Hi all! I'm in my first ever 2ww and was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? Think I'm approx 1 dpo judging by previous cycle patterns, Ov pain and CM as I don't use OPKs or do BBT (too lazy!). Loosely followed SMEP this month, fx this is the month!

Age: 27
TTC: #2 (DS1 was a happy surprise)
Cycle No: 1
Cycle Length: 26-28 days
AF/BFP due: 29th August but I'll be testing on the 28th which will be CD 28

Looking forward to waiting with you all! And trying not to POAS at 5dpo Blush!

Hi new ladies! I've been feeling sick and jittery today but I've had it before and not been Preggars so not getting my hopes up. Urgh this tww is torture!

cupcakesandglitter · 20/08/2018 23:49

@curlies Tell me about it!

@rollerskaterdata 😂😂 I recognise those two ;)

So I went to the gym today for the first time in years. Feels amazing to start tackling my weight, but I've now got really bad cramping down below. If I was in this month, I don't think I am anymore 😩

cupcakesandglitter · 21/08/2018 00:12

Okay so now I'm confused. I have EWCM? Does this mean I'm ovulating or is this possible after ovulating? X

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 06:15

@cupcakesandglitter me and @rollerskaterdata had the same thing! I didn't know if I was ovulating really late and had got my dates wrong or something? Who knows! Just bd and see what happens! 😬😬

BoBo90 · 21/08/2018 10:50

Bfn on an frer for me this morning and cramps have started so pretty sure I'm out! Not too bummed as I'm just glad I'm finally getting back to normal after breastfeeding!!

Good luck ladies! I want to see some bfps on this thread by the end of the week! X

Welshpugmomma · 21/08/2018 11:10

Awww ladies, I'm feeling so bummed :( one of my bestie who lives up north rang me yesterday to tell me she's pregnant, we started trying about the same time, I don't know why I just thought it would be me first, she's super tiny and were worried about her being underweight. I'm so happy for her and of course I didn't say anything to her about us... but I spent most of the evening crying and not knowing what to do with myself... so selfish and silly I know :( my gut feeling is that it's not my month.. I know it takes some people ages but I guess naively you always think that won't be you!

cupcakesandglitter · 21/08/2018 11:32

@Welshpugmomma it's not silly at all - no matter how happy you are for her, it is naturally going to be upsetting - it's okay to have a cry about it and get it all out. Just remember that your time will come, it'll happen when it's supposed to xxx

Daisymalone · 21/08/2018 11:33

I feel you @Welshpugmomma, being baby bombed is horrible. Since we've been Ttc three people at my work have announced their pregnancies and then given birth! And I'm still not pregnant (that I know of 🤞). I've got 2 uni friends with impending births over the next two months as well. Why isn't it my turn?? 😭. You do kinda get used to it unfortunately. Hopefully this will be your month too and your disappointment will be short lived x

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 13:44

Oof @Welshpugmomma I hear ya! It's the same with me! I work with about 500 cabin crew (mostly women) and someone is always pregnant! 🤪

Our turn will come though. Keep thinking positive 😘✨

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 14:39

Ahoy there symptom spotter! So I've woken up today 6dpo headache, stomach ache, sensitive nips and I swear my boobs feel heavier. Might be in my head and I don't know if that would be a normal thing to have around implantation time?

I'll probably test tomorrow even though I know it's too early because I have no willpower 😂😂

GreatestShowWoman · 21/08/2018 14:52

I have the worst crAmps ever keep expecting my period to have arrived early, I had this when I fell pregnant with my dd.

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 15:20

@GreatestShowWoman that sounds promising! Hopefully your BFP will follow! I have no idea what to expect as I've never been preggers before so any little change is making me hopeful! Do you know when you are going to test? Xx

rollerskaterdata · 21/08/2018 15:59

@Welshpugmomma sorry hun, being baby bombed is the WORST. I'm only on cycle 1 of TTC and have already been baby bombed 😂

@thejollytrolleydolly ahoy fellow symptom spotter! I am SO TIRED today at 7dpo, nips still sore and still have a twitchy uterus. I'm actually convinced I'm pregnant so if I get a BFN after AF is due or just AF, I'll be gutted!

Daisymalone · 21/08/2018 15:59

I've been feeling quite excited today, I've had cramping on the lower left side, extreme tiredness, a metallic taste in my mouth and I got up in the night a million times to pee! Just read over my fertility friend notes from 7dpo last month.. The exact same thing so clearly not necessarily a sign after all! SIGH

rollerskaterdata · 21/08/2018 16:15

@Daisymalone you've just described exactly how I feel! Positive thinking - let's believe we are pregnant! Until AF tells us otherwise

I need your advice ladies. I get up a million times a night to pee (ok really more like once or twice) and I'm wondering how I'm going to use FMU to test?! Will it still count if I've got up in the night? Should I take a sample in a cup when I wake up to wee or should I just use FMU when I wake up for the day? I don't take note of what time it is when I do get up to wee (I have sleep problems so checking the time just makes it worse) so wouldn't know when my longest stretch of sleep is. Handy I know!

Daisymalone · 21/08/2018 16:19

@rollerskaterdata if I know I have to poas in the morning I find I have a lot more willpower to not go for a wee, even if I wake up in the night! Do you think you could just roll over and hold it?

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 16:44

@rollerskaterdata they say a period of 4 hours or more is the ideal time to test after. Obvs usually the morning one has been brewing for a bit longer than that

Welshpugmomma · 21/08/2018 16:52

Thanks for being an ear girls :) I really hope some of you get your bfp soon!!

@jollytrolleydolly who do u fly for, I'm ex EY crew, always missing the skies though:)

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 17:15

@Welshpugmomma did you mean EZY? If so me too!! Xx

cupcakesandglitter · 21/08/2018 17:17

@rollerskaterdata when do you think the earliest we can test is? 🧐 I'm getting suuuuuuuper impatient 😭 xx

cupcakesandglitter · 21/08/2018 17:18

@rollerskaterdata I also don't see why not, it just has to be strong I think xx

thejollytrolleydolly · 21/08/2018 17:19

@cupcakesandglitter they say 10dpo but I'm testing at 7 just to make the gap smaller 😂😂

cupcakesandglitter · 21/08/2018 17:21

@thejollytrolleydolly ooh okay!! 😂😂 I don't know when I've ovulated so I don't know how many DPO I am 😭 x

GreatestShowWoman · 21/08/2018 17:22

@thejollytrolleydolly I think I’m 6dpo just now so I’ll hang on till this time next week if I can!

curlies · 21/08/2018 17:30

Anyone else been feeling sick? I can't shake it but don't want to get my hopes up. Don't know if it's too early to feel sick.
