Yes @crazychemist is right actually, @AssumeItWasSomethingClever! When I was pregnant I had to pick up a maternity pack from my doctors surgery and then ring the number provided to get in touch with a midwife and find my nearest childrens centre. Not sure it is the same around where you are but might be worth double checking that you're going to see the correct person?

Hi gizmo, afraid I can't see a line... but then I'm looking at a photo, can you see a line? Looks like a "wait till tomorrow and retest" to me. Would now be a good time for a line?

Have you tested again today, @gizmosslave? If you could see a line yesterday it might be darker today.
I can't see anything from your photo unfortuantly, but I'd definitely retest to make sure!

gizmoss I might be seeing things, and don't want to get your hopes up, but when I tilt my screen I think I might see something!

I think I can see a faint line- it's more of a shadowy line really :)

See I don’t actually know what to do this whole waiting is driving me insane. I’m obsessed. We just got engaged and booked our wedding so if this doesn’t happen this month then we are waiting til at least feb. I feel like absolute shit not knowing

I'm getting so impatient with waiting and we've decided that I'll get my coil out next month and we'll see what happens. If I end up pregnant straight away (unlikely) then I'd just not dive on our holiday. Still haven't been able to spot any pattern at all in my temp chart.

My pre-pregnancy diet has consisted of adding in an ice cream every day because I read that the optimum BMI to conceive is 23 and I'm actually a bit underweight.

That one has a line, gizmo. Faint or not, if you can see it that means the hormone is present. If all goes well, it should be nice and strong in a couple of days if you can bear to wait for confirmation!

Ice cream everyday doesn't sound too bad, @KinCat.
Theres an ever so faint line on that last test, @gismosslave. As @crazychemist said, if you are pregnant then that line will be much stronger in a few days - just keep testing!

I've been getting a lot of familiar pregnancy symptons this past week which is driving me absolutely mad, as the chances of me being pregnant are veeeeery very slim. I'm hoping they're all just signs of a period coming soon - its been 23 days since my coil has been out so I'm just hoping for anything really.

Wedding is June 29th next year. So to be pregnant now is ideal as the baby would be born way before.

There is a line in 3 of them however today’s was negative so no idea what’s happening.

@gizmosslave not sure if it's my phone or the app not letting me soon in so can't offer any opinion on whether there is a line or not but hope it is the result is what you want!

On a separate note - anyone tracking BBT on Flo? I'm scarily impressed by it... came off pill start of July and had withdrawal bleed as expected a few days later. Put in Flo a 35 day cycle as not sure what my cycle could be and it predicted accordingly. Been logging BBT and any other symptoms. Anyway logged in over the weekend and noticed the cycle length had updated to say I ovulated around CD12-13 due to BBT changes...! We'll see what happens with AF (due next week according to Flo) but impressed if it does at how good BBT tracking can be! Who knows though- have a tendency to jinx myself!

@Jxtina86 oh that's brill!! I use flo but my not so dear husband I've lost my thermometer 😭 I need to find it and start tracking ASAP, I'm glad it's changed for you :) I put 30days randomly as I wasn't sure, so hopefully it amends mine too

I was here on the first thread and quite early on in this one. Life rather got in the way and I didn’t manage to keep up with you all for a while. We have now began TTC and I need some advice.

I came off the pill on the 4th of July. I’ve been using OPKs. I’ve taken 4 today (4! I know! )

The first two look positive to me, taken at 11am and 1pm. The second two are negative, taken at 3pm and 5pm, but they are a different brand to the first two.

Based on this picture, would you say ovulation is due soon? Any input gratefully received!

I'd say definitely for the first two! Unsure about the second, but I get weird results with mine anyway so can't really say 😂 the first two look just as dark as control so I'd say so... are you TTC this month? Xx

Hey lovely ladies, I have a question - does the control line of ovulation strips get darker the closer you are to ovulating? I've only started using them in the last four days and they've all been totally blank. Today I did one and it had a little shadowy line, very faint but definitely there. I know its still a negative test but just wondered if it means ovulation is out there somewhere and on its way?
I'm so lost in the world of tracking!!

@PastaSauceHoarder I had the same question!! I know they're negative if they aren't the same/darker, but mine are blank the whole month bar a few days where they get a little darker... sorry it won't help but I completely understand the struggle 😂
