Mid August 2ww - anyone else out there?

Hi all! I'm in my first ever 2ww and was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? Think I'm approx 1 dpo judging by previous cycle patterns, Ov pain and CM as I don't use OPKs or do BBT (too lazy!). Loosely followed SMEP this month, fx this is the month!

Age: 27
TTC: #2 (DS1 was a happy surprise)
Cycle No: 1
Cycle Length: 26-28 days
AF/BFP due: 29th August but I'll be testing on the 28th which will be CD 28

Looking forward to waiting with you all! And trying not to POAS at 5dpo !

Hi girls, CD 32 no signs of af and still bfn ... eurghh hurry up and let's get on with the next cycle like! Normally I'm pretty regular around the 30 mark and I always know its coming as the first day is pure hell ... Ho hum ! Anyone got any other news :)

Yep...AF got me this morning so I'm out! Had a wee cry and now onwards and upwards for cycle number 2! Going to pop out and get some OPKs and preseed for this cycle as I didn't chart this cycle. GL to everyone for next month and congrats again to those BFPs this month! X

Hey guys - cycle day 27, af due in 2 days. No cramps or back ache just really painful boobs and a bit of hip pain last night. Tested this morning at 13dpo and bfn so I reckon it's going to be a no for me this month if I've not even had a hint of s line this far along. Will let you know when I'm officially out 👎🏼 xx

@rollerskaterdata well, chin up hun, onto cycle 2!! How are you going to do this month? I think I'm gonna take it slow and I'm toying with the idea of not checking Flo and just DTD whenever to take the pressure off? X

@cupcakesandglitter a load of my friends have suggested not checking apps and just to go by Cm so that might be a good idea!

I know what you're saying I just thought I would have a shadow of a line by now if it was my month but hey ho! If not I guess I'll see you and @rollerskaterdata next month! 😜 at least we're all in it together xx

@thejollytrolleydolly definitely! My mum said she only ever got pregnant when we wasn't trying (apps etc etc)

@thetrolleydolly Sunday! It can be a day out here and there so yesterday wouldn't have been a surprise but now officially late!

@KatnissK well I hope it's just that you're showing late on the tests! The same thing happened to my friend, she didn't get a positive test until a week after her missed period! I'm due on Thursday and don't particularly feel like I will although it could all change over the next couple of days so who knows! Fx for you! Xx

@KatnissK thank you! I'm trying to hold out some hope! I'm so emotional today, I'm currently crying my eyes out watching the new Jurassic Park 😂

AF seems to have arrived today but seeing as this is the first since my pregnancy I don't know how it's going to go. Had cramps for about 9 days. Guess we've got to try again next month...

That's a shame @DeadDoorpost, hope you get your BFP next month!

@thejollytrolleydolly - oh dear!! Is that a good sign or a usual PMS sign for you? I found I cried all the time when pregnant! Still no AF here. Starting to wonder if I didn't ovulate this month. Was hoping my cycles were back to normal after contraception but I guess not.

Good luck guys for next month :) still no sign of af or symptoms... it's baffling me I'm using the clear blue digi but I can't test again with them until the 2nd now but might buy a diff brand tomorrow . Felt real nausea this morning but could just be the early start so confusing feels like my bodies playing tricks now... surely I would be showing on a test now if it was + my ovulation day was the 10th, which would make me like 20dpo I think it's just gonna be a really mean period

@thejollytrolleydolly ah sorry 😩 onto the next month for all of us!! Flo has updated to say I now have a fertile 8 days or so, guessing it's because my cycle messed up! DH suggested DTD every two days this month, fx we can stick to it and good luck to my little lady too

@katnissk so weird still no af!! Cd 36... No we've been trying for about 8months now and my cycle is normally regular give or take a day! Any sign yet for you? I'm testing again tomorrow... dtd last night thinking af would come after but nothing only slight spotting this morning and nothing now!! Hurry up already yay/nay!

@Welshpugmomma same here! Still no AF. Took another FRER yesterday and BFN. I'm just going to assume I have missed AF this month for non-pregnancy related reasons (my 1yo has started having a night feed again after dropping them previously- maybe this has had an impact on hormones?). Unless I get any symptoms, I don't see the point in testing again. So irritating!

@katnissk I know it's so weird though and totally unlike me I have to test again tomorrow for this trial thing I'm doing .... it's the longest cycle I've ever had! Had a few drinks last night as I was so sure I was gonna come on .... I'm so hopefully but will be a madwoman when af does come!
