pregnancy announcement after pregnancy announcement and it's so hard!!! xx

Jumping on. This is my last month trying to conceive naturally before starting infertility treatment so it seems unlikely but I guess there's still a chance!

Hey jumping on from September bus!! I was so emotional yesterday, but I have got it all out my system and have a positive head on for this month!! I’m not tracking anything but cm and giving the opks a rest this month. Using fertility plus lube so 🤞🏻 This will be a lucky bus for all of us!

Jumping on from the September bus! Af arrived today so on to cycle 2. I’m a little bit disappointed as we’d timed dtd perfectly for ov and I thought we were in with a shot but oh well! Fingers crossed for all of us getting that bfp in October.

@mrss2018 hi again! Sorry to see you on this bus. I started SMEP last month and it sort of got abandoned as I got married and went on holiday so didn’t want to keep up with it. No luck anyway! I’m going to try temping this month as I’m not sure that I ovulated last time. Abandoning obsessive opks this time as I found them too stressful.

@Chanel05 I don't know what to do...I'm not really feeling the whole temping thing...might give SMEP one more go then have a rethink....what's annoying is when I got pregnant earlier this year it was an unplanned dtd where we were very lucky! I'd like that to happen again this month please!! Haha fx for us all this month!

Don't have much hope for this cycle as I'll be away on my probably ovulation day, but you never know!

Tracking temp, resting heart rate and ovulation strip thing-os on FertilityFriend. Tbh I'm loving the data side of things, not bored of it yet!
