Hi ladies,

Would love to know how people have got on with this bracelet? Is it worth the £200 price tag?

Many thanks x

Hi everyone! If, like OP, you're after an Ava bracelet to track your cycle, you can get your hands on one here. MNHQ.

Ladies, it takes Ava up to 3 cycles to get used to your body. I still used opks and I actually ovulated CD12, which was confirmed by fertility friend, whilst Ava said I ovulated on cd15. I definitely would still use opks. Best of luck 💜

Minkydinkytrinky · 17/08/2019 10:43

I have been using it for about 3 months and two of my bracelets have broken and needed to be sent back. Thankfully it is still within warranty so I’m now getting a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Carastarchild · 17/08/2019 12:08

Really @Minkydinkytrinky. Was it the strap that broke, or the actual device? I often wonder how long the strap will last, but I did hear that they are very good at replacing the bracelets.

Minkydinkytrinky · 17/08/2019 12:12

It was a sensor on the actual device both times. They did offer me a replacement but given that it would have been my 3rd device I took the refund instead. I am going to try natural cycles now - a few friends had success with it. Hope you all have more success with Ava than I did.

Carastarchild · 19/08/2019 22:36

@Minkydinkytrinky I am sorry to hear that. I have to say that I have had no issues with the sensor... So far so good 🙂 I actually really enjoy using it, but I guess that is easy to say considering I don't have any issues with it.

A little update from me. I had been using Ava for 2 cycles when a miracle occurred and I got a BFP! Grin
My first natural conception after 4.5 years Ttc! I'm not sure Ava is really responsible but it did pinpoint ovulation for me when fertility friend couldn't that month.
I'm currently 5+5 and desperately hoping this one sticks around but feeling a little more hopeful that I could conceive again if it doesn't.

This is my link for £20 off:

Good luck everyone xxx

Tania41 · 29/08/2019 12:18

I just started using Ava. I'm 41, and have had multiple failed IVF and a MMC, so its last chance saloon for me!

Here is a £20 off code in case it helps anyone.

avawomen.ref-r.com/c/i/12607/36404980

I will keep you posted on my reviews......x

firsttimemum55 · 29/08/2019 12:30

@Minkydinkytrinky I use natural cycles and it's fab! I have Ava as well but went by the dates that natural cycles said and got my BFP this month! It does take about 3 months to get to know you so persevere but once you get the hang of it I think it's fab. Good luck!!

jcurve · 30/08/2019 20:56

If anyone wants a nearly new Ava bracelet, the current version, let me know. Unfortunately I’ve since found out I have endometriosis & will need IVF so it’s not much use to me! Happy to sell it for a sensible price.

Trying77 · 05/09/2019 21:04

I really recommend the Ava bracelet... it’s pinpointed my ovulation for 3 months in a row now. Unfortunately my other half travels a lot with work so it’s still hard to make it happen but at least I can plan better. For £20 off use this code

Alarica · 06/09/2019 15:35

I've been using my new Ava since Monday and love the data each morning. Here's my discount code for £20 off if anyone would like to use it

avawomen.ref-r.com/c/i/12607/36529438

click on the link above and then type in AVABFF18 at checkout.

Alarica · 06/09/2019 15:35

Any more reviews or success stories?

sadlycindy · 16/09/2019 20:06

Mine arrived on Friday. I’m loving seeing the app data every morning. It also has an alarm function (it buzzes on your wrist to wake you up) which is great but isn’t really publicised.

Click here to get £20 off.

0lapislazuli · 22/10/2019 17:09

@Alarica I found mine really easy to use and preferred it over the clearblue monitor. It took a lot of hassle and stress out of trying to pinpoint the most fertile days. It was accurate from my first cycle and I conceived on my second after two years of trying. I am now 38 weeks pregnant Smile. When you no longer need it, you can always sell it on. Just make sure you get the newest version as it’s more accurate. Or you can get a discount on a new one through here avawomen.ref-r.com/c/i/12607/20140318

jen1608 · 07/12/2019 19:18

We are looking to order an Ava bracelet but I wanted to check how its delivered is it in plain packaging as im probably going to have to order it to work and dont want the whole office knowing we are ttc... thanks x

0lapislazuli · 08/12/2019 09:17

@Jen1608, I can’t remember, sorry. I would contact Ava and ask them.

vebeeba · 18/12/2019 14:13

Hi there

Are you still looking to sell your Ava bracelet?

Cheers
Lisa

Zen123 · 08/01/2020 00:30

I been etc for 8 years and ummed and ahed about getting it for about two, mainly due to the cost but I took the plunge and I have to say it's the best decision ever! The information I get every morning is fascinating but the best bit is I'm.not second guessing myself so much! I can have a 7 day difference in my cycle and I'd get my hope's up if I was late every time but now I have a better idea of when I've ovulated and how long my literal phase is I dont seem to feel that stress. Currently still using the opks as I'm only in my seond month and it takes 3 months for it to get used to your body.

Cant put a price on peace of mind and becoming a mummy....
Atleast I know I've tried everything.

Baby dust all round guys and here's a current discount code for £20 off.

Xxx

Hi all. I am selling my Ava 2.0 bracelet. It is virtually brand new - I wore it for 4 days (no exaggeration) and then discovered I had already fallen pregnant! This was recommended to me by 2 of my friends both of whom got BFPs within 3 months of starting to wear their Avas. RRP is £249 but willing to sell for £200 even though it’s almost brand new.

felicityheather · 15/08/2020 18:32

Hi all!

Just wanted to update as I started this post. I bought an Ava in the January, was pregnant in September. He was a clomid baby but Ava was nice for not having to temp. Starting wearing Ava again in March this year after having my son last May and the sensor fell off earlier this month. They offered me half off a new model but I didn't take the offer straight away. I kept wearing it and it seemed to be ok? Now pregnant again.

OP posts:
AnxiousAnnie86 · 16/08/2020 06:34

I'm on my third month of wearing it, this will be my second full month. I find it hard to get see a pattern at moment, but maybe I will soon? Do you find it takes skin temp longer to raise after ovulation then BBt? X

0lapislazuli · 09/11/2020 10:37

I loved my Ava. After trying for a year, it really helped me predict my cycles better and I soon fell pregnant. I now have a one-year old thanks to Ava. I miss using it, it was always so exciting to read the data in the morning!

Until the end of the month they now do £30 off if you follow this link

DO NOT BUY – Ava Women’s Money-Back Guarantee is a SCAM!
I purchased the Ava Women fertility bracelet and paid extra for their 12-month money-back guarantee, which promised a full refund if I wore the bracelet nightly, synced my data, and did not get pregnant within a year. I met every requirement exactly as stated in their policy.
When I reached out for my refund, Ava Women completely ignored me.

  • They responded once to acknowledge their guarantee and the conditions, which I fully met.
  • When it was actually time to issue the refund, they ghosted me.
  • I have sent multiple emails and messages over the past several months—they refuse to respond.
Ava Women is dishonest and untrustworthy. They take your money, make promises they won’t keep, and then vanish when it’s time to honor their own policies. If you’re thinking of paying extra for the money-back guarantee, DON’T! It’s a scam. They will take your money and leave you with nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. #AvaWomen #Scam #FertilityTracker #FakeGuarantee #DishonestBusiness
