Good morning ladies, I haven't been able to get online, sorry I've missed so much!!
@cupcakesandglitter I just read your temping question. Are these pre-O temps? Although I don't know what kind of temps you run on average, that does sound low and more likely to be pre-O. If they are taken at roughly the same time and under the same conditions (after 2-3 hours sleep) I would keep them, particularly as they are consistent. Why are you getting bad sleep do you think? Is the temping making you anxious? Asking because for me, the anxiety of temping and knowing I had to do that after X amount of hours sleep, at X time, having not got up for the loo or had a drink etc, was actually affecting my sleep so much I've had to stop. I was having dreams about taking the temp, about getting up and forgetting the temp, etc, and then when I woke up I felt stressed and panicked and that made me even more stressed that that would affect my temp!
Do you have a FF chart you can share? Here for you x
@GlamourBear so happy to see your BFP photo!! Has the spotting stopped?
@fae1989 sorry for the BFN :( HOWEVER I still secretly think you o'd on the 20th.. so could be too early for a BFP yet... I'm very hopeful for you still! Keep us updated x
@Carastarchild sorry to hear about the spotting/bfn. It's not necessarily something to worry about. And 10/11dpo is still a safe luteal phase. I can't remember, do you temp? If you are worried about a hormonal imbalance, temping could be a good way to start monitoring that. There are certain patterns in temps that suggest low progesterone. Or, even better, speak to your doctor and have your progesterone levels tested (usually done at 7 days after ovulation I believe). I'm glad you had a relaxing holiday, and having a little drink in the TWW is completely safe by the way (and at times, I find, necessary!!) We are here for you xxx When is next O?
@LondonKez Happy O day
get busy lady!
@ChikiTIKI how many dpo are you now?
@Fingerscrossed17 I don't have experience with AI but sounds like your timing was good, we're here for any and all TWW angst!
