Another new thread! This is a lovely supportive thread for anyone who has suffered the loss of a much wanted baby. Affectionately known as the penguin huddle- this is the place to survive the ups and downs of this crazy journey.

Hello ladies how are you doing today?

@strawberrye @Russkispy rainbow baby blanket sounds lovely, I wish I could knit so I could make one myself!

@kisses4u I am in a similar situation not knowing if/when I ovulated post mc - I'm now on CD22 if mc counts as CD1 so I would expect to have ovulated by now but am keeping up with DTD every day or every other day just in case! It means I have no idea when to test as I don't know what DPO I am, so I reckon I will test next week sometime AF hasn't arrived - how about you?

Slap my wrists and hold my hands down!! So yesterday after a big clump of cm I did a pregnancy test. Stupid waste of time of course as only 6 dpo by fertility friend (and just 5 by ovia and natural cycles!!). Now to hold out testing for another week!

@doddlebobs haha I'm guilty too 9 or 10dpo by my apps and feel as though AF is on the way but tested today just for the crack. Bfn!! think I'll hold off and wait until AF arrives or not on Saturday but not promising 😂. Good luck xx

What a beautiful blanket! I love to knit but I don’t have the paitience anymore. I have however started a hungry caterpillar quilt which was for the new baby. Once I’ve finished decorating I might get back on to it. Keeping busy seems to be helping

@doddlebobs so is creamy white cm mid-cycle a sign? I'm 5/6 DPO and I too have notice A LOT of CM today but clearly too early for symptoms right? Since I wouldn't have reached implantation yet. This TWW is dragging!!!!

@Littleray84 - they (whoever they may be...) do say that pre-AF and early preg signs can be very similar! Here's hoping for you x

@Newbie21 I don't think so really, I'm just symptom spotting and guessing!! I reckon I notice it more the more desperate I get! I think at 5/6 dpo we're too early for symptoms as unlikely to have implanted. For what it's worth my (totally made up in my own head) reason for testing was maybe cm caused by a burrowing blastocyst!

Ladies this was the last test I had in the draw and I like to see the words some how it make it more real. I'm confused I'm only 12dpo according to FF app and c24 so how is this possible testing in the after noon.

@lilimum4 could you have ovulated earlier than you thought? I think a 2-3 weeks result needs a urine hcg level of over 150 ish.
Or Maybe there's more than one in there😊 xx

And that was one of my baby blanket I knitted when was pregnant with my DD. Also managed to squeeze a little cardigan. 🙃
My current blanket is of neutral colours as once not pregnant (yet) and who know what we'll have!

@lilimum4 you've got 2 temp dips on your chart there 3dpo and 9po. That is a bit confusing.
I would have thought 3dpo would be too early to implant as it roughly takes 3 days to travel to the uterus. 9dpo is average implantation day but anything between 5 and 12 is normal. Maybe this bean (or beans) is just a fast little worker xx

@doddlebobs I'm wishful thinking too. Well if it's a random coincidence that cm occurs this early and this this is THE month then it's happy one. Fingers crossed for us, haha.

@Lilimum4 when I was pregnant with my DS, I tested the day after my AF was due and it came up 3+ or whatever the longest time they can show. I have a 27-28 day cycle, I wasn't charting or anything but either I ovulated super early or maybe my HCG levels shot up pretty quickly. Maybe same for you? In any case, a very comforting sign I reckon.

@Lilimum4 there could defo be more than 1 in there, this happened with a friend of mine and ended up being twins.

You guys are so talented, I'm a crocheter and started a massive blanket but with moving house and living out of boxes still, it's hard to get the motivation!

I'm having HUGE anxiety as I'm 36 and TTC for first time.
TTC #1 since Feb (stopped contraception but didn't track OV)
Tracked OV in May for first time. got pregnant in May
Period May 12/13
Ovulation May 30
Sex May 28
Neg test June 12
BFP June 17
June 28 was told not viable - Ultrasound 8mm sac yolk no FP or HB
Bleeding July 20-29
Baby came out naturally July 24

Ovulated August 11
Sex August 10, 12, 14
Now 16 DPO - negative test yesterday - still no period..
I've read a LOT of success stories about women who ovulated BEFORE their periods returned and got pregnant.. so praying like crazy.

I turned 36 in July. I would LOVE to have 3 kids before I'm 39

@doddlebobs Don't blame you, it's so hard. Feeling achey today so got it in my head that I'm pregnant. Last time I tested at 9dpo (which is tomorrow) and got a BFN but got one at 10dpo so holding out until Wednesday!

@Lilimum4 A friend of mine also had 2-3 at an earlier stage, there's only one baby in there and everything matches in terms of her dates.

Thanks @Boboelephant for all the answers! It's bloody brilliant having virtual mates on here to ask! It's such a lonely journey TTC isn't it! I get lots of EWCM and I think EPO has made it even more! I'll be wearing pads next month 😆

Yes @mostimproved I'm really not sure when to test either? I'm thinking CD29 but maybe I will wait for AF as I only have 2 tests left from last pregnancy and refuse to buy more. I think I've learnt from this last one and. subsequent MC that testing too much even after my bfp does nothing but make me anxious! I knew something was wrong when my boobs stopped hurting. I shall try to be sensible this time. We've only managed to DTD twice this cycle so I'm not expecting a BFP really anyway. But who knows, one time is all it takes I guess!

Lovely knitting there ladies!!! I'd like to be able to knit but I'm useless at it! I can crochet tho, so might try a bobble hat maybe?!

I'm 23, been cycle 3. Found out I was pregnant 24th July unfortunately to miscarry 1st August at 5 weeks. I took a test 7th August and was negative and we have been trying since. Currently waiting for AF to turn up, which I feel is taking a lifetime. I've had no cramps however boobs are sore. I have taken tests to make sure and not pregnant. Any advice regarding period? I'm regular and always 28 day's so waiting this long for a period is so hard for my head to get used to even though I know my bodies probably messed up...

@wewantbabiesnow and @Delilah7 welcome and sorry for your losses. First few periods after MC can be odd so hope your bodies regulate soon and try not to be too anxious.
