December Bus - Christmas Wishes

Hi all,

I’ve decided to take the plunge and make a December Bus. I know it’s still early in Nov but for those of us whose cycles fall early in the month it’ll be nice for us to have a new thread!

I’m 23
TTC #1
Cycle: 2

Had so many symptoms in October (unusual for my regular AF) so felt so disappointed when it wasn’t meant to be.

Anyway let’s hope December is our month and hope for that Christmas surprise! SmileHalloween GrinStar

I didn't even bother using my clearblue monitor this cycle, last 3 cycles just got highs and no peaks and it kept asking for more tests right up until af arrived Angry

JoJoyorker · 24/11/2017 11:50

Yes mine was still flashing the day AF arrived. It went from low fertility to flashing and never peaked. I will see what happens this month if it decides to work at all! I don't know why it keeps telling me to retest, I don't want to waste anymore so will see what happens tomorrow.

Fia256 · 24/11/2017 11:57

I have the monitor and it's crap. I gave up after having 10 highs in a row!!

Aph413 · 24/11/2017 12:44

I did read that once the monitor has registered an increase in LH it will keep showing high until you peak. I use the clear blue and the internet cheapies but I haven't quite got the hang of it yet.
Honeycake I honestly felt like I was going crazy with it and stopped testing once I ran out of tests from my box of 20. Fingers crossed we all have better luck this time round

Sparklesdontshine · 24/11/2017 12:46

I’m not using the clear blue anymore, it’s too stressful!

LookingAtTheStars89 · 24/11/2017 13:27

I just bought some more tests lol. I think I might be a late ovulater anyway so I'm not giving up just yet. Maybe We just don't have a strong enough lh surge? x

nk1605 · 24/11/2017 13:51

I'm having issues with OPK results too...I've had relatively stong lines since Monday (not positives mind) and now nothing, not even the faintest line! I'm CD12 now and heard people getting a blank for a few days before a positive. So I'm really hoping this is what's happening!

franktheskank · 24/11/2017 17:14

I’ve used the clear blue mountain motor the last two cycles and I’ve always found it fine x

franktheskank · 24/11/2017 17:14

Digital monitor not mountain monitor 😂

peterpanwendy · 24/11/2017 17:58

Blood! Omg I’m freaking out. I’m 5 or 6dpo today, it was ready-pink CM when i wiped, TMI sorry. Could this be implantation?

Redy*

@peterpanwendy it may be. Wait a few more days and then test.

I have a query guys, I'm 10 days into cycle and temps not peaked, opk's still BFN but then ive not had a positive test in 6 months. I have had a really thick clear discharge today with the tiniest streak of blood in it. I have no idea what it could be!!! Any ideas would be very gratefully received!!! X

peterpanwendy · 24/11/2017 18:27

@Funkyemzie I will! Could yours be ovulation bleeding? X

OP posts:
Babydreaming · 24/11/2017 18:37

@peterpan that sounds very much like implantation! I got that with my 1st around 6dpo. It was just pink on wiping, but I never normally bleed between periods! Fingers crossed but sounds positive 😄

Babydreaming · 24/11/2017 18:38

Think 3 days after the implantation I started to feel a bit nauseated and then got a BFP the next day at 10dpo!

Funkyemzie · 24/11/2017 18:38

Oh, never thought of that!! I've never had it before though, even though it was in with ewcm. We have been std every other night since I finished AF so I hope so. Still got negative opk's though. So how does an ovulation bleed work then, why the blood? Although it was more of a pink streak. X

Sparklesdontshine · 24/11/2017 18:56

Sounds like implantation
@peterpanwendy!!!

Babydreaming · 24/11/2017 19:10

@funkyemzie CD10 is quite early to ovulate, but possible! I tend to ovulate around CD17. I would keep going with the OPKs until you get a positive!

peterpanwendy · 24/11/2017 19:32

I might do a FRER on Wednesday (10/11dpo!) @Babydreaming @Sparklesdontshine

@nk1605 keep going I’m sure you will get one pos opk soon!
I haven’t even started yet on cd3 or 4, AF slowly going. It’s weird I bled for 2 days stopped for a whole day and today had lots of just blotches here and there throughout the day. Never had this, usually bleed 5 days straight.

I’m In shock atm, just went into dreams bed sales, and have bought a tv bed (with smart tv) and a new double mattress on finance. First ever finance of £1700 worth.. at least I got a nice bed to BD on now😂😂

LookingAtTheStars89 · 24/11/2017 19:45

I don't think we're going to be dtd tonight as dh is already asleep on the sofa :-(

Funkyemzie · 24/11/2017 19:53

My cycle was very short last time, 24 days, so on the ff tracker it shows im fertile now. Had a really short AF as well. Went 2 days, then spotting then 1 day light then nothing. I just can't get my head around it.

Good grief!

Funkyemzie · 24/11/2017 19:55

Omg Gem ive been looking at new beds today too and got one on finance!!! Look at the post ive just put...thats just weird, I hadn't read yours before I wrote it!! Shock

Gem173 · 24/11/2017 19:57

@Funkiemzie SNAP! Haha yeah trying to get over my biggest purchase yet 😂😂

Funkyemzie · 24/11/2017 20:22

But so worth it!!! We've had out mattress 7 years this January so We've treated ourselves, lol! I'm getting so old when you class treating yourself is a new bed and mattress (we also brought a couple of things off LoveHoney too but we'll move on from that). Grin
