Anyone due AF next week & want to join the final countdown?!

Hi ladies.
This was the first month not tracking after trying for 8 months and getting nowhere.
My last 3 cycles lasted 28, 29 and 32 days, but think the last one may have been a CP.
No idea which date I actually ovulated, but felt cramping on and off since early last week and I'm due AF any time from Monday.

Think I'm going to do a test at the weekend, because I can't just sit and wait! Praying it's a BFP

My period has disappeared, tiny bit of brown spotting today but nothing since yesterday lunchtime. Bit odd but I tend to only be on for 3-4 days very lightly anyway.

Fingers crossed for Thursday for those that are testing :)

@Laura549678 wow that must be frustrating, although a good sign AF is late?

I am finding it very difficult to hold out until Thursday. Just desperate to POAS! Getting ovary pain and AF type cramps though so I think I may well come on before Thursday anyway. I just don't think I can handle a BFN now as then I will be wondering if I just tested too early, where-as I will know it is true if I wait until Thursday. IT IS SO HARD THOUGH!!
@murphyrocks - my POAS partner, I need some wise, sensible words to stop me from testing until our poas date.

@FlapJackered it really is, problem is as its my first cycle after coming off the pill I don't know if I'm pregnant or just missed it? Last time I came off it AF came 25 days later... so I don't know. I had all the signs but they have dulled down a bit now just sore boob's every now and again 🤔 I think I'm waiting until Saturday to test.. just in case! That'll be just passed 1 week later (I think) xx

@FlapJackered I'm so sorry I totally caved and poas this morning - totally stupid as its only 6dpo and obviously got bfn! Didn't really bother me though as I wouldn't expect anything to show up yet anyway - just I had some low belly/pubic bone cramping last night and a temp increase this morning so I wondered if I'd possibly implanted, but even if I did it wouldn't show yet! I'm sorry, I let you down, I promise I'll wait until Thurs now though!

Oh god @murphyrocks I caved too and did a one step cheapy this morning and it came back BFN which I was really sad about until I read the amazon reviews which most people say they are rubbish for early detection and a lot of people get digital bfps same day they had bfn on these. So now I am back to waiting until tomorrow 😂

Haha now I don't feel so guilty @FlapJackered! I resisted this morning. I've got the One Steps in, got my bfp with one for DS on the day af was due but yes don't think they're great for early detection. Got a FRER too but I'll save that for Sunday/Monday if af doesn't arrive. Still on for our poas tomorrow morning though?!

Concentration is not going well so far today. I just want to know for sure either way now, and get on with a new cycle if that's the way it's going. The tww is torture!

@FlapJackered TOTALLY preaching to the choir on that, each day has dragged by so slowly it's unreal! Also because I won't be trying next month due to a wedding I'm MoH at early April 2019 so will have to wait another 2 months if I'm not pg now, which feels like forever! Hate the pressure :(

@FlapJackered yeah I really don't want to and dh doesn't either but it would be less than ideal timing, and much as I want to be pg I'm not going to run the risk of missing one of my best friend's wedding for the possibility of being a month earlier!

BFN 😢 and temp drop so I am out. I was expecting it but still just feel sad. I just really hope this cycle is shorter than the last.

AF still hasn't turned up for me and I'm still getting BFN. I do feel like the witch is coming though... This week sucks x

I'm 10dpo and due AF on Saturday.

Since 3dpo my sense of smell has been off the charts, since 4dpo I've been up 6 times a night to pee (apologies TMI), 8dpo I've been feeling nauseous, 9dpo I've had light brown discharge and mild cramping (worries it could be an early AF but I am normally like clockwork).

Yesterday I stupidly did an early detection test and it was a BFN.

I'm climbing the wall wondering if I am pregnant or not! I have a 12 day luteal phase, when should I test again?

@sakuramiyagi welcome! I'm due af Sunday, not expecting anything this month so I'm not too tested to test before but if you can I'd wait until atleast sat when af is due to test again.

10dpo is still quite early so fx.

Hi @sakuramiyagi, cramping and spotting sounds like possible implantation - when was 9dpo? It usually takes 2-3 days after implantation for hcg to show up sufficiently to give a positive test, so I'd keep testing with fmu (first morning urine) until either af arrives or you get a bfp. Good luck!

Sorry @sakuramiyagi just seen that you were 10dpo yesterday, so I'd expect to see a positive result from a sensitive test (10-15iu) in the next day or two. Wouldn't expect a positive yesterday as hcg wouldn't have enough time to show up in your urine.

Also @FlapJackered I had a drop in temp this morning too but as af isn't due for 2-3 days that might be an implantation dip (8dpo), will just have to see what my temp is like tomorrow!

Unfortunately I am sure it is AF for me, as I am 12dpo so a bit late for implantation. I am quite irregular so AF was due any time from now until Saturday. It was a major drop too, so I am definitely out.
8dpo is early though so could well be an implantation drop for you! fx'd!

Fair enough @FlapJackered, fx af arrives soon then and onto July.

I'll keep you updated, if my temp goes back up tomorrow it could be a good sign, if not then I'd say the witch is after me too...
