My AF arrived yesterday so I'm off the September bus already

This month I am going to track my cycle using ovulation strips. DTD lots last month so I'm gutted but onwards and upwards!

Have decided to start temping this month. CD9 and impatiently waiting!

Af due 17th October but to be fair it shows up whenever it feels like it!!

Getting really fed up of it all now, going to try and attempt SMEP this cycle 🤞🏼

AF arrived today making a right old fuss. Last month was not a proper go, this time I've got all the kit to measure so jumping on this bandwagon

@feverbee this is the approach I am taking too. Though I am also going to try the preeseed. What kind of lifestyle changes are you going for?

@Beeseeinya we're going to eat healthier and exercise more. Plus I smoke now and again so I'm planning on cutting that right down. Hopefully it'll be enough

@feverbee same here, if I can manage it. Terrible diet. I've gone on Hello Fresh for a while, it's a pain to cook every night as we both work late but I figure if I can't even cope with that responsibility then I shouldn't be a parent ;)
Exercise wise I am also terrible. I find it incredibly boring. However, I just bought a hula hoop, hoping I can keep that up for a month or so before it gets dull!

AF arrived today so on cd1

Going to try dtd every other day from cd8- cd16 as well as using OPK's just to be sure this month. Missed ovulation day last cycle due to life getting in the way!

@feverbee @Beeseeinya this month I had planned to give up booze after ovulation but that's today and I'm not sure I can manage that! Good luck with the health kicks. Fingers crossed it works

I'm going for being healthier this month too after being on holiday last month so lots of alcohol was consumed last cycle 🙈
My app says I should ovulate tomorrow and we've managed to dtd twice so far. Will do tomorrow and Wednesday as well if we can!

af due about 14-15th. I kinda feel like joining the November bus already.

Taking a month off. I kinda know if I concieve it won't take. No one knows why. So I was put on progesterone this month, but IUI was then cancelled.
Final IUI will now be end of October as they want to scan on cd3 and I'm not in the country.
So, I'll be lurking in the back ground this month hoping to see some more bfp's from this bus.

My AF finished on Saturday and due again around the 12th Oct.

Only recently started trying after a long time of putting things off. Terrified I've waited too long and missed my chance but hopeful!

Hi all. Have been very quiet. I assume most of us are at the start of cycles so it's a week or two until we all head into the tww and up our posting!

I'm a bit confused as I should be ovulating around now. Im cd 14. This is my first cycle using clear blue advanced and I'm yet to see a flashing smiley. What makes it confusing is my cycles have been decreasing by a day each month 33-29. So I have no idea if I'm yet to ovulate or I'm not ovulating. I've been testing since cd9 so doubt I've missed it. Just another thing to add to the frustration!

@veebo you should ovulate about 14-16 days pre period so might not happen yet, may be even later if short luteal phase.

I started as usual on day 10 and got an immediate static smiley so that's a very cheap test for this month!

I ovulated on 10th September and yesterday got a huge sharp pain across my tummy and it subsided and I have had a full ache in my leg side all day today. Is this a sign? Could it be a symptom of a pregnancy?

Oh I'm so glad to see this! Not quite sure how these work but I'm keen to join in.

DP and I agreed to start trying in October (as this will be 3 months since he stopped smoking) so I've been twiddling my thumbs and taking deep breaths ever since.

I'm on CD 11 and since the weekend I've been using the cheapy OPKs twice per day and the clear blue once per day. Hoping to see that flashing smiley soon! Planning on DTD every second day until ovulation, then daily for 3 days (if we can manage it!). I'm excited and I keep thinking ahead, it's hard to stop myself though.

First day of healthy eating and no smoking has gone well so far.

How is everyone else feeling?

What day do you normally ovulate on? I'm on CD 16 and still negative OPKs!

@loveshinealight I'm not completely sure because I've never used OPKs before but my apps tell me day 13-16 depending on the app. When do you usually ovulate?

@feverbee - I'm really not sure. My app has me being fertile this week. My cycle is usually around 30 -32 days. With my DD I must of ovulated very late as when I went for my 12 week scab I was only 10 +5. I'm really worried I'm not ovulating as I still feed her morning and night. She's 16 months.

@loveshinealight how long have you been testing for this cycle? AF came 3 days early last month, which (I think) meant I ovulated earlier and so I've began testing earlier just to make sure I don't miss it.

I've been jumping on and off these buses since October last year TTC #2! DS is currently nearly 16 months and I'm 24. AF is due for me around 5th October. We aren't properly trying again right now. Just taking it casually (whatever that means).
