Ready...only slightly disturbed sleep but temps are a bit bizarre?! Not sure whether I have ovulated, had loads of ew yesterday and Sunday. Pains yesterday but also had pains on Friday too - haven't a clue what is happening...dh not back until tomorrow evening now so will be back to it tomorrow and Thursday and hopefully have covered all the right angles as it were

Played tennis this morning and so feeling rather chuffed - think may have to use treadmill this week though as legs seem chubbier !

Hope you are okay Ready and getting set for another finale of ttc at the right time Sorry to hear about your furniture annoying how this weather suddenly changes!

prob not good news that you haven't posted mrs. hope you are ok, i am off to search for you!

RahRah1 · 08/05/2007 15:43

How annoying Ready!!! OK how is this little tale of stupidity!

The night before we left Wales we packed all our bags and I got DH to put them all in the car so we could set off early the next day. This is all my precious clothes etc! The next day comes and I go out to the car (in the rain) and the back door is open. I'm like OMG we have been broken into...oh crap my clothes. But when I looked they were still there!
I looked inside the car and then it hits me, a very powerful smell of cat pee! there was paw prints all over the car, leafs and rain... My not so cleaver DH had left the bloody door open all night and the local cats used it as a luxury loo and sleeping place! ARRRRRGGGG

worse thing is we took my new car and he is riding around in his car fine and I am heaving my guts out! I now need to have it valeted...GRRRRRR

I swear the only reason I keep him is for his hazelnuts! ..

What was I saying about sunny so'ton - cold and windy today with odd downpours at times. V much a duvet day!

seaside I must say totally impressed with your baking skills. Good luck for tomoorw will be thinking of you and hoped you saved yourself some brownies as a reward after the stress of dealing with health professionals.

duchese oh body throwing you some mysterious signal. Hang in there it must be v tough. I know what you mean about not wanting to get your hopes up.

ready what does the grapefruit juice do??

beansprout Hope the snooker was "exciting" and that you can have some fun and not just do your duty!! WHich Joseph. I think some of them are gorgeous even though they are far too young for me!

jess I know how you feel. I have erratic cycles but they always seem long and I never OV before CD15 usually much later. Don't forget to have "fun" while you are waiting otherwise it is soon such s chore that neither of you are interested at the right time!!

rah sounds like you and DH have put in stearling work and at the In-Laws as well. I am impresssed. Bad form on the car though. I think you need to demand MORE clothes as compensation and a valet. Lets hope his hazelnuts were nice and juicy or in 2 weeks he'll need to give you even more retail therapy. :0)

Minxi Glad to know I am not the only one with a healthy (IMO) relaxed attitude to child welfare. Have pulled myself together now. DS is fine poor chap and did allow me 5 hrs of sleep in a block last couple of nights.

duchesse · 08/05/2007 16:44

Still feeling slightly sick, and today temps suddenly shifted upwards from 36.6 to 36.8. Still sore around the boob department. Ho-hum. Bovvered?

Chocolatedays · 08/05/2007 17:07

Hey Duchesse - thought you'd been away from The Hut for longer than normal.... sounds promising.... fingers crossed for you.

Ready · 08/05/2007 17:46

Minxi - I love playing tennis!! I am terrible at it, but still enjoy it! I am sure you don't need the treadmill!
Your temps are a tad up and down aren't they - disturbed sleep can do that can't it! Oh, and the alcohol you had too - I wonder if going to bed at 9pm would raise or lower the temp?

Rah Oh no. I hope your new clothes purchases were still in their bags in the bottom of the case! What a pain! That's worse than my patio furniture getting a wash - you win!!

Duchesse - How long are your cycles normally? Fingers crossed

NappyValley - apparently grapefruit juice increases the amount EWCM - I have tried it but it doesn't seem to make any difference, probably because I have enough .

Chocolatedays - Nice to see you in here, how are you flower?

MrsMcJnr - My fingers and toes are crossed for you!!

Greedy - MrsMc is at a funeral this afternoon, so that's possibly why no posts yet. Hope you are well?

The sun has come out

Hello ladies sorry I?ve not posted today but I?ve been at a funeral, best man?s Dad, it was all very sad

Duchesse ? tut tut have faith, I know, I know it?s hard but you must, just one day, you might get a lovely surprise all sounds promising so I for one will keep hoping for you!

Ammy ? sorry crossed with you yesterday, lovely to have you back thank you for telling me about your friend. Did you have a fabulous wedding? Tell us all!

Jess ? I wasn?t really expecting a different temp but it did get me thinking that if you go to bed much later and get up much later and still have the same number of hours sleep, does it make any difference? Just curious!

Hey Minxi BBQ sounds odd, guess you can?t choose your neighbours hey? I?m with you on always taking a token gesture

Hey Ready freeeeeeaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkyy! After me getting PinkElephant and PinkButterfly mixed up, PinkElephant also got her BFP and is now also on the Graduate thread! PinkButterfly?s C is elective, I think she had a bad time last time and that was the most sensible option for her. We had 14 round on Sat night, it was fin but exhausting cooking all day so I was glad to have Sunday and Monday to chill but it still wasn?t enough! Aren?t my temps weird, dead calm! LOL! Get that thermometer out again you! Thanks for letting the others know where I was

Rattling where are you going on holiday hon? Sounds like good timing?

RahRah PMSL at your description! If you have an increase tomorrow, you OVd today (in theory!) so yesterday then sorry to hear about the cats!

Mum03 ? temps still level ? very spooky, never had this before! Hope all is good with you!

Beansprout ? guess you could use some snooker analogies to get things spiced up sinking the pink and all that (god, is that even the right game )

Hey Honeyapple ? all ok but would be better if I get a BFP rather than AF in next couple of days, fingers crossed! Have some niggling pains on one side then the other so am imagining that it?s my ?lining? dissolving!

Seaside ? hope the temps rise back up and that the appointment goes well tomorrow let us know.

Hey Greedy ? thanks for thinking of me, nothing to tell though going on a plane tomorrow, in my experience, that seems to bring AF on

Hello Chocolatedays!

Chocolatedays · 08/05/2007 20:09

Hello Ready, MrsMcJnr, Duchesse and anyone else who knows me (said in the style of local radio dj please)

MrsMcJnr - I have posted a wee question to you on Chart spotters unite thread - I'm keen to know your thoughts.

MrsMcJnr · 08/05/2007 20:22

posted for you in answer Chocolatedays

duchesse · 08/05/2007 20:30

Cycle length normally (except for three months post miscarriage) 28 days like clockwise, with textbook luteal phase etc (which makes 44 cycles failing to conceive all the more odd), but am really not getting my hopes up about this as have been here many times before. Please don't go thinking I'm too much of a likely lass- I certainly am not thinking that.

Ready · 08/05/2007 21:19

DJChoc Hope all is well - there is room for a chocolate shaped treat here on this thread if you are up for it... no need to disclose times frames

Duchesse - Not at all, didn't assume you were assuming - just wanted to know how long we had to wait til we could start getting really excited for you. Fingers and toes crossed

duchesse · 08/05/2007 21:22

Well, Ready, in 3 days my period should start.

Ready · 08/05/2007 21:29

Well... I will keep my fingers crossed that in 4 days I will be telling you to wait another couple of days til you test and all the other girls will be screaming at you to test

weepootleflump · 08/05/2007 22:58

Hi everyone, thought I'd better come and explain myself since Ready 'found' me.

I tragically lost my brother just after we moved house and I'm really struggling with it at the moment. I've only started posting again recently after being offline for a month and been trying to stick to more 'lighthearted' threads.

I have been checking up on you all now and again and am really sorry to see you all still here. I'm still temping but not religiously, when I'm feeling up to it I will join you again.

RahRah1 · 08/05/2007 23:36

Hi weepootleflump

So sorry to hear about your brother. Can totally understand you staying away. My thoughts are with you and best wishes... XXX

Good morning. Well my temp went up this morning and what with my cm turning creamy yesterday I thought that I would be 1/2dpo today. But no, FF has decided that I OVd on CD11 and I am now 5dpo. I can't understand why it thinks that. My temps between CD11 and CD15 were not above the coverline and I was continuing to have ewcm. Anyway I hope this morning's high temp wasn't a blip and if I continue to have high temps over the next few days then maybe FF will realise that it's made a mistake . I hope I have OV'd then I can put that evil thermometer away for a week or so.

Sorry to hear your news weepootleflump.

Fingers crossed for you duchesse.

Fingers crossed for MrsMcJnr too. When will you test again?

Hello to everyone else.

Morning everyone.
I actually remembered to temp today

RahRah1 · 09/05/2007 09:21

jess1996 - that sounds strange, I wonder why it has changed it for such an early date. Have you posted your chart. Maybe one of our experts can look over it (I struggle with mine, so not sure what use I will be, but i will have a look as well)

duchesse - Fingers crossed XXXXX

MrsMcJnr - Fingers crossed XXXXX - sorry to hear about your friends dad, must of been a hard day yesterday.

NappyValley - I agree on the retail therapy! I was not impressed at all last night, we were out scrubbing the car and I was bloody cold!

Ready - Thinking of you today, hope the stress is lifted with your dh's contract! XXXXX

Hi Chocolatedays - are you joining us?

Ammy - welcome back, how was the wedding... tel us all about it... I love weddings, especially my own!

Seaside - thinking of you today, you will be fine. It is another step to getting there. X

Beansprout - Can not beleive your hubbie and the snooker - how annoying I hope you black balled him!

minxi - It's strange isn't it when the cycle is a bit all over the place. I have had this too this month... I suppose it just means more sex!

Mum03 - how are you. R u back to temping this month? I am thinking now I have had my rise to knock it on the head for the rest of the month.

weepootleflump - sending lots of hugs your way {{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

RahRah1 · 09/05/2007 09:22

That answered my question then MUM03

duchesse · 09/05/2007 09:37

Rahrah- "blackballing" in this case meaning kicking him very hard in the goolies?

Chest slightly less sore this morning, so not holding out much hope, I'm afraid.

feedmenow · 09/05/2007 10:34

Morning ladies (Look Ready, I'm here!).
Tell me, does anyone know how to convert F to C as I stupidly bought an F thermometer!! I know this makes no difference for me, but It is wierd comparing my temps to yours when they are different like that!!

Feedme- have you tried turning the thermometer on, and holding down the button for a few seconds? Normally thermometers do both and that is generally the way you switch them over. If not, go onto Google and type in "unit converter" and you should find sites galore that will do it for you.
