Thanks, @janefx40. I did too! Such a lot of 'symptoms', if I'm not preggers then I'll be wondering why my body decided to throw such a lot of unusual things my way all at once!

@Mrsjones17, well done for getting through! Half-term will seem particularly sweet for us both! Bbt rises after ov and then drops again for af. Some women can have a temp drop but still be pregnant, but for most it signals af. It does for me too as I've tempted enough cycles to see the pattern. Sometimes it starts to drop the day before, sometimes it goes right down the day of af starting. Ff doesn't seem to know when I ov'd so I can only guess that af is due in the next three days. It'll make it an unusually long cycle, usually 29 days bang on although last September I did have a 33-day cycle so I can't even get excited if af doesn't show tomorrow! If I see another temp drop tomorrow I'm probably out. (Sorry if you knew most of that, I don't mean to sound patronising if I did!)

I think I ov'd on CD12 instead of CD14 this month, which would put me at DPO today. Starting to symptom spot and already thinking about when I could realistically poas although I promised myself no early tests this cycle. I'm starting to feel really down with this and annoyed that it's upsetting my mood and putting a real damper on my holiday (UK break, didn't book a foreign trip as I convinced myself I'd be preg by now and far to scared of something going wrong to be abroad)

@LimpLettice did you see a study recently that said apps are only 40% accurate?

And opks are only 60%. Makes you wonder why we bother.

No I didn’t Nimble but I’m not surprised at all. This my last go at the clearblue this month I think too for similar reasons. Pre coil, I always felt ovulation, these days it’s a fecking mystery.

Oh Summer. I do it too, promise myself it’s a total waste to do early tests. It is really but it’s just so hard to quell the hope. Hope it’s your month.

Morning all. I’ve posted a separate thread because I’ve had a really weird HPT result with a weird line which I’m assuming is an Evap after a research on the brand of test but my GOD, why do people comment if they’re just going to be assholes?

Yes, I am very sensitive today. It’s inebitably PMS and the fact we’re onto cycle 14 of trying. Any whiff of another line on a HPT when you I’ve been TTC longterm is baffling, especially when it’s weird and then turns out to be an evap which happened within the time limit.

I emlpore you all to stay away from Sainsbury’s tests, I feel all a bit crushed now.

It’s shit. It was a genuine question which I was hoping for advice on. Yet people who post positive tests with the test line darker than the control get responses and not told that they’re being over dramatic and deluded by posting a clearly positive test.

Again, not helped by PMS and the fact my best friend who has two becautiful DC has accidentally fallen pregnant by having a condom mishap this month
