Anyone want to join in the ups and downs of the 2ww this month?

Im 2/3 dpo, so AF due 25th/26th July. A bit unsure when I ovulated - got positive opk on cd10, temp drop cd11, temp rise cd12 which has continued until today (cd14). Natural cycles thinks I ov'd on cd12 but I think it's more likely to be 11 - what do you think? Anyhow, we only managed to hs once during my fw this month (it was on cd10 very late at night so poss good timing!), so I'm sure our chances this month are slim, but that won't stop me holding out hope.

Meant to say 12 not 11. Getting ready for a meal out that I don't really want to go to. I actually do want to go but I'm just shattered!

This is my Flo calendar for this cycle. Hopefully you can work out what it means - heart means dtd, circle is positive opk etc.

Study it constantly but always forget how many DPO I am!

Oh and I meant BFN of course... 🤦🏻‍♀️

Pickles: they say that the sperm can live up to a week!! So you did loads!

We only did the night of solid smiley and then missed one, doing it the next.

I've just done a negative cheapie. Think I'm 9 DPO so I don't think I can be pregnant, feel like it would be showing up by now :( :( :(

Found this post (pic) from a lady on a forum who got a BFP faint by now on the cheapies. I know everyone is different and I could have ovulated a day later, but I just feel like it's not happened :( it's hard not to feel sad :(

Pickles, to me I think I would have you as 7 DPO... but for some reason I always use the day after solid smiley as I guess if it's 12 to 36 I guess in the middle... does that make sense? It's all like Chinese isn't it

My solid smile was 17th so I'm using 18th as date for OV

Thanks for your replies last night. I think you might be right re DPO - thanks for looking at my chart for me.

I did frer at 4.30 this morning and got BFN. Not even a suggestion of a line to get excited about. But again it could be too early. I suppose if I am indeed 8 DPO today then implantation may not have even had a chance to happen yet. I'm just no good at the waiting game.

The same could be true for you - that photo of the tests shows how faint it is at 9dpo. I'm not counting either of us out yet

Omgeeeee! That looks like a BFP to me!

I think congratulations are in order but a digital or frer might be a good idea to be certain. Really looks like a decent BFP to me though!!

Have you got photo of negative test yesterday to compare?

@Clobear3 congrats that's a BFP in the making, fingers crossed the line will get darker and darker!

pickles: any time, I think I'm just guessing too though as it's such an imprecise science. I've never done temping but my best friend is a Pilates teacher and dead into that stuff and she said that tells you when you have ovulated for definite with the rise in temp.

I've read loads about Evap lines on the cheapies so I'm not entirely convinced!

Pickles: I didnt take a photo yesterday as apart from the one I posted on here the other day they looked to me like literally just white with the one red line. With the flash on you can really see the lines today. BoTh tests are from the same pot of morning wee. I feel like they might be me imagining it though xx

Clobear I'm pretty convinced that's a BFP. That looks more than an evaporation line. It has some colour. Isn't it amazing the difference one day can make?

Maybe I will look at temping next time if this isn't my month as it would at least be reassurance that I'm actually ovulating and not just gearing up to ovulating.

Will you test with a frer today? So excited for you...

I've now been having one of those mornings where I start obsessing over the calendar and tracker and trying to guess at what's going on!

Any chance anyone wants to take a guess? Here are my charts for June and July. It doesn't show, but the day I've highlight on June (11th) I got an OPK +ve...it only doesn't show because I think Ovia assumes bleeding supersedes ovulation!

The fertile window this month is based on EWCM (19/7) and an iffy second line on an opk (21 & 22/7).

Your guesses are probably better than mine!

Sorry, I should say, by 'guess' I mean guess at when I should test, or when AF might be due... Ovia and Fertility Friend both predicted this week, but so far no sign of AF.

Ooo I don't know. It's tricky without seeing a 'normal (for you)' cycle. Were you usually regular? Poor you having bleeding for so long. That must have been so frustrating.

I'm wondering if you could be due on around 3rd Aug like me but that's just me counting forwards from ov and assuming about 28 day cycle.

So you ovulated despite bleeding? I didn't know that was possible. You could test with an frer?

Rach: I'd go for 21 for ov if I were you, but it could be later so don't be disappointed if you have negatives. After what you have been through, it's very difficult to pinpoint what's going on! Keep the faith until a normal type period were to arrive. Your body will honestly be so fertile xxx
