Lottie - I think you are going to find this trip an epiphany, it is just what you need, a break from it all I hope you have a fabulous time and come back to us happier and stronger. Take great care and no latino BFPs now! I know I can say that to you hon and that you'll know I'm joking Via con dios as they say!

seaside72 · 26/03/2007 18:22

Hey all

lottie - you will be missed but like Mr Mc says I think the trip/experience will be fantastic - I am quite Do keep us updated whenever you get a chance. Seems like a perfect time to be going away with all the stress of your Mum too. I will miss my cycvle bud though (sniffs all round!!)

MrsMc - sorry the software is being all negative for you I hope its wrong. (BTW I just sneaked a peek at your pics - you look gorgeous and very very happy - loving the feline friends too!) I may be convinced to add some pics soon - maybe

angelfire - look forward to hearing from you again in a month or so!!

mum03 - I thought what you said last night was lovely and very true.

Iwillbe - I hope you are feeling a bit better {{hugs}} well done for getting on with housework - I hve been avoiding it - although I did clean the windows with DH this morning and have taken dogs for a walk in the lovely sun!

Gracie - re the opks I know some people just dont get on with them so dont worry too much - your own body signs are much more reliable I think

Ready - as ever you are so sweet to think of me I am feeling a bit better today but still very daunted by the IVF prospect and all I will have to do to even get to the first appoinment loads more tests and bloods etc . How is the 2ww treating you

Minxi - hope the clomid is not necessary and the BFP is on its way

rah - how are you doing today? Did you get the ARGC info - I think that the questionnaire is a bit daunting??

mum03 · 26/03/2007 18:50

Lottie - I will miss you, I hope that you get a chance to pop back to us occasionally while you are in Spain. Both my pg's were concieved while separated from my dh! and yes they are his. I concieved ds while I was living in London and dh was near Coventry! I concieved dd while we were living in different countries!!! With ds we bd' over 5 days before ov, I did not even think it was possible. But I think in reality it was more to do with just not thinking and stressing about it, that helped get me pg both times. So I think that you going to Spain will have many advantages of helping you unwind from the last year of stress, I hope it has the magic effect of healing wounds and helping you get your life not just back to how it used to be but even better. I have taken your name from the list as requested {{{hugs}}} to you, we will be waiting to hear from you. Love.

rahrah1 · 26/03/2007 21:11

Evening all...

Good idea about the name changes.. will have to think on that one... I'm not overly creative!

I have only had a quick flick through everyones posts, as have to be quick...sorry!

Thanks everyone for your support about my continued family issues... Me and my dad have had a chat, they have apologized for interfering and we are going to get together on Friday to discuss more about the business. My brother is still sulking, which sums him up really.

MrsMc - Sorry your mum is not being as understanding as she could/should be... I know how you feel, so mail me any time if you want to vent!

Lottie - Really going to miss you, but I agree, if you focus on Spain and all that lovely weather it is very likely to happen. I think to be honest if me and DH let go and go on holiday and relax, things should happen for us... hence we conceived Bertie in those circumstances and should learn from previous lessons. Wishing you fun and relaxing times in Spain...

Seaside - Yep, got the info from the clinic, have not read it all in depth yet, due to all the drama's going on, but will have a good read and send you a message. Have you sent in your £50 yet?

Angelfire... think your already on tour, but if you read this message have a good time and get plenty of sleep. X (Rock Chick)

Ready - the room looks much better thanks...Did not cry at all this time and have decided to strip out the furniture and buy some more stuff. So a complete re-haul. How are you at the moment?

minxi - sorry to hear that you think AF is due... but least you have the clomid ready for next month.. X

iwillbepgbydec07 - its horrible approaching the end of the cycle and getting distinct indications that you are not pregnant... I hate it...So I send you much love and hugs and hope you feel a bit better soon. XX

Really sorry if I have missed anyone out. In addition I will not be around until at least late Thursday, I am going to a health farm (better than the other option of the priory)
For some recuperation and having lots of treatments... you know the ones with the third eye etc... I will endevour to have fun and think of you when I am having some strapping Swedish man stoking my body all over (sorry I have an active imagination)

yum03creameggs · 26/03/2007 21:26

Rah - have a good time with your swedish man!!!

Question: is it possible to get ewcm post-ovulation? I seemed to have some the last two days, now I am driving myself crazy today thinking that I stopped temping too soon that the s/w got it wrong, that I have only just ov'd. So much for relaxing through the 2ww!

Gracie14 · 27/03/2007 09:27

Morning all,

MrsMc - Thankyou for your kind words, I'm feeling a little more positive today. I'm going to try and do what you have suggested about visualising what I want, I think that is definatly part of the problem each month not being positive enough.

Ready - Thats exactly how I'm feeling about the OPK's, it's my last one today. I think the problem has been that I have presumed that I ovulate at around day 16 but the tests are showing differently. I think that the thermometer that I have got is rubbish so I may stop temping until I can get another one for next month. I hope your wrong about your tummy aches being possible AF.

Seaside - Thanks for the advice I think I'll just see what happens this month rather than going by temps/OPK's and BD when we want to. And start from afresh next month.

I hope you all don't mind me hanging around if I'm not temping as I should be, your all just such a good support. It makes me laugh sometimes going over what I have written if any of my friends could see me worrying over temps/OPK's etc they would think I was mad!

Thanks Seaside I?d love to see your photos.

Hi Rahrah ? glad your Dad is back on side thanks for your words for me It sounds to me like you are putting your sad thoughts to rest by re-doing Bertie?s room, well done! You?ll always have your memories but you want the memories to be good ones so that your lives can move on. You?re being very brave. I really admire you Enjoy the spa, I LOVE things like that!

Yum03 ? I like it! It is possible to get post OV EWCM I think it is to do with another rush of hormones but I?ll have to check doesn?t mean the return of fertility though, I do know that.

Hello Gracie ? glad to hear you are feeling a bit better we?ll visualise with you, I would like to visualise a meet up between us all when we all have our babies and I?d like to imagine what they all look like and how we?ll recognise each other and react to each other ? I think it would be great! Imagine what you and your baby will be wearing, what sex it will be ? hell ? what buggy it will have if it helps! Do you just have the one or is it twins? Or more? Are you pregnant again with your second after that one night of passion when you were breast feeding? I could go on and on but you get the picture..

I bought myself a bumper TTC kit from Access Diagnostics last night, pre-seed, OPKs and pregnancy tests and I?ll go and buy some EPO today so I am all kitted up for next cycle because this one ? quite frankly my dears ? is a right off I feel so let?s hope AF doesn?t take too long to arrive! I have a question: why when I have not ovulated and therefore have no progesterone surge did I have tingling boobs yesterday and then again today? Baffled!

Ready & Minxi ? how are you two feeling today?

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 27/03/2007 10:50

I couldn't think of anything better for my Easter name... if anyone has a better one, feel free to share

lottie Have a wonderful time in Spain! I hope that you can clear your head and work out what next. I will miss you lots, and hope that you pop in from time to time, if you can. You have been a great help to me over the months, so thank you for that. Fingers crossed you get your BFp as soon as possible! All the very best. x

MrsMc - Love your name change, I keep thinking of the Cadbury's Caramel Bunny I had a nosy at your pics, your cats are cute And your wedding one is too small to really see, but you look magical!! (have you tried playing with the sizes on here, I did with mine and they get bigger) Oh and just wanted to ask, who is that glamour puss with Will Carling??

Seaside - How are you today sweets? I hope you are feeling a bit happier? You know, IVF doesn't have to be the next step, there are other things that you could try with the help of a fertility doctor, 2 friends of mine had IUI, and fell first time.

Yum03 - I've read (on FF I think) that it is entirely normal to have EWCM at a different stage in your cycle, so don't stress. In fact, if I were you, I'd ask MrsMc, she knows everything

Gracie - Of course you can stay here, as long as you like You may well OV on 16, my norm is 15/16 and the month I used the OPKs it was 19 so I wouldn't discount your intial thoughts based on one month of sticks. See what happens when you use your last stick... in a couple of days you may well see the temp shift, and then you'll know! I feel for you, I really do!

Minxi - It's Reads where are you? How's your temp today?? I kept thinking about you yesterday throughout the day, I am embarrassed to admit, but I so hope that this is the month for you!!

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 27/03/2007 10:51

Oh and Rattling - looked at your chart, looking good for OV?? Hope you are ok??

rahrah1 · 27/03/2007 11:14

My temp had a massive drip today... 35.9, but I had a very disturbed night and was awake at 6am and then went back to sleep until 8am, so shall I just put my temp down as 36.1 or 36.2?
Well I'm off the to health farm now and will not be taking my temp for a few days as my friend would kill me for being so addicted to TTC!

See you all in a couple of days and have fun!

Ovenready ? Will Carling?! Better not tell DH, he thinks he looks like Robbie Williams!!! (same birthday, same year!) I did want to include the Cadbury?s Bunny in my Easter name but it was a bit of a mouthful (like a caramel all in one go ) I?ll try and play with the sizes. Flattery will get you everywhere with me!

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 27/03/2007 11:26

OMG!!! I am sooooo sorry Rahrah - I am so embarrassed!! I have to confess my method now, I write down in shorthand what I am going to type, so I don't miss anyone.... and I went and missed you out... here's what I wrote " Rah, I am so glad the room is looking better for you now, I feel guilty because when you were so upset at the colour last time, I didn't realise the significance of it, and I should have been more supportive at the time! A bunch of new furniture will help you look to the future, I hope. Enjoy your health-farm, and the Swedish fella and I hope that you come home to DH revitalised and reinvigorated and ready to pounce on him [him] Thursday is a good day for you start the effort is it not?? Thinking of you!!"
Again - really sorry I didn't remember you first time round Have a lovely time!!

Glad to see everyone seems to be perking up a little today. Yesterday I caught up with all the happenings over the weekend, was very sorry to hear a lot of people feeling down. As ever MrsMc seems to have lifted spirits with her easter re-naming campaign.

Ready - think I am with everyone else in approving of your upbeat attitude. I can't ever remember you suggesting we all just relax and let it happen, you keep coming up with good sensible suggestions.

Lottie - I will miss you and your knowledge. Perhaps we should have a thread to post questions you can deal with when you do manage to get to a computer. No, go away, forget about us for 3 months and have a fantastic time. Just make sure you come back.

MrsMc - I have an overwhelming urge to tell to relax and let it happen - your body is just getting back to normal, don't beat yourself up if that takes a little time. But you know that. And I still hope you prove ovusoft wrong in it's predictions this month.

Rahrah - health farm sounds most fun

I was feeling quite up beat about my inability to concieve - I have a short luteal phase which I know is quite fixable, so I planned a few relaxed months until I was referred to the hospital. Now I have a temp just over my coverline 2 days earlier than ever (I've been stuck at 36.3 all weekend) some almost unwanted optimism has returned!! Most likely just have a really short cycle this month, I know it is the pre-ov phase which is most variable, but there is still that glimmer of hope . So I may still need you all to pick up the pieces early next week. Except I'm off work and without a computer . Not going anywhere exotic, just catching up with a little DIY.

MrsMcEasterBunny · 27/03/2007 12:13

Thanks Rattling I do hear you and know you are right but I can?t help but panic when I hear people say it was months before things got back to normal again I know I need to relax but I?m just feeling generally pissed off, I should be 13 weeks today not worrying about a 3 month cycle with no end result just feeling a bit like the world is out to get me today. This too will pass There is always hope isn?t there Rattling, we?ll be here for you if you can get to us! enjoy the break!

Gracie14 · 27/03/2007 13:12

Okay, now please excuse me for being so stupid but I had the OPK tests the wrong way round (I was reading them the wrong way)the last two days, so I got a positive yesterday and negative today. At least I know now. Does that mean I ovulate today?
I feel so completely stupid, my head is all over the place at the moment.

MrsMc - I'll definately have to go along with your way of thinking, loved the detail in your visualising

Ready - I now know that I wasn't far off, I suppose the EWC is proberbly an indication I will look out for in the future.

greedyforbabies · 27/03/2007 13:19

i liked your pictures mrs! you dont look a bit like i imagined! i might post some up too, for a limited time only! what a great idea!
everyone seems a bit chirpier today which is good. must be the lovely weather hey?

i feel a bit down cos one of my close friends who was due 2 weeks after than me had a miscarriage on sunday. she had been waiting to tell me she was pg cos she knew we were ttc and struggling. and then once i told her after my scan last week she said "great, no i can tell you i am having a baby too" ............and then the poor thing had a mc on sunday. again, it makes me realise just how lucky i am.
