Ali does epo bring ovulation forward? It's certainly not the case with me.

You can get B6 and B12 separately which I think are the important ones, so you can miss the folate out. I've just ordered some B6 on its own to use now.
I got a tiny spot but it was 6dpo so maybe it wasn't implantation then. I've never heard of that before? I don't notice the pain around implantation every month maybe 3 times since we've been trying. I do remember it with DD.

JoJoyorker · 30/03/2018 17:00

EPO doesn't bring ovulation forward for me either. I think I've heard somewhere it can do though.

Alibaba2 · 30/03/2018 17:02

I’ll try that Jojo. My LP is 14 days but I do get cramps and spotting straight after implantation window.

6dpo could have been the start of implantation. I think it takes a few days.

Orchid, I think Mimosa may have mentioned epo and early ov so I thought I would try not taking it this cycle. Ov was cd11. Last month it was cd8. Could just be a coincidence though.

MDCB2018 · 30/03/2018 17:07

Good luck Happ7Bunny! Will this be your first?

JoJoyorker · 30/03/2018 17:58

It might help with that then Ali.
Cleo are you carrying on with Ubquinol? I haven't found an answer on google.

Cleozeta · 30/03/2018 18:59

I've stopped all suppliments and just taking pregnacare max as that is supposed to contain everything I need now. Hopefully will be enough (3 tablets a day in the max pack!)

JoJoyorker · 30/03/2018 19:02

I found some pregnacare from last time a couple of months past their best before date HmmI thought I'd take them until I can go shopping.

littlemimosa · 30/03/2018 19:09

Thanks for the info JoJo. I went to look at my preconception vits earlier and the B6 & B12 are 100%rda so I might add in just those two as separate supplements. Gosh I remember taking high dose B6 whe. I was breastfeeding DC2 as I had awful painful Raynauds in my nipples and I was advised to take it.
I already add an extra magnesium spray, a vitamin D spray and a vitamin C tablet to my ‘regime’. Along with ubiquinol, Shatavari and serrapeptase I’m truly glowing with health! I’ve personally stopped the EPO as I don’t think it was helping my early ovulation. I seem to do better off it.

Orchid222 · 30/03/2018 19:19

Mimosa what is serrapeptase supposed to do?

Alibaba2 · 30/03/2018 19:35

Oh good Mimosa, it was you.

I fell pg very easily in 2016 which ended badly and have been trying since but nothing. I have been taking loads of supplements and I wonder if they have upset whatever balance I had. I have been taking a high dose of epo since then and I’m also wondering if it’s causing early ov.

JoJoyorker · 30/03/2018 19:36

Haha little that's a lot of supplements! It's so hard remembering them all. I was thinking about getting one of those day of the week pill containers old people have to save confusion.

Alibaba2 · 30/03/2018 20:38

I have one of those pill dispensers Jojo! I don’t take anything now but will start again on vit d, calcium/mag/zinc and vit c at some point.

Cleozeta · 30/03/2018 21:39

Haha jojo I so nearly bought one of those a few weeks ago!!! Grin

JoJoyorker · 30/03/2018 22:39

It would be so handy Grin

starsandstuff · 30/03/2018 22:45

Hi, littlemimosa suggested I come over here (hi!) I'm planning on ttc - 41, nearly 42 - but still a little bit scared of the whole idea tbh. I thought I was planning well by starting some prenatal multivitamins and cutting back on the chocolate and gin but you ladies are on a whole other level!! Smile

weasledee · 30/03/2018 23:39

Hi stars I'm a similar age to you 41 almost 42....
Are you trying for your first? Smile

KeepingTheFaith9 · 31/03/2018 00:00

Evening all - I am still buzzing from the triple preg joy... hoping it’s catching ... ! Feel like I do need to up my game ... possibly go the temp route and review my vits, as maybe I’m missing a trick ... this ubiquinol sounds interesting... gonna read through suggestions.. welcome Stars btw, there’s lots of wisdom here... and hopefully it’s catching ... !! To be honest I think my biggest issue right now is frequency of DTD often enough when we should as I don’t know when Ov is happening although that said defo EWCM last few days (but now@ my parents and DH 80 miles away!!😬) Anyway baby dust to us all !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟x

starsandstuff · 31/03/2018 00:05

Thanks for the welcome Smile I think I have to work out all the shorthand!!
weasledee it would be my first, OH has two adult girls and a granddaughter so it's nice that only one of us has no clue what we're letting ourselves in for Grin

starsandstuff · 31/03/2018 00:05

(Sorrybhit oostvtoo doon) Is it your first too?

starsandstuff · 31/03/2018 00:06

Ok so no edit function??! Blush

KeepingTheFaith9 · 31/03/2018 00:35

Stars I’m trying to conceive (ttc) my number 2, I’ve have a dd (dear daughter) and had a miscarriage (mc) before her and one after. Yes the abbreviations take a while to learn!!
Good luck to you and partner 🙏🏻X

Orchid222 · 31/03/2018 09:14

Faith I like the idea of it but after reading the reviews I'm not convinced. My preference would be ava bracelet but of course it's much more expensive.
Ali I think you were thinking of buying it are you going to?

It wasn’t me Orchid - must have been someone else.
