TTC baby number 3 at nearly 40

Hi all, I have just turned 39, and have 2 daughters from my previous marriage, aged 6 and 9. I am in a very happy long term relationship with my partner who is 32. We have just started TTC'ing for a baby. My third, his first. Anyone else in a similar situation?
I believe I should be ovulating today or tomorrow (On CD17 of a 32/33 day cycle) but no positive OPK yet. Worried my eggs have dried up! Wink

Oooh fingers crossed there should be some bfps coming through soon.

I'm ok thank you @bloodylegoeverywhere 5 weeks tomorrow and feeling rougher by the day, so hopefully all a good sign!

@Bloodylegoeverywhere Feeling impatient! I reckon I'm either 7 or 8dpo today (positive opk 8 days ago) and have tested Friday and Saturday morning, which was waaaay too early and therefore bfn! I'm going to try and wait til Wednesday to test again, as that's when af is due.... how you doing? X

I'm ok thanks. I found a test in my drawer yesterday and it was a bfn.
Fingers crossed it worked this month but it's too early to test!?
I still can't upload photos on here... Not sure why

I got a BFN on 9dpo and spent the whole day crying on and off, then on the next day it was a barely there positive, so don't give up!

I've done 3 tests today @Bloodylegoeverywhere 🙈 all BFN's
Maybe we'll have more luck tomorrow!

10dpo today, I did an FRER this morning and it was BFN. Dipped an IC into the same pee and i could see a faint line! Confusing. CD33 today and no sign of AF, am now allowing myself to feel a little helpful!

Yay. I had to upload from another device to do mine yesterday. I've read on mn that frer are rubbish. I had a feint line on one back in September.

Oh, and also AF is 2 days late. But as I have a short luteal phase, I have to wait a bit longer for a BFP. The fact that af has stayed away so far is encouraging. My longest cycle was 32 days and I'm on day 34

Thanks girls! @Bloodylegoeverywhere I feel like I'm constantly waiting for the next day so I can test with fmu - am hoping tomorrow's our day to get a definitive answer!
