A thread for the graduates of those who were waiting to TTC and are now actively trying, or very soon to be actively trying! @cupcakesandglitter I'm so happy and excited for you! 😊 did you get your blood test results back yet?

Thankyou @rollerskaterdata 😊 bloods came back yesterday, they've more than doubled which is good - scan booked for Monday! I'm definitely only 4 weeks so I ovulated 2 weeks late (I knew that anyway) just can't wait until Monday to hopefully see something! Xx

@cupcakesandglitter hi hun, not too bad thanks just chugging along really, mini roller is 3 months old now and sleeping through (most) nights which is nice. Still sleeps so badly during the day though. Not looking forward to lugging her around when I start doing the school run in a couple of weeks! How are you feeling? How many weeks are you now? X

Hi @cupcakesandglitter! How are things going? All good here, baby dotty due in 11 weeks and I finish work in 7 so the countdowns are on! I've been really disorganised though and it's suddenly hit me how much there is to do think I lost momentum after the big pram purchase.

@rollerskaterdata glad you're both doing well and good luck for back to school!

@rollerskaterdata ahhh how lovely! Are you getting sleep too? Oh bless 😭 I guess at least you'll have her to yourself when school starts though 😊 x

I'm good thanks both 😊 I'm 8+6 today, saw little baby yesterday who actually resembles a baby rather than a bean now! They had a little wriggle yesterday too which was surreal to watch. Counting down the next few weeks I guess, can't wait to be able to tell everyone! Xx

@cupcakesandglitter well, we have a pram, car seat, cot, bedside crib and some clothes. I think I need to venture down the road of baby monitors, bath seats and all that kind of thing. I also need to think about things for my hospital bag (but I won't pack that until I go on maternity leave).

I've just been getting things when they are on offer so I feel like I have loads of time. It's scary to think that maybe I don't!

Oh massive congratulations! It's been such a long road and I'm so excited for you when is your 12 week scan?

@cupcakesandglitter yep getting sleep although still tired, taking care of a baby and small child is knackering 😂 ooh how exciting, I hope your next scan goes well!

@dottydally you're well on your way to getting all the stuff you need then, it must be so exciting getting it all together! Am I right in thinking you're on your 10 week countdown now?

Hi all, sorry I've not been back in a while. I have news! I'm 5 weeks pregnant! Had a scan today and it's not ectopic, and I've broken my previous records for how long I've gone without a miscarriage, so I'm hopeful! Can't believe I'm not that far behind you @cupcakesandglitter! Baby due 13th May 2020 ☺️

@rollerskaterdata we're on the 9 week countdown here! I can now safely say the second trimester is 100% the best. The third is a lot harder than I expected

God ladies I'm so not well! Sorry for not replying to your other messages, I'm just all over the place! I've got a scan tomorrow to see little bean but i think everything's okay. I can't deal with the nausea and sickness, sometimes I don't even need to retch, I can just vomit 😭😭😭

@dottydally oh my god it's going to fly by!!! Sounds like you've got all the big stuff though which is good, how long till you're on mat leave? My 12w scan is in two weeks! Can't believe I'm 10 weeks already, it's flown by! X

@cupcakesandglitter 5 weeks until I start maternity leave! I can't wait for a few weeks to myself before baby arrives. Sod's law now says baby will come early!

Oh no. Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly but yay for being 10 weeks! Have they given you any kind of medication to try and combat the sickness? I just had bad nausea but I had a friend who ended up in hospital a few times with sickness and it was horrible. I'm sure you've heard it all but our recommendation is to try ice pops. They get a little bit of fluid and sugar in if you can't manage anything else.

Scan went fantastically, miserable nurse but saw my little baby jumping in my stomach which was so surreal!! Also looks like a little fatty so everyone is convinced it's a boy 😂

Ahhh @dottydally that's exciting though!! Fingers crossed you'll get at least a couple of weeks to yourself to relax 😊 I've been given cyclzine but the problem is sickness is all I really have at the minute - boobs are on and off. When I took it it did take the nausea away (I did throw up though) but I got super scared not having any symptoms. I guess I'd rather go through feeling like this knowing it's a good sign otherwise my anxiety goes through the roof x

@dottydally I'm feeling rubbish which I am absolutely delighted about  nausea, really sore boobs (can't lie on my front ) and bloating and fatigue. Sorry you've had it worse @cupcakesandglitter ! Hope the nausea lifts soon, and you get some more manageable symptoms instead.

I just realised you're all preggo at the same time, how wonderful!! I'm so very happy for you all, I'm sitting here grinning like a fool 😂

@mussie HUGE congratulations! I know it's been a journey for you to get where you are now and I'm so glad things are looking positive so far. We'll both have May babies! Will you have any more scans before your 12 week one?

@dottydally not long now! The third trimester does really kick your ass but it's so exciting being so close, knowing you're going to see your baby very soon! I hope once your mat leave starts you get those few weeks to rest before bubba arrives

@cupcakesandglitter I'm sorry your symptoms are so horrendous ☹️ it should pass soon or at least get better once you hit the second trimester. I was sick until 31 weeks but I don't think that's the norm! I know what you mean though, I would rather have horrendous strong symptoms so I know baby is ok!

AFM mini roller is nearly 16 weeks old and thriving! We're getting lots of smiles and even a few chuckles now which is so lovely 😍 my DS adores her too which is so nice to see, it makes me well up sometimes! I think I'm done having kids now but a (very!) small part of me feels sad thinking this is it! DH is adamant he doesn't want anymore though 😂

Yes @rollerskaterdata we are omg 😭 how crazy that we all started our planning TTC together and here we all are 🥰 glad to hear mini roller is doing well! How lovely that you get little smiles now too ❤️ are you definite on her being your last? Xx

@rollerskaterdata yes, they're giving me another scan at 8 weeks, partly because of the history of miscarriages but partly because of staff perks 😂 so, I'm really hoping I can make it that far, because I know that if we see a baby and a heartbeat then, my chances of miscarriage are then really low. Only a few weeks to go 🤞🏻

@cupcakesandglitter I'm 99% sure she's our last but I'll never say never! DH says he's 100% done but won't go and get the snip 🤔 so I don't think he's as done as he thinks he is!

@mussie oh brill, do you work in a hospital? I'm keeping everything crossed for you that you make it that far (and all the way), you so deserve it!

I'm 14+1 today which feels like it's flown by - I'm still exhausted (I've only just woken up 😂) but the sickness has calmed down. Safe to say the gas has kicked in 😂😩 feeling 1% better every day so hopefully will be feeling like myself again soon! How is everyone else? X

@cupcakesandglitter 2 weeks! I'm using holiday up to my due date though so it's worked well.

We are going through my birth plan tomorrow which is a bit scary! I've just written some bits down and realised how much I've avoided the whole 'it's got to come out somehow' bit

I am excited but think the excitement will properly hit when I finish work. It all still feels surreal now!

I'm pleased you're feeling slightly better though. Was your 12w scan all ok?

@dottydally two weeks 😮 soon you're gonna have your little baby in your arms, how fast has that gone 😭 good luck with your birth plan!! Scan went well thanks - cried a bit because baby was super happy and was being a little gymnast! Sonographer couldn't get an accurate measurement because they were wriggling around so much which is a shame because I was then pushed back 😩 also found out I'm rhesus D- so will have to have jabs but after an initial panic I'm back to being calm 😂

Hi all! I'm doing ok, just muddling along with our new routine now that DS has started school. Mini roller is 4 1/2 months old now and trying to sit up already, can't believe how much she's grown and how fast time is flying!

@dottydally your pregnancy has gone so fast!! Only a couple weeks until you meet little dotty, I bet you can't wait! Do keep us updated, I love a birth announcement

@cupcakesandglitter can't believe you're second trimester already! Glad to hear you're getting better slowly. Will you be finding out the sex at your 20 week scan?

So sorry @rollerskaterdata I'm absolutely rubbish with replying!!! Oh my god 😭 do you feel like its going quite quickly?! We're actually finding out this week 😬 I'm too impatient and just really want to know!! X

I'm also a bit rubbish at replying! Work has been so manic as I'm trying to get everything finished and handed over.

@cupcakesandglitter it went well going through my birth plan. My midwife seemed really on board with what I want which is good. We also did our hospital tour - I think I looked completely stunned and it's left me feeling a bit nervous. I think it's just the enormity of it all, though. Didn't help that the other pregnant woman on the tour was cool as a cucumber the whole time.

Aaah I'm so excited that you find out whether you're team pink or blue this week! When is your scan? Do you have any idea what you might be having?

@rollerskaterdata I can't believe she's 4 1/2 months! As cute as the newborn squish is, I love them when they become a bit more interactive. Hopefully you're not being run around too madly trying to juggle school runs etc!

I know! Everyone says it's flown by. I think it's helped that I've felt quite well so life has continued as normal and we've been really busy. The first 12 weeks dragged but that's partly because you have this huge secret and can't tell anyone!!

4 1/2 weeks til baby Dotty's due date and I'm already thinking I'll miss being pregnant. Maybe not the aches and pains but it's so lovely having a constant companion wriggling around! That said I am so excited for baby to be here (and to find out if we are team pink or blue!!). I'm already dreaming about our lovely family Christmas where I'll probably be so knackered I'll just want to sleep.
