Congratulations @TurquoiseDress that's great news. Xx

@weasledee I know Sad. The lady said that unless the bleeding is ongoing/continuous, they won't see me. They don't seem to realise how stressful this all is.

TurquoiseDress · 27/11/2017 11:05

@Zoo33
Thank you I'm hoping for a boring straightforward pregnancy.

I just need to take it one day at a time & try not to think about the what ifs

How have you found the acupuncture? I've found it really relaxing & have fallen asleep briefly each time!

The herbs don't taste good but I kept going, thinking about how it might help. And I really think they have, for me at least. And I'm the least woo person ever.

Good luck, I hope they help you get your BFP!

TurquoiseDress · 27/11/2017 11:07

@Flatwhite32
Thank you

Sorry to hear you're having a stressful time, I hope things become clearer soon. How many weeks are you?

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/11/2017 11:25

@TurquoiseDress congratulations!! Hope it's all lovely and boring for you. 💕

@Flatwhite32 sorry to hear about the EPU, I hope the pink stops! Thinking of you, it must be so stressful!

@TurquoiseDress I love it, it's so relaxing. I generally fall sleep in every session! Even if it doesn't help from a fertility perspective (which I think it does), I think the de-stressing alone makes it worth it.

I'm not normally a woo person either, but my mother bought me a rose quartz angel at the weekend which I'm carrying everywhere with me, just in case it helps too. 😬

TurquoiseDress · 27/11/2017 11:53

@TheGrumpySquirrel

Thank you- I very much hope so too!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/11/2017 12:34

@TheGrumpySquirrel Love this. X

Dandelion89 · 27/11/2017 16:45

Hi girls, hope you don’t mind me joining in. I had a miscarriage 2 months ago at 10 weeks. Sorry we all find ourselves on this thread.
I’m ttc now but frustratingly think I’ve had an anovulatory cycle this month.

@TurquoiseDress it was really reassuring to read your post. I plan to start acupuncture in December. Thanks for sharing your story and congratulations!

Hope we all get our beautiful rainbows soon.

Flatwhite32 · 27/11/2017 17:46

Looks like I'm miscarrying again just over 3 months after my first MMC. More blood this evening and it's redder in colour. I'm 6 weeks. Last time I had an ERPC, so I don't know what to expect in terms of bleeding. Am scared.

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/11/2017 17:50

Oh shit flat I'm so sorry Sad I can't offer any experience of a 6wk bleed but I really hope it's not what you think. When are you seeing EPU?

OP posts:
UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/11/2017 17:51

@Flatwhite Oh beautiful, I really hope it's not. We're all here for you. Take it an hour at a time. I'm still waiting, but I've got some sugary drinks and food in case I need the energy if it happens. I don't know how helpful that is to you, and I know it doesn't change much, but keep your bloods up and take some pain relief if you haven't already. We're not going anywhere

Flatwhite32 · 27/11/2017 17:59

Thanks ladies. They refused to see me earlier @TheGrumpySquirrel, but I'd had no more bleeding when I called. Different story now, so I'll be ringing them again in the morning. It's still mainly when wiping (a little bit on a pad, but not much) but there's definitely more of it, and it's redder. Am so so gutted. Sad Am scared of passing the baby and not knowing what to do with it.

di626 · 27/11/2017 18:04

@Flatwhite32 i had so hoped you wouldnt have had anymore since this morning 😩. Thinking of you xx

@Dandelion, sorry you find yourself here but are very welcome

di626 · 27/11/2017 18:06

@Flatwhite32 meant to say, i miscarried one at 5.5 weeks & was like a normal period but please hold on to hope that this is nothing x

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/11/2017 18:07

I think it should still be very small at 6 weeks (sorry I know that's no consolation). Keep an eye on the bleeding - if it's filling a pad an hour or more, just got straight to A&E. Hugs x

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/11/2017 18:17

@Flatwhite I won't sugarcoat mine, but with my experience I had weeks and weeks and weeks of mess rolled up into it. It did hurt and had 'contractions' which were horrible, but I also think it would've been a better experience (for me) if it was a long mmc as I think it made me pass way more than I would've normally.

I somehow took comfort that I had the baby. It really looked like it was in the early stages but it was semi-nice to spend time with them and tell them all the things I needed them to know.

This time, I'm not so sure. They're more developed and looked like a really little person on the screen so I have no idea. There's an actual sac of fluid and I have no experience with my waters breaking so whilst I know what to do now which helps, it's also a bit new. Not that thst bit helps you ofc. Sorry I rambled

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/11/2017 18:25

Sorry, if it wasn't a long mmc

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/11/2017 18:26

So sorry unicorns. Have they given you a plan of action at all?

My heart breaks for you both 💔

OP posts:
Zoo33 · 27/11/2017 18:30

I'm so sorry you're going through this again @Flatwhite32 and @UnicornsandRainbows1.

@Flatwhite32 I can't help in terms of a 6 week bleed - mine was closer to 10 weeks. I'm still really hoping this is just a random bleed you're having, but just in case I would echo having fluids within easy reach of the bathroom. I spent 2 hours sitting on the loo which (aside from being terrifying as I lost an awful lot of blood and devastating) was really boring but you need to keep hydrated and keep your sugar levels up. Thinking of you. Xx

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/11/2017 18:30

I have to wait til the 8th for surgery, but that's nearly two weeks away so I really doubt I'd make it til then

TheGrumpySquirrel · 27/11/2017 18:36

Holy shit unicorns. Please please please pressure them to do the surgery earlier. I don't want you going through what I did. How many weeks are you?

OP posts:
UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/11/2017 19:01

If they have a cancellation (which they think is likely) they'll let me know but it seems it's so booked up.

Dandelion89 · 27/11/2017 19:12

Flatwhite32 I’m so sorry this is happening. I passed my baby (measuring 8 weeks) at home whilst sat on the toilet due to heavy bleeding. Are you in any pain?

Flatwhite32 · 27/11/2017 19:25

A little bit @Dandelion89 but it's quite mild for now. I can see it getting worse though.
