Mid August 2ww - anyone else out there?

Hi all! I'm in my first ever 2ww and was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? Think I'm approx 1 dpo judging by previous cycle patterns, Ov pain and CM as I don't use OPKs or do BBT (too lazy!). Loosely followed SMEP this month, fx this is the month!

Age: 27
TTC: #2 (DS1 was a happy surprise)
Cycle No: 1
Cycle Length: 26-28 days
AF/BFP due: 29th August but I'll be testing on the 28th which will be CD 28

Looking forward to waiting with you all! And trying not to POAS at 5dpo !

@thejollytrolleydolly I hope our bodies aren't playing cruel tricks with us jolly! It all sounds so promising...keeping all of my crossables crossed! We'll both get our BFPs soon!

@rollerskaterdata I'm hoping so too! It's sooooo annoying having to do the 2ww every bloody month! The last few months I've been trying to symptom spot and didn't have the uterus twinges that I've had this month I just had phantom nausea! Honestly the first month I was adamant that I was up the duff! All crossed for you too hun and the others of this thread

@thejollytrolleydolly hopefully this is it for you hun! I'm having the WORST achy hips, thighs and lower back (almost into my bum!). Never had anything like this before and is deffo not normal PMS for me (I don't normally get PMS anyway). It's driving me nuts! It's not painful just achy but sooo distracting 🤷‍♀️

@rollerskaterdata ah man! Well I hope there's a sticky bean at the end of all of this pain!! My boobs are like anvils today - so sore and heavy!! Still getting gentle aches in my womb area which is weird if I was pre menstual! I can't sleep either. I woke up at 4:30 and couldn't get back to sleep so I've just put a load of washing away and now sat in the living room trying to think of things to do that won't wake dp up! I do usually get heavy boobs with my FP so it could be that but I'm sure it starts closer to my FP start date. Who knows maybe I'm just making excuses because I'm wishful thinking 😜 only time will tell!!

@thejollytrolleydolly oh me too, think we deffo need our BFPs now! 11dpo snowy white BFN for me today but still early days, AF not due for another 4 days so hanging in there!

Hey guys. All my symptom spotting paid off.
My hot flushes, sweat dripping down my face, implantation bleeding, cramps.
I am absolutely bloody gobsmacked!!!!
Cycle one of ttc baby 2!

Pretty sure 14 days exactly! I think I ovulated on the 12th and DTD using Tescos fertility gel xx

Arrghhhh DH and I have serious line eyes!! Took a test at 12dpo today we both swear we can see a second vvvvvvvvvfl but struggling to photo graph it! I'll do my best ladies!

I checked Friday (12dpo) and there was 100% no second line at all.
So you never know, if you're seeing a faint line another test in a few days could be that BFP!

It looks clearer in person (don't they always!) unless mine eyes deceive me

That's the thing @MsHopey I'm not even sure we can see a second line! 😂 we both really think we can though! Obvs not getting hopes up at all, will continue my daily obsessive testing

I'd just keep testing!

Yeah it's not very clear is it 😂 also thinking that first one held up to the light is a shadow now. I'll keep testing every day until I get a BFP or AF arrives anyway. Fx for you testing tomorrow!

Just had sex every other day, we used a fertility gel and ovulation tests to try and predict when I ovulated. I don't really know what else, I kept my hips up afterwards. I know we've been extremely lucky and I am very grateful. 🤞🏻 for you and good luck.

It started on cd18 which was about 6dpo. It was a little bit of blood when I wiped which was pink in the morning and turned to brown in the afternoon. By night it was gone, then the next day it started all over again. It lasted 4 days, I had one day off. Then it came back for 2. Now nothing and hopefully it stays that way.
I had a bit of spotting throughout my first pregnancy up until week 12 so i might just have a weaker lining or something. No idea.

Well I'm going to say I'm out. Temperature plummeting, started spotting. Hope to see none of you next month (because you're all pregnant 🤞🤞) x

No AF. BFN. The wait continues....so frustrating! I reckon if AF is going to turn up (which I think she will), she should at least have the decency to be on time!!!

@KatnissK I feel your frustration. DH and I were definitely imagining things yesterday, approx 13dpo today according to Flo (although I didn't chart in any way this month) and another BFN on FRER this morning. Also did some googling and apparently FRER are notorious for evaps, plus when we held all my other tests up to the light (been testing since Friday) you can see the shadow on all of them 😂. I'm either due AF today or Wednesday going by my last 2 cycle lengths (since taking IUD out) soooo the waiting continues. Can't say I'm in or out either way until I either get a BFP or AF 🤷‍♀️

@rollerskaterdata heyyyyy so my boobs still feel like they are going to fall off! I usually don't wear bras but yesterday I had to wear one because I felt like my clothes were sandpaper to my poor nips! Nothing much else to report... still getting a bfn but don't really feel as though I'm going to come on either! My apps are saying period in 3 days and by now I would usually start getting strong cramps and back ache but I haven't had anything yet. Who knows could be anything!
