Ah that's cool @SoozC! I really like Y5. Sometimes they come with a bit of attitude, but it's easily squashable at that age, and I like that they can do lots independently. You'll really like it Smile.

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 25/11/2017 17:58

On to mmc number 2. Fucking kill me I can't do this again

Flatwhite32 · 25/11/2017 18:03

Oh @UnicornsandRainbows1 my heart is breaking reading that. Life is so fucking unfair. There are no words or comfort I can offer you to make you feel better, but we are here for you lovely. Sending you so much love. Xxxxx

TheGrumpySquirrel · 25/11/2017 18:36

Unicorns I’m so sorry. Will they do an ERPC for you so it’s done? Hugs 💕😔

@TheGrumpySquirrel Not right now. We were revered to A&E after our scan who gave us a referral to the EPU for Monday (so they can fucking confirm it on there side), then we'll get a scan whenever later. So right now we just wait until something happens -_-

TheGrumpySquirrel · 25/11/2017 18:42

Thinking of you, what a shit awful thing to happen Flowers

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 26/11/2017 09:27

Well that was one of the worst nights and I'm just wondering how the hell I do this a second time. DH did say though that it's hard and painful, but we'll keep trying until we have our baby in our arms so at least we're on the same page. I told him earlier that the prize is too big to just give up but fuck me it's hard. I'm so exhausted already and I've been racking my brain trying to work out what to do with the baby. Last time it was just there in front of me (this time might be the same) but I'm just so conflicted

Flatwhite32 · 26/11/2017 10:31

@UnicornsandRainbows1, again, I'm so so sorry for your loss. So glad you and your DH are on the same page. Hug each other lots and lots. Thinking of you loads, and will be thinking of you tomorrow. We are here for you. Xxx

weasledee · 26/11/2017 20:39

Hi all, anyone else felt sick after a erpc? It’s been almost 3 weeks now since I had it but I keep having waves of nausea and the odd ache and pain...
I hoping it’s all hormonal as I’m yet to have my first period.......

Daffodil77 · 26/11/2017 20:57

@Unicorns I'm so sorry this is happening again. Life is really shit sometimes. Like you say, the prize is just too big to give up and somehow we all have to keep going until we get there.

I hope everything is resolved quickly for you and you and your DH are able to pull together. We're all here for you xx

Thinking of you today @UnicornsandRainbows1 xxx

Flatwhite32 · 27/11/2017 09:34

Thinking of you @UnicornsandRainbows1. Xx

I'm off work today as I had pink when wiping. Phoned EPU but they won't see me (despite history) because the bleeding isn't ongoing. Just waiting to hear back from GP. Sigh. I envy women who sail through pregnancy...

weasledee · 27/11/2017 09:39

Flatwhite it’s just one continuous worry! Hope all is ok, I’m shocked the epu won’t see you after what u went through! x

TurquoiseDress · 27/11/2017 09:42

Morning all, I've not posted on her for a couple of months as I guess I just wanted to step away from everything TTC, it was getting me down a lot.

Anyhow, I'm CD33 and period is a few days late...so I POAS this morning and it's positive! Shock

I had a MMC almost 18 months ago in Summer 2016 and we've been TTC since July '16

Right now this is terrifying- obviously don't know how things will pan out and realise I have no control over whether it's good or bad.

But I wanted to post on here- I've had so much support from the kind words of many of the numerous TTC after loss threads that have been created.

One thing to add- the only thing that has changed for us is me starting acupuncture back in September (have had 3 sessions so far) and taking Chinese medical herbs (awful tasting tea).

One year ago I would never have contemplated doing any of that- I'm v scientific and always evidence, proof etc!

But after 1 year of TTC around the time I turned 39, I knew we had to pursue other things.

I hope this post isn't upsetting for some- I don't quite believe it and wanted to tell somebody (DH currently on a flight abroad for work!)

@TurquoiseDress Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you, especially after it's taken so long since your mmc. I'm also on a strict regime of acupuncture and Chinese herbs (although mine are in tablet form thankfully), so I know how much we put ourselves through to get there. I really hope you have a healthy pregnancy. Xx
