Hi all, I have just turned 39, and have 2 daughters from my previous marriage, aged 6 and 9. I am in a very happy long term relationship with my partner who is 32. We have just started TTC'ing for a baby. My third, his first. Anyone else in a similar situation?
I believe I should be ovulating today or tomorrow (On CD17 of a 32/33 day cycle) but no positive OPK yet. Worried my eggs have dried up! Wink

We didnt dtd again but wonder if we were not making enough effort and have been doing it too early on purpose. I had an internal haemorrhage last time and was at risk for downs and Edwards etc....I can just hang around till you get your bfps.
Oh, but very early days @lattelover12 there's still time!

@LatteLover12 don't lose faith - it ain't over til AF arrives - fingers crossed she doesn't.
@Bloodylegoeverywhere hmm maybe you're right, I sometimes have moments where I wonder if it's the right thing to do. What will be, will be.
So today is my predicted day of ovulation, but the opk was negative again. I do however have quite a lot of EWCM so am hoping my body's ramping up to it? Fingers crossed for my smiley face soon. X

Completely agree, each day I changed my mind with the what ifs....and wether it was a good idea. But sometimes we are not done having babies.
But we shall see!
Oooh snap as I have had the watery and ewcm yesterday and today. So hopefully a temp spike tmrw to show it did happen. Would feel a bit odd if I didn't ovulate (even if we don't try any more) I'm working on a 24 day cycle hence I caught up quick with ovulation!

@makeawhish how many times did you do an opk today and did you drink before hand? I'm sure i read that we are more likely to ovulate between 12am and 8 am....

Definitely go for it even if you haven’t had a positive OPK

@Bloodylegoeverywhere I did one around 6am with fmu, then around 4pm, had drunk quite a bit of water before that one. I'll do another one in the morning - that's interesting about the timings, I didn't know that!

I get a load of ewcm for the start of my ovulation build up. Even had it last night (think it's the vitamins or just my weirdness)
It's common to get a bfn on 9dpo! Give it another day or so!

Noooo, you are not allowed to use fmu with an opk. I Google way too much! So you do them between 10am and 8pm and don't drink for a couple of hours before hand. So ignore your negative opks and get busy!!!

Thanks for asking @Bloodylegoeverywhere just back from a few days away, which has meant I've not really been symptom spotting and have been able to put the 2ww to the back of my mind. I'm going to try and hold off testing until the weekend!

I've kind of lost track of where everyone is up to, so need to catch up!

My temperature dropped quite a bit this morning so am expecting AF tomorrow I think. My boobs are more sore today than ever & I am exhausted.

Will see what tomorrow’s temp is...still haven’t mentally given up!

How’s everyone getting on?

@LatteLover12 stay positive!! We're rooting for you.
I'm on CD20 of a 32 day cycle, have had 2/3 days of Ewcm but no positive opk Sad feeling a bit despondent. Wondering if perhaps I'm not going to ovulate this month??

I'm 10 dpo so would expect it to be very feint

Thank you, I don't quite believe it'll sick as temp dropped a little this morning, but I'll wait and see, there is definitely a pink line on both and it came up in under 3 minutes, will buy some more tests later!
