TWW begins...stop me POAS every day!

Anybody else? I'm on CD16, pretty sure I ovulated over the past day or two, now for the long frustrating wait to POAS! Why is it so hard to resist for 14 measly days?!

We are TTC #2 and this is our first cycle of trying.

@cara I’m not roughly sure as I didn’t opk test this cycle 🙈 but based on my app and previous ovulation dates it’s between the 3rd/4th. It’s funny you mentioned both sides, because I’ve been having the same twinges but more on my left though 🤔 my painful nipples are the worst though 😒 just hope it’s a BFP so the pain will be worth it.

Flossy you might not be 14 dpo so. Progesterone can make the breasts really sore. Fx it's a really good sign for you.

I haven't told DH I am ovulating right now, or that it could be tomorrow. He still thinks it will be Friday. Good news is that he's very relaxed at the moment 😊

@cara you might be right, will see how the next few days pan out. I also think not mentioning Ovulation helped to keep us both relaxed this month. As long as you know you are in a good chance and the hubby doesn’t feel pressured knowing it’s O, you have a great chance of catching it. Sending baby dust your way ✨✨✨✨✨

Flossy I hope the next few days bring your dreams to life 💜 I hope we DTD again tomorrow, but DH is working a 12 hour shift. I will know more tomorrow morning when I test again my fmu. If it's day 2 peak I very well may be I with another chance of catching the egg. Then it's out of our hands and the TWW begins.

Curly how are you feeling? Thanks for your kind words 😊 The monitor automatically said today was peak day 2. Hopefully DH won't be too worn out after work today 😉

Well the only symptom I seem to have is sore nipples and slightly tender boobies! I'm 5+1 today so still very early x

Not sure about being on 4th cycle, I don't think the first 2 "count" as I was still BF in first one so hormones still getting back to normal. Last month I was hopeful but this month I feel there is more of a real chance of BFP.

Hi ladies,

Thanks all for the supportive messages. I'm ok. DP did his home test and all looks fine. We've decided not to stress and continue as we are until January.

The first 4 cycles we didn't track, we just DTD every few days and hoped for the best, same again in the next 4, but tracked cm. I've been doing everything the last 2 - temping, OPKs, preseed, vitamins. We're going to do the same again for the next 2 cycles so that we know we've given each method a fair chance. In the last few months my cycles have also gone from 29-30 days to 25-27 days so I also want to monitor that before we book our appointment.

I hope you're all ok and we see those BFPs start rolling in for our summer babies 💖

Thanks Lottie I am not sure yet. I haven't been a fan of getting older since I turnt 21. That's my Forever Young age 😊 Fx that you get a BFP on Monday 💜 We managed to dtd and I didn't even have to ask 😉 My approach definitely seems to have worked for us this month.

Chiki I hope this is your cycle 🙏 I am a real believer in positivity 💜 Don't worry about what cycle. We tried not trying for a while. I'm not counting them.

London that's great news about DP! At least you now know this. I'm delighted for you. I actually didn't like the preseed. I read the ingredients info and that was enough for me. I really saw a big difference this month by simply drinking more water. The more relaxed approach this month has been a relief. I still used the monitor, but I didn't announce it to DH. I made dtd all about us being together, than baby dancing. Fx for you this cycle 💜

@london really great news about DP, sounds like you’ve had a,productive few days. How are you finding preseed? I’ve only tried conceive plus and it was ok, a bit messy 😂 but really help especially as we were doing the SMEP 😁

I don’t have much to report back, another BFN this morning, I couldn’t help myself 😂

(sorry for the tmi) but around 5pm today I noticed light pink cm when I wiped and it’s been like this for the last 4-5hrs. No af cramps like I normally get just the occasionally pinching on my left side.BFP was due yesterday and If it continues until tomorrow maybe it’s IB 😱 if so...then @cara you were right, I could have ovulated much later than I thought.

Will keep you posted tomorrow...🤞and baby dust to you all ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

@LondonKez that's good news about your DP and the home test! I think I might try and urge mine to do one if no luck this month. He's 43 so there is reason for concern. Did you order it online?

I did buy some preseed but didn't end up using it yet. Just can't quite seem to fit it into the whole process if you know what I mean?!
