Starting the two week wait again. Anyone else? Pleeeaaase be the month 🤞

So I'm starting another two week wait, a bit sooner than anticipated. It seems I either ovulated CD 10 or 11 this cycle, which is very early for me.

Not sure if I'm 1 or 2dpo? Got a positive ovulation strip on Wednesday, by Thursday it was negative, but had lots of EWCM and CP was high soft and open. Would I get a negative OPK on the day or within hours of ovulation? Any advice would be much appreciated .

@Momma22 It looks about the same darkness I think. I dipped one in water and it was a definite negative so it may not be the tests. But I would've thought if it was positive then a FRER would be aswell as they are more sensitive. I usually have a 10 day LP so I've only got to wait a few more days.
How is everyone else feeling today?

@Eminen that's really strange, maybe like other posters have said the IC's are just super sensitive. Are you definitely sure there's not even the faintest of lines on the FRER?
At least you should know where you stand in a few days. Hopefully you get a BFP!

Today I'm just feeling really tired, Having weird tingling sensations in my left boob all morning, (probs all in my head) less cm than there has been, cp is closed high and soft. I'm now 8pdo, gonna try and hold off testing until I'm at least exactly 14dpo. Or if AF doesn't arrive whilst I'm away next week, I'll test the day I get back which will put me at 3weeks past ovulation! I'll see if I have the discipline to not test, although I really doubt it 🙈

@Eminen some of the ICs are really sensitive, it may well be that it's too early for the FRERs but the ICs have picked it up! Fingers crossed for you!

My commitment to not buying FRERs is wavering. Amazon ones wouldn't have arrived til Monday so might get some after work today and test with FMU tomorrow. Still got the cramping every so often, and just general weird feelings. Pre-AF bloating and sore boobs are starting so must be due soon.

They were 2 for 8.50 in superdrug so I cracked

Do I do one tonight or wait til tomorrow to use FMU? 🤔

@Momma22 I really admire you're patience! And they all sound like really good symptoms, fingers crossed!

@Triskaidekaphilia I don't blame you, would be rude not to buy them at that price!! Tomorrow's FMU would probably be more sensible, but there will be no judgement from me if you do one today!!

@Eminen Good cos I did it's another one where you kind of see something when you hold it up to the light, but otherwise nothing, I have a feeling that might just be how all first response tests are. I could've swore I saw a very faint line as it was developing but its gone now.

Hi ladies currently sat pondering my body....with a glass of red...thinking I'm sure my body knows it's not pregnant already does anyone else get this around 5dpo surely by now it'd know if it was pregnant or not?

@Momma22 even cheaper on amazon if you can wait! But not by much. I'm 11dpo maximum, but could be as low as 8 I think... losing track now!

@Owlpatrol Yes and no... this month I feel like the fact I don't feel pregnant is what might actually give me a chance!

Still cramping, it's getting quite unpleasant tbh. And still got cloudy EWCM! Really hope the EWCM=implantation thing is true, if it is, then my implantation was probably about 3 days ago, that's when mine went back from stringy to egg-whitey... 🤔

Also unbearably itchy, not sure how that could be related, just something I've noticed...

It's unbelievable how long the wait lasts isn't it, even if the days go quickly, it feels like each day is done about three times!

I'm fairly convinced it won't be my month as no real temp shift and feel very much due on (irritable and emotional - cried for absolutely no reason today), which would be understandable after such a long cycle and with no definite ov. But keep having lots of what if moments.

How is everyone getting on? I have been a bit absent from this thread as I still don't think I am in the tww 🙈 day 12 of flashing smiley, temp is all over the place, I have had 3 massive drops so not sure what is going on!
Going on holiday and of course taking a bag full of Opks! And a hpt?! Definitely not going to need that. I am slowly losing it! 😂

@seastargirl sorry to hear it's been a bit of a rubbish cycle for you too, but you never know? Temping isn't an exact science (at least that is what I tell myself 😂) 🤞🏻for you.

Done another IC this morning and there was barely anything there so I think these are dodgy tests and AF is on the way TTC sucks!!

I felt so tired yesterday, has to lie down for a nap while looking after DD in the afternoon. Had a headache too. This morning it's backache, but other than that no other symptoms. I'm trying my best to wait until at least 14dpo for testing as I've only got 1 test and I don't want to repeat the maniac testing I went through with DD lol...and like an idiot I was playing with DD and said maybe there's a baby in there and now she keeps touching my belly and saying Look daddy mommy belly baby didn't think she would get it straight away she is only 2and half lol... I feel like these two weeks before testing should be called Shrodinger weeks...baby might or might not be there...until AF shows up or not.

Well I didn't test this morning, because I was still half asleep when I first went to the toilet, but the longer I leave it the better I suppose... zero symptoms today so who knows...

Oh and @feerouge I love the schrodinger analogy, really does sum up the tww!

Well I'm 9dpo now. AF due on Thursday and no signs of her arrival just yet. My boobs would usually be quite tender by this time and I'd be craving all things chocolatey and sweet, and I'd usually be a bit moody and irritable. But experiencing none of that yet. Maybe I ovulated later than I thought? Or maybe I am indeed pregnant, although im not really experiencing any symptoms of being pregnant just yet. But then again I didn't really have any obvious symptoms when pregnant with DD or MMC, so who knows?

EWCM is getting more on the creamy side, and the bloat is still there.

I'm not going to test until the day of my missed period. I don't keep pregnancy tests in the house, and I'm gonna be busy busy over the next few days so probs won't have time to nip to the shops and get one, and if I order off of amazon it would take at least a few days to get here, so it should be easy to resist testing early

@momma22 lol it's same here ewcm changing to creamy, but after not due for another week hmm I was reading stories of people with bfp around 10dpo but some turned out to be false positive, so to avoid disappointment I think it's still better to wait til at least 14 dpo or later. Or I might as well pee on a 10 pound note (actually 10 euros since I live in France) .

@Triskaidekaphilia not feeling it today either! DH asked if I feel pregnant but at this stage who knows, one minute I do, the next I fart and then feel nothing at all

I am cd22 😩 and still got those flashing smileys, I have only got 5 cb tests left then it will just be IC. I had sore boobs today and some cramps so don't know what that means? 🤷🏼‍♀️

@FlapJackered believe me if I had a pregnancy test lying around I'd have done it by now! I'm just gonna try and hold off as long as possible as my ttc apps are telling me conpletely different things. Glow seems to be basing my predicted period date on when I got the positive opk and is saying AF due on the 16th (which is 14dpo) although according to Ovia its the 22nd and Clue the 24th. Im not 100% sure whether or not to trust the positive opk I got last Wednesday because it was ridiculously early for me to get a positive (cd 10), plus I've had tonnes of EWCM this week which would tie in with what Clue is telling me should be my fertile window. Plus if my period was less than a week away I'd probably be experiencing some PMS by now which I'm not?

Anyway long story short, even though I already had a positive opk, I'm still confused about ovulation dates & when AF is expected this month. So I think I've a better chance at an accurate result the longer I leave it to test. In the meantime we're just DTD as much as possible, in hopes we've caught that egg!

Sorry you seem to be having so much trouble with the CB OPK's. Fingers crossed for you 🤞 I've heard so many stories of women who never got a positive ovulation test but still went on to get a BFP at the end of the cycle. So don't lose hope! Although I suppose it'd be nice for you to just know where you stand for now.
