We maxed out our last thread, so I've started another one for us!

Welcome, all those over 35 who are ttc number 1! Whether you're just starting out or you're an old-timer, come and chat with others who know what it's like to feel as though time is not on your side. Period pain has kicked in for me, so AF will be on its way tomorrow. Fuck it, I'm having a glass of rosé!

@79andnotout sorry to hear that - though you never know till Lady AF arrives herself. Have your glass of rose though (fuck it, have two)!

Just catching up! Sorry to hear how stressful it all was @Russkispy. My first loss was a MMC (blighted ovum) and I had a similar issue just trying to get the ERPC done asap. They needed a week between scans because of their guidelines but wouldn't book me in until after the second one and so then their was a futher wait. In just wanted it done. I understand their guidelines in my case as a friend of mine was told she probably had a blighted ovum and the following week there was a gets and she now has a beautiful little girl... but I was 9 weeks and knew my dates so even the sonographer told me it wasn't possible. But in your situation I just can not understand - unless they were hoping it would happen naturally which sucks. Anyway a long rambling message but wanted tonsay sorry, it sucks and give you a big virtual hug!

Hmm well my period never showed up, maybe the cramps were just wind from the disgusting motorway services burger I had for lunch! I'm a day late but BFN and my BBT dropped today so it must be coming.

@Janefx40 - did I read somewhere that your harmony results were good? Congratulations!! Must be such a relief. When's your next scan? Are you keeping the sex to yourself? Xx

@Russkispy hope you're having some well deserved r&r in Russia. I bet it's crazy over there with football madness at the mo.

I am not tracking other than on an app for cycle length but predicted ov today so on to tww tomorrow. Not holding up much hope this month as only dtd today.

And for you @Blondcat. I’m 5 days into the TWW and marvelling (in frustration) at how the time goes so slowly when I went on holiday recently for 2 weeks & it was over in a flash 😂

So the solution is...we should all go on holiday for every 2WW!!! Sounds perfect.

I'm fine - thanks for asking. Yes harmony results came back good which was a massive relief. 12 week scan on Thursday and if all is well I will try to start believing this might actually happen...

Af here for me do the wait is over. I'm measuring it with my moon cup. Day 1 5ml of blood - seems I'm definitely on the lighter side! Although never had heavy periods so no idea if that's normal for me or if my cervix is still wedged shut. My boobs were killing so glad my period has finally kicked in anyway.

Just had a massive meltdown at work and had to take myself off for a cry in the ladies.
My best work friend is off on maternity leave today... our due dates where three days apart.

I thought I was ok... not so much

I know it wasn't meant to be and thinking about my 'due date' is not good, or healthy or any of those things.. just feeling mega sad x

So sorry @thenewbiestep it is totally natural to be upset by this and SO difficult to not think about these dates. Be kind to yourself. X

Turns out I am illiterate when upset! Our due dates *were.

And I'm not supposed to think about due takes.

Just took the wind out of my sales a bit unexpectedly x

I’m convinced I’m out this month as we hardly dtd, but I’m 9dpo & have this weird perfume taste in my mouth. Is that a very early pregnancy sign or am I wildly clutching at straws/had too much sun?
