How are the recent bfps??

I am cd15 due to ov between now and Friday i think? I caved and broke out an opk yesterday 🙈the need for control is too much!! 😂 i was going to try this month without any form of charting...

@MrsGS76 I got the Doppler from eBay. £25 best purchase so far!!!

@HidCat yup. I had negative 12dpo, spotting 13+14dpo and bfp 15dpo!!! I have everything crossed for you!!

@Pancakes7 I fell pregnant on the 3rd cycle after my mmc and surgical management. I'm now just over 12weeks. The Doppler is basically a wand that you rub on your belly and it picks up the heartbeat. It's quite cool. But I made sure I waited until 12 weeks cos it's so hard to pick up the heart beat before then and I didn't want it to cause panic.

@Cakelaur can't wait to hear how it goes today!

@Lilimum4 I didn't mean that like 'how many have you done!?!?' I was trying to figure out which ones were what day. 😀 I totally understand why you've been worried because of the cyst. So obviously work our temping I can't be totally sure but they say after a positive opk you ovulate 12-48 hours after. I've also read that ovulation pain can happen before actual ovulation so I'd probably be inclined to count ov as the 1st. Your 8th opk- was that evening of 31st or morning of 1st? Up to you but I would probably say you are 5dpo today.
@YellowDaffodils86 hello! Yep FF confirmed ovulation today so I'm now 3dpo. 👍 and rest!! 😂 what did your opk say?

@MrsGS76 hope you got some JKS action! Yep you have to be careful with the cheapies that you don't miss the lead up. I basically just start jks before getting a positive as soon as i notice any cm- hence the marathon from day 8 and ov day 17! 😂😂

@Pancakes7 I know what you mean. I used to be so chill about it all. With DS I didn't know anything about opks or bbt or cm! It's alot more waiting and analysing now! Hopefully not too much longer for any of us.

I gave in and did a FRER this morning. As expected the BFN. Thinks it's just a weird 2nd period post MC so assuming I'm back to CD2.

@Cakelaur me!!! FF confirmed ovulation this morning for day 17 so 3dpo. That was the day we managed twice which is handy! We covered day 8 to 19 so now it's rest, pineapple and progesterone time! Keep everything crossed for me.

@Boboelephant no completely stopped now. Not entirely surprising as even my miscarriage was light! My first period after was heavy though. Feeling good though, looking forward to this cycle now. My BBT thermometer should be arriving today so can try to track with that this month but may just see how the month goes and be a little less obsessive. Hope you enjoy a relaxing TWW! You've definitely earned a break lol.

@Boboelephant thanks for your advice. Ovulation or not I'm counting this as the tww I'm driving my self crazy enough to count it lol. But 7 more days feels like forever but after last cycle I'm not testing early ever again dam near broke my heart to see those lines and then bleed again. I'm keeping my fx for you this time, you and dh really deserve it after all your dedication to TTC this cycle.

Hey how is everyone doing? Just caught up on this epic thread! Cakelaur hope the scan goes well.

I'm a bit confused and worried. I had my first af since mmc. All good, EWCM since cd10 and strong positive opk 3 days ago. All on track. But no temp rise and it's bothering me. They have stayed at around 35.45 the last few days. I'm getting what I think is O pains, opks are now negative. Am I not ovulating? Could it happen later because the miscarriage messed up my cycle? We are still dtd but it feels like it's never going to happen.

@Mistymeow hi hun I'm having all the same things as you. I wish I had advice for you. I'm just going to count it as I did and hope we DTD enough all though only managed once this cycle due to work. Fx you get your bfp this time x

I'm now 3dpo so officially in the TWW. Not holding out much hope for this cycle as only dtd the day before ov and a few days before that - unfortunately it all went a bit pear shaped this month for us. Gutted really although can't shake this little glimmer of hope that maybe it worked. I've been super hungry the past few days which happened when I was preg before so who knows... oh dear the crazy symptom spotting has already begun!! 😳

@Boboelephant I’m okay thanks for asking! 5+2 today and midwife appointment tomorrow. So tired and starting to get nauseous so hoping that’s a good sign! Taking it one day at a time. Good luck in the TWW, I really hope this is your month - you’ve definitely done all you can so fingers crossed it works!! 🤞

YES @Boboelephant amazing news!!! I actually haven't had sex since my marathon!! 🙈🙈 at first I was just too tired then too scared and now too sick. I think if all goes well at the scan today it's prob about time I reward my OH and pounce!! Haha!!

@Cakelaur haha I told DH to make the most of the sex not because he won't have any again for a very long time once in get pregnant.

So tmi incoming, sorry! Last night whilst dtd I got really sharp pains in we're my ovaries are. I've been having scans and tests to find out why I get these pains normally but this is the first time I've had them whilst dtd and it was the worst I've been, I would've cried if it wouldn't have ruined the mood.

Hi all 👋🏼 Have been keeping up with you all but it’s all been WEDDING WEDDING WEDDING stuff can’t wait it’s a week Saturday on the 16th😁 as for me & dp dtd has not been a lot just to bloody knackered!! We’re both up at 5 everyday work full time & been doing all the finishing touches for our big day😁 had a few dtd’s after af & one the other night but also been avoiding as wanted af (day 26 tomorrow so should get af if not day 28 Saturday) to come as if got bfp didn’t wanna take any risks early mc’s etc & just get on with our jks marathon on our minimoon 👍🏼 No af pains as yet just very sore boobies 🙈 probably just stress so hopefully she’ll arrive in the next day or so! I’m so sorry for all the new comers but it is a great place here! As for a lot of the people here having their 1st/2nd af after mc myself personally had 3 or 4 really bad af’s after my 1st mmc to the point where the pain & not knowing what my body was doing was worse than the mc!! I thought something was wrong with me but there wasn’t just my body & mental state getting back to normal.

To those of you like me who have just started a new cycle, I hope you're doing something treaty to pamper yourselves. It's my day off work today. Haven't quite decided what I'm going to do but I'm determined to have a nice, relaxed day. :)

As for me, I’m really not having a good day 😢 I think it’s because it’s two weeks today since mc and I should be 7 weeks 😭
I’m at work but I really don’t want to be here, but I don’t want to go home as there’s so much to do and it’s so busy.
My manager has been amazingly supportive so might have a chat and see how I’m feeling around lunchtime.

@Boboelephant and @Pancakes7 we were so chilled when TTC, didn’t temp, do OPK’s or anything, just wanted to let nature take its course and it worked.
This time around I’m going to do OPK’s but that’s it, and I won’t be telling OH when I get a positive as I don’t want to pressure him, I’ll just be pounding on him 😜

Woops that should say pouncing, but pounding will also work 😂🙈😜
